Abstract

Human teacher is a teacher who has the sincerity in teaching and learning. Teachers who have confidence that the target job is to make the students managed to understand the material being taught. Teachers are sincere, will think if there are learners who do not understand the teaching materials. Teachers who tried to take the time to learn because they are aware, the teaching profession should not stop learning. Teachers have strong desire and serious to join the training and competence development. Human teacher should be able to look at the competence of the learners a wider, based on three capabilities, such as: cognitive abilities, psychomotor abilities and affective abilities. Five parcel gifts to be opened by a human teacher, namely: 1) star; 2) ocean; 3) treasure; 4) divers; and 5) talent.

Abstract

Everyone has different abilities. Reflecting from the diversity of different abilities, it should be necessary to do various ways in developing those abilities. One of the individual's abilities is creativity. Creativity is an important ability to develop, even in various elements of education. In this case, educators play an important role to develop that ability. Creativity is very important to develop, because creativity has a big influence and adequate to contribute in one's life, for example in academic achievement. The art of paper folding or origami, is an excellent activity to stimulate creativity as well as build a structured mind power in children. Because the subject of this activity is an early childhood, then this activity is designed with a simple method. Children who follow this activity are only told to look, then practice together and they may even form another pattern they want.

Abstract

The main and first character education for children is a family environment. Education of family is very important and a fundamental pillar of the character development of a child. The family as the smallest social unit in an educational environment and most major responsibility to educate their children. The education given by parents supposed to provide the basis for the education of children about the process of socialization and life in society. Good parenting will bring positive impacts to the child’s development as well should. The success of character formation these children is influenced by the type of parenting parents in educating children. Parents play an important role in shaping the interaction system that intimate and lasting characterized by personal loyalty, love and loving relationship. Variety type of parenting parents consists of four kinds. First, authoritative; Second, authoritarian; and Third, permissive; as well Recently, indifferent. Each of parenting is having an impact for children’s development. The best parenting in the formation of character is the type of authoritative parenting. This, due to that the type of authoritative parenting is characterized by parents who tend to assume equal rights and responsibilities of children than he did because in practice this type of authoritative parenting, parents give freedom and guidance to children.

Abstract

Concept-Based Learning Multiple Intelligences Perspective Munif Chatib. Multiple intelligences-based learning in perspective Munif Chatib, occurs when a misunderstanding between the definition of multiple intelligences of educators with areal understanding of multiple intelligences. Munif Chatib explained that multiple intelligences is not really a field of study, nor is the curriculum. Of the existing context, several educational institutions, almost the majority of education in today’s schools are less likely to appreciate the full potential of the learners. Based learning multiple intelligences present as a realm of learning that focuses on the uniqueness and the uniqueness of each child always found excess. Departing from the above background, the researchers wanted to find out: how is the concept of multiple intelligences-based learning in perspective Munif Chatib. Multiple intelligences is acorrection to the concept of a person based on Intelligences intelligence quotient (IQ), which only measures a person’s ability based only on linguistic, logical mathematical and spatial only. Meanwhile, according to Howard Gardner man has multiple capabilities.The design concept of the application of Multiple Intelligences- based learning in schools globally covering three important stages, namely: input, process and output. At the input stage, using the Multiple Intelligences Research (MIR) in the acceptance of new students. The second stage is the stage of the learning process, which will have the same teacher teaching style to the learning style of learners. On output, the multiple intelligences-based learning, then the assessment is by using Authentic assessment. Authentic assessment is an assessment of the full figure of a learner who is not only measured in terms of the cognitive but also measured in terms of affective and psychomotor learners.

Abstract

Educational institutions as one of the places for the formation of human personality have a great responsibility towards fostering student character. Character education is very important to instill early on so students can behave well. The purpose of this study is to describe the character education carried out by the teacher through the habituation of students in reading the Qur'an at SD Negeri 1 Sidamulya. The research technique used is a qualitative approach. Character education starts from the teacher who gives a good example, so students will be enthusiastic in doing any activities in the school. Among the forms of inculcation of character education through the habituation of reading the Koran in SDN 1 Sidamulya Cirebon Regency, including: Teachers instill the value of character education in the form of responsibility by giving assignments; The teacher instills religious values, that is, the teacher and students together to do the Dhuha Prayer and study the Qur'an in the mosque; The teacher instills the value of Discipline, that is the activity of reading the Qur'an every day in the school yard; The teacher instills democratic values ​​by creating an atmosphere of learning interaction that is built on love.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to reveal the implementation of multicultural education in shaping the character of early childhood at the Builder State Kindergarten in the District of Trimurjo, Central Lampung Regency. This research method is qualitative naturalistic. The results of this study, including through 3 parts, namely: 1) self-development program, 2) integration in subjects; 3) school culture. First, self-development programs, there are four activities, namely: routine activities, spontaneous activities, exemplary, conditioning. Second, integration in subjects. Educators teach multicultural education in the learning material. Third, school culture. Supporting factors for multicultural education include the presence of extra-curricular activities. While the inhibiting factors for multicultural education in Pembina Trimurjo State Kindergarten are: (1) Lack of understanding of educators about multicultural education; (2) The absence of a standard concept from the government regarding multicultural education related to the curriculum and methods.Keywords: Multicultural Education, Character, Early Childhood. AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengungkap implementasi pendidikan multikultural dalam membentuk karakter anak usia dini di TK Negeri Pembina Kecamatan Trimurjo Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif yang bersifat naturalistik. Hasil penelitian ini,  di antaranya melalui 3 bagian yaitu: 1) program pengembangan diri,  2) pengintegrasian dalam mata pelajaran; 3) budaya sekolah. Pertama, program pengembangan diri, terdapat empat kegiatan yaitu: kegiatan rutin, kegiatan spontan, keteladanan, pengkondisian. Kedua, pengintegrasian dalam mata pelajaran. Pendidik mengajarkan pendidikan multikultural yang ada dalam materi pembelajaran. Ketiga, budaya sekolah. Faktor penunjang pendidikan multikultural di antaranya yaitu: adanya kegiatan ekstra kurikuler. Sedangkan faktor penghambat pendidikan multikultural di TK Negeri Pembina Trimurjo adalah: (1) Kurangnya pemahaman pendidik tentang pendidikan multikultural; (2) Belum adanya konsep baku dari pemerintah tentang pendidikan multikultural terkait kurikulum dan metodenya.  Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Multikultural, Karakter, Anak Usia Dini.

Abstract

Sex education must be started from the family, especially the role of the two parents who must introduce sex education. One way of introducing sex education to early childhood is through toilet training. Toilet training of children is an effort to train children to be able to control their urination and defecation. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of parents in introducing sex education to children through toilet training. The research used qualitative approach (field research) which was conducted at Perum Palm Asri Sumber Cirebon. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The finding of the research is the sex education is very important to be introduced to children from an early age, especially with regard to the introduction of reproductive organs and sex. The strategy of parents by explaining to children that the reproductive organ in the front is testis for peeing. While the back (rectum) for defecation. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan perkembangan motorik halus anak melalui media plastisin di TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Tempuran Trimurjo. Metode penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan dua siklus dan pada setiap siklusnya dilaksanakan tiga kali pertemuan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 16 anak TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Tempuran Trimurjo, yang terdiri dari 9 anak laki-laki dan 7 anak perempuan. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media plastisin dapat meningkatkan perkembangan motorik halus anak. Sebelum dilakukan tindakan belum ada anak yang berkembang sangat baik. Setelah adanya tindakan pada siklus I, perkembangan motorik halus anak meningkat sebanyak 4 anak dengan persentase 25%, dan pada siklus II meningkat hingga 11 anak dengan persentase 69% kriteria berkembang sangat baik (BSB). Dalam penggunaan media plastisin, guru mengenalkan cara membentuk plastisin dan mencetak plastisin selanjutnya anak dapat mencoba mempraktekkannya dengan teman-temanya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengertian Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus dan Ragam Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus. Dalam artikel ini menjelaskan tentang Ragam Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus yang meliputi : Disleksia Learning, ADHD, Autisme, Speech Delay, Down Syndrom, Tuna Grahita, Tuna Rungu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah menggunakan study pustaka library research yaitu metode pengumpulan data dengan cara memahami dan mempelajari teori - teori dari berbagai literatur. Selanjutnya, hasil dari artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus adalah anak yang mengalami keterbatasan atau keluarbiasaan, baik fisik, mental-intelektual, sosial, maupun emosional, yang berpengaruh secara signifikan dalam proses pertumbuhan atau perkembangannya dibandingkan dengan anak-anak lain yang seusia dengannya.
