Abstract

Abstrak: Sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Untuk itu perhatian yang serius dalam memngembangkan diri pegawai, dapat dilakukan salah satu dengan memberikan kesempatan kepada pegawai melanjutkan pendidikan guna meningkatkan kompetensi seehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerjanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tujuan Program Beasiswa STAR dan prosedur administrasi pada seleksi Program Beasiswa STAR (State Accountability Revitalization) di Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) Pusat Jakarta Metode Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan kualitatif deskriptif, berdasarkan kajian keilmiahan, prinsip-prinsip, serta asumsi-asumsi fundamental ilmu pengetahuan, memanfaatkan penalaran deduktif yang didukung informasi yang valid selanjutnya diolah untuk dianalisa secara melalui kaidah-kaidah penelitian. Data diperoleh melalui metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentas. State Accountability Revitalization (STAR) Project merupakan kegiatan yang ditujukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan negara yang didanai dengan Loan Number 2927-INO Asian Develoment Bank (ADB). State Accountability Revitalization (STAR) ini disebut STAR II, dengan BPKP sebagai Executing Agensi, yang merupakan kelanjutan dari STAR sebelumnya dengan nama State Audit Reform – Sector Development Program (STAR-SDP). BPKP berperan sebagai lembaga pelaksana, yang berkonsentrasi untuk meningkatkan kompetensi staf pengelola keuangan dan internal auditor pemerintahan. Pegawai yang meengajuan bea siswa harus memenuhi persyaratan dan mengikuti seleksi sesuai ketentuan yang dapat dilakukan secara online Kata kunci: Beasiswa, PNS, Prosedur. Abstract: Human resources are a very important factor in achieving organizational goals. For that serious attention in developing employees themselves, can be done one way by providing opportunities for employees to continue their education in order to improve their competencies so that they can improve their performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the purpose of the STAR Scholarship Program and administrative procedures in the selection of the STAR (State Accountability Revitalization) Scholarship Program at the Central Jakarta Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP). The type of research method used was descriptive qualitative, based on scientific studies, principles, and fundamental assumptions of science, using deductive reasoning supported by valid information and then processed to be analyzed through the rules of research. Data obtained through the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The State Accountability Revitalization (STAR) Project is an activity aimed at improving the quality of accountability in the management of state finances funded with Loan Number 2927-INO Asian Development Bank (ADB). This State Accountability Revitalization (STAR) is called STAR II, with BPKP as the Executing Agency, which is a continuation of the previous STAR under the name State Audit Reform - Sector Development Program (STAR-SDP). BPKP acts as an implementing agency, which concentrates on improving the competency of the government financial management staff and internal auditors. Abstract

One area that has an important role in the business world is sales. There are different types of goods and services offered to the wider community and can be used to meet their needs. One example is the material of the building that is used as materials to build a house, building, school and other buildings. The building's material items are sold in the Building Store. However, most of the processing of data on the sale of building materials in the Building Store is still done conventionally, thus causing problems. Like, there were errors in data recording, data searches that took a long time, and the making of inaccurate sales reports. If this is allowed to happen, then the place of the venture could suffer a lot of losses and not be able to take the right steps to resolve the existing problem. Therefore, the place of the venture requires the construction of a system, especially for the sales information system. With the development of the system, it is hoped that we will solve existing problems and be able to monitor the performance of the system and evaluate it well. And in the development of the system, it has to be supported with the use of the right method, where one of the methods that can be used is MVC (Model View Cotroller). Using this MVC, we can see the data structure used, the view and also the list of programs for the creation of the program application. The sales program applications generated from the development of this system, of course, are very much expected to help improve the existing system and improve the service and generate accurate data

Abstract

Perkembangan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi disuatu daerah dapat diihat pada sektor-sektor yang menjadi unggulan di wilayah tersebut. Agar suatu daerah dapat memiliki sektor unggulan tersebut harus dapat memaksimalkan potensi di daerahnya dengan baik. Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta merupakan salah satu provinsi yang teretak di tengah Puau Jawa. Karena letaknya yang berada di Pusat Jawa, maka Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta menjadi pusat perekonomian, terutama pusat Pulau Jawa. Menurut BPS DIY (2017) Daerah Istiewa Yogyakarta secara geografis yang letaknya strategis, namun tingkat ekonominya relative tertinggal dari Jawa bagian utara. Berdasarkan data BPS (2018), Provinsi DIY memiliki persentase penduduk miskin tertinggi di antara provinsi-provinsi di Pulau Jawa.  Serta dipengaruh dengan adanya pandemi covid-19 yang melanda di Indonesia sejak Maret 2019. Untuk meningkatkan pembangunan Provinsi DIY perlu diketahui sektor unggulan khususnya Kota Yogyakarta. Data sekunder yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik. Alat anaisis yang digunakan yaitu Location Quotient (LQ) dan Shift Share. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan analisis LQ dan SS terdapat tiga belas sektor yang tergolong basis. Selain itu sektor Industri Pengolahan merupakan salah satu sektor yang memiliki pertumbuhan paling cepat diantara sektor lainnya.

Abstract

Purchasing has an important role in a company, where by purchasing the goods needed in the company it will maintain the existing inventory. If the supply of goods is fulfilled in the company then activities in other fields such as sales will be able to run. So that the company will always get income or income. At the present time, there are still many purchasing data processing that are still not computerized or done manually. This of course can cause problems in the field of purchasing systems such as errors in matching data when the goods ordered are received, errors in data recording and even making purchase reports takes a long time and the resulting information is inaccurate. If obstacles like this are allowed to continue, of course, it can cause losses to the company and the information conveyed is less accountable. Because it is necessary to have a system development in the purchasing information system, so that these constraints can be resolved and get the best solution so that the company can still compete and run as expected. To assist the development of the system, it is necessary to determine the right model and. the use of the waterfall model can be one of the best choices in developing the system. With the use of this waterfall model, it can be seen clearly the steps in the development of the system so that it is hoped that the end result can create an application that can be implemented in a goods purchasing information system.

Abstract

UMKM memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam perekonomian negara,karena mampu memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, melalui aktivitas produksi, penjualan dan ekspansi bisnis. Selain itu UMKM mampu mendorong inovasi, diversifikasi ekonomi dan menciptakan bisnis yang dinamis. UMKM memiliki keberagaman produk dan layanan unik, untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan preferensi konsumen yang spesifik. Untuk itu pelaku usaha UMKM harus memiliki merek dagang tersendiri. Merek dagang harus didaftarkan agar memiliki nilai. Dengan pendaftaran merek akan memberikan hak eksklusif untuk menggunakan merek tersebut dalam kegiatan bisnis. Selain itu juga memberikan perlindungan hukum terhadap penggunaan yang tidak sah dan penyalahgunaan merek oleh orang lain. Merek Dagang yang terdaftar juga akan membantu membedakan suatu produk barang yang satu dengan barang yang lain, serta memiliki nilai ekonomis dalam bisnis karena dapat dijadikan agunan untuk pendanaan pada lembaga keuangan. Karena itulah Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika bekerja sama dengan mitra UMKM Bekasi-Aryza Collection mengadakan sosialisasi pendaftaran merek dagang agar merek dagang para pelaku UMKM mendapat perlindungan hukum

Abstract

Sales have an important role in an organization, especially medicament sales at Pharmacies, especially at Apotik Bubulak Bogor. The use of a good information system is certainly very necessary for the Pharmacy to manage its data. In managing its sales data, this Pharmacy still uses a conventional system, so various problems arise, such as miscalculations in making reports, often forgetting to record transactions that occur, and many still use paper as a documentation tool. So, it is necessary to design a system to be implemented in the sales system. To be able to overcome various existing problems, the new system can be more effective, and the data produced more accurately. Therefore, to achieve this goal, it is necessary to use the right method, namely the MVC (Model View Controller) method. This MVC method can show the needs needed in building the information system. A good result of this MVC method is to separate the application logic process from the user interface.

bidang UMKM. Kurangnya pemahaman UMKM tentang e-commerce membuat kurang maksimal penjualan barang hasil kerajinan. Sosialisasi Pengenalan Dan Pemanfaatan c-commerce Sebagai Media Penjualan Online Bagi UMKM Di Bekasi ini dilakukan untuk membantu meningkatkan hasil penjualan mitra. Berdasarkan hasil sosialissai yang dilakukan menujukkan bahwa peserta UMKM sangat ntusias daan memahami pemaparan yang dilakukan oleh narasumber. Hasil pemaparan narasumber terkait c-commerce menujukkan bahwa kegiatan ini tidak hanya membuka wawasan dan pola pikir dari peserta UMKM namun juga peserta dapat langsung sharing dan berdiskusi tentang kegiatan yang dilakukan. Anggorokasih W. Pemilik Aryza Jewellery salah satu peserta UMKM Bekasi yang dibuatkan websitenya merasa senang dan puas dengan tampilan design website tersebut. Selain itu dari hasil pembuatan c-commerce tesebut juga diharapkan dapat membantu para peserta UMKM khususnya Anggorokasih W dalam mempromosikan barang dan hasil kerajinan keseluruh pelosok tanpa harus terbentur jarak dan waktu. Selama ini Aryza Jewellery memasarkan produk kerajinan dengan menyewa stand yang ada di di blu plaza bekasi Jl. Chairil Anwar No.27-36, RT.004/RW.009, Margahayu, Kec. Bekasi Tim., Kota Bks, Jawa Barat 17113. Hasil kerajinan yang dibuat adalah dengan menggunakan bahan utama batu dan kawat yang dapat menghasilkan beberapa aksesoris seperti kalung, cincin, anting, bros dan lain lain.
