Abstract

              The research was conducted due to several problems including: The lack of information dissemination on the requirements and use of E-Samsat in Merangin District, the limited number of human resources for mobile Samsat car operators and Samsat outlet operators, internet network interference is still common so E-Samsat is still not working optimally, limited supporting facilities and infrastructure in implementing E-Samsat. The sample of 18 people who worked at the Merangin Jambi Samsat Office used descriptive survey techniques aimed at knowing the implementation of E-Government motor vehicle tax payments in creating good governance at the Merangin District samsat office in Jambi Province.             The results of the research and discussion show the implementation of E-Government payment of motor vehicle accessories in creating good governance in the samsat office of Merangin Regency, Jambi Province. The implementation of E-Government payment of Motor Vehicle Tax in supporting Good governance at the Merangin District Samsat Office through the latest innovations, namely: the addition of Samsat Online service facilities, mobile Samsat car service facilities, and Gerai Samsat service facilities. For now the E-Government of Motor Vehicle Tax payments in supporting Good governance in the Merangin District Samsat Office is still not optimal, this is because there are still some obstacles, including: The lack of information dissemination on the requirements and use of E-Samsat in Merangin Regency; The limited number of human resources for car operators, Mobile Samsat and Operator Samsat; Internet network interference is still common, so E-Samsat is still not working optimally; Limited supporting facilities and infrastructure in implementing E-Samsat.                Appropriate efforts, so that these obstacles can be resolved properly. Following this, the researchers describe the efforts made by Merangin District Samsat in overcoming these obstacles, including: Improving information dissemination on the requirements and use of E-Samsat in Merangin District; Adding Human Resources to operators; Improve internet network facilities, so that they do not experience interference; Improve supporting facilities and infrastructure in the implementation of E-Samsat.

Abstract

Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Dasar Tahun 1945 Pasal 34, anak terlantar diasuh oleh negara. Pemerintah telah mengeluarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 tentang Perlindungan Anak yang dalam perjalanannya mengalami perubahan. Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 tentang Perubahan Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 tentang Perlindungan Anak, menegaskan bahwa konsekuensinya adalah pemerintah wajib melakukan segala upaya untuk memenuhi hak-hak anak Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena jumlah anak terlantar semakin meningkat di Kota Batam, perkembangan anak terlantar semakin meningkat, terutama anak terlantar pada usia sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan analisis data kualitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah Kepala Dinas Sosial dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Pemerintah Kota Batam beserta tokoh masyarakat, anak terlantar dan masyarakat di Kota Batam. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel dengan tujuan tertentu. Hasil penelitian tentang analisis kinerja pemerintah daerah dalam penanganan anak usia sekolah terlantar di Dinas Sosial dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Pemerintah Kota Batam telah menjalankan kinerjanya dengan melakukan pendataan anak terlantar, memberikan pelayanan sosial bagi anak terlantar dan menitipkan anak terlantar. anak ke LKSA (Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Anak), dan memberikan bantuan sosial anak terlantar.

Abstract

Minimnya sosialisasi informasi persyaratan dan penggunaan E-Samsat, terbatasnya jumlah sumber daya manusia untuk tenaga operator mobil Samsat keliling dan operator gerai Samsat, masih sering terjadi gangguan jaringan internet sehingga E-Samsat masih belum bekerja optimal, terbatasnya sarana dan prasarana pendukung dalam pelaksanaan E-Samsat menjadi beberapa permasalahan dalam penerapan E-Government di Kantor Samsat Kabupaten Merangin. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertuuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan E-Government pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor melalui E-Samsat beserta kendalanya. Metode penelian yang digunakan adalah deksriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada penerapan E-Samsat. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa pelaksanaan E-Goverment pembayaran Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor dalam mendukung Good governance dilakukan melalui inovasi penambahan fasilitas pelayanan Samsat Online, fasilitas pelayanan mobil Samsat Keliling, dan fasilitas pelayanan Gerai Samsat. Untuk saat ini E-Goverment pembayaran Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor masih belum optimal karena terkendala minimnya sosialisasi informasi persyaratan dan penggunaan E-Samsat, terbatasnya jumlah SDM untuk tenaga operator mobil Samsat Keliling dan Operator Gerai Samsat, sering terjadi gangguan jaringan internet, terbatasnya sarana dan prasarana pendukung dalam pelaksanaan E-Samsat. Rekomendasi yang bisa diberikan untuk peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas sumberdaya yang berhubungan langsung dengan pelayanan E-Samsat seperti SDM dan sarana prasarana.

Abstract

Students and Students are a place for students' aspirations to express their creativity. OSIS is formed based on the decision of the principal of the school which has a management body. Students who are involved in the OSIS management body must pass several criteria and requirements, including having communication skills and having a leadership spirit. Communication has a strong influence in shaping a person's attitude and leadership style in an organization. Students must be given briefings on attitudes and leadership styles so that they can direct, control their members and be responsible so that all parts of the work are coordinated in order to achieve company or organizational goals. One of the requirements to become an OSIS administrator is sitting at Ananda High School in Batam City, where the psychological condition of students is still unstable to lead. So that there are some conflicts that arise such as misunderstanding between members, task structure factors and organizational structures, for example, the unequal desire between the treasurer and chairman, personal factors, namely individuals must make decisions concerning themselves and the organization, environmental factors such as the absence of support from the environment or certain parties, differences of opinion, incomplete gatherings, many administrators who leave, there is leisure between members, poor time management and declining performance.

Abstract

The cultural construction of women cannot be separated from the patriarchal ideology that considers men superior to women. Islam has made it clear that the goal of open Islam is to free humanity from all forms of injustice. And this is achieved by eliminating all forms of living systems that are tyrannical, repressive and discriminatory. Islam recognizes that they have different functions, but these differences do not necessarily lead to arbitrary differences or discrimination. Thus, the issue of women's leadership has also attracted the attention of scholars in Indonesia who have been involved in formulating problems and finding solutions from an Islamic perspective. The purpose of this study is to determine the position of women in Indonesian law and to determine whether female leadership in Indonesia is appropriate if it is linked to Islamic law. The method used in this study is qualitative and descriptive. The results show that the position of women in Indonesian law has so far occupied an important position before the law, and that the position of women in Islamic law is very noble, attracts enough attention and is in a very commendable position.

Abstract

One of the demands on the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bungo Regency is to provide services to the community to achieve orderly population administration but from the writer's initial observation, data collection officers in the field found it difficult to optimize data collection, because SAD lives in nomadic life. detected by the assessor. While the purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the SAD data collection at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Bungo Regency. In this case, it will be analyzed how the effectiveness of SAD data collection relating directly to the orderly Administration which is set forth in the regulation of the Minister of the Interior Number: 11 of 2010 concerning guidelines on data collection and issuance of population documents for vulnerable population administration. In this study, researchers used a descriptive qualitative research method by looking at research subjects who became this study. While in data collection techniques, researchers use the literature study technique, field studies consisting of observations, interviews, and documentation. Descriptive data analysis techniques in analyzing data, i.e. with data that has been collected from interviews and documentation or library studies will be analyzed and interpreted to find out its meaning and meaning. The results of the study prove that effective data collection will spur an increase in the orderly administration of optimal population, besides, it is recommended to the Department of Population and Civil Registration to register in a sustainable manner in the Bungo Regency, especially to remote communities, although there are still many deficiencies in it but have appeared changes and differences in Bungo District.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effects of discipline and leadership on the performance employees of Badan Pengusahaan (BP) Batam. By giving respondents questionnaires, this study uses quantitative methods. 100 people make up the research sample. The research yielded the following conclusions: (1) There is a partial influence of discipline on employee performance, as shown by a t-count value of (7.351) > t-table (1.984), (2) There is a partial influence of leadership on employee performance, as shown by a t-count value of (3.632) > t-table (1.984), and (3) There is a simultaneous influence of discipline and leadership on employee performance, as shown by an F-count (126.347) > F-table (3.09).

Abstract

This research was conducted due to several problems, including: weak annual work program planning, weak program control, this research was conducted on 60 people involved in the Technical Implementation Unit in Rantau Pandan using the survey method with a descriptive qualitative approach with the aim of knowing how far. where is the implementation of the Technical Service Unit of the Rantau Pandan District Education Office. The results obtained: the duties and functions have not been carried out optimally, in providing direction it is quite good, there is still a lack of supervision carried out and from the results above there are several conditions that cause this to occur including the skill factor and the employee discipline factor.
