Abstract

Pelaksanaan Kota Layak Anak merupakan upaya pemenuhan hak anak yang harus dilakukan oleh pemerintah daerah. Masih adanya hambatan dalam pelaksanaan dilihat dari kelembagaan yang melaksanakannya belum memiliki komitmen dari sumberdaya yang ada dan kerjasama yang aktif belum terbangun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya penguatan kelembagaan yang sudah dilakukan dalam Kota Layak Anak di Kota Serang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori pembangunan lembaga oleh Milton J. Esman dalam Eaton (1986). Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya untuk memperkuat lembaga pemerintah, masyarakat dan dunia usaha agar proaktif dalam memenuhi hak anak yang dilakukan melalui sosialisasi, fasilitasi sumberdaya ketenagaan, anggaran maupun sarana prasarana telah dipenuhi, meskipun pada pelaksanaannya komitmen terhadap pemenuhan hak anak belum sepenuhnya optimal. Saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu meningkatkan komunikasi yang lebih intensif dan sinkronisasi duduk bersama menyamakan pandangan tentang urgensi atas pemennuhan hak anak.

Abstract

The existence of Inclusive Education in Indonesia is still very foreign to the general public. Thus with Inclusive Education in Serang City is still in a state of minimal attention from the City Government Attack Serang City Office of Education and Culture. The achievement of the objectives of the Banten Governor Regulation no. 74 of 2014 to realize education that values diversity and non-discrimination for all learners well in Serang City, the unavailability of special facilities and infrastructure in inclusive schools in Serang City, and the shortage of Special Supervisor Teachers In inclusive schools in Serang City is the concern why This study was conducted. This research is aimed to know and analyze how the implementation of Guidance of Implementation of Inclusive Education to be done by Education and Culture Office of Serang City. The theory used is the theory of Public Policy Implementation George Edward III in Agustino (2006: 149). This research uses qualitative approach with descriptive method. Data analysis technique used is Miles & Huberman model. The result of this research shows that the implementation done by the Education and Culture Office of Serang City in implementing the Inclusive Education has not been implemented optimally. Due to the proper Implementation to be implemented, it is necessary to do in Bureaucracy structure which will then have an effect on the clear communication between the implementer and the Responsible Resource needed in the implementation of the policy and the disposition of equal distribution of responsibility.

Abstract

Children as the next generation must get the rights of certainty, development and growth . Government must have effort to protect their right was outlined in the child protection policies, programs and activities to ensure the fulfillment of children's rights, so that children can live, grow, develop and participate optimally in accordance with human dignity, as well as protection from violence and discrimination. One of the policies to guarantee the rights of the child is Kota Layak Anak Programm. One cluster of this program is The ciivil rights and freedoms. The Civil rights and freedom includes the right to identity, identity protection, the right of expression and speech, the right of thought, conscience and religion, freedom of association and peaceful assembly, the right to protection of private life, the right of access and adequate information, the right of free of punishment and torture, this study aims to determine how  cluster civil rights and child development in the development of the  children friendly city in Serang. The method used is qualitative ,data collection techniques of documentation and interviews. The main source of data is secondary data. The results showed that the achievement  on the cluster of civil rights and freedoms of children still less, some local district children civil right owner still less than fifty percent, we can’t find children forum in every vilage, free playground is limited . Preparing to developing Kota Layak Anak in Serang City actually only make a policy , not yet planning action. Our recommendations are: the first necessary to set up groups of children to support the creativity of children, the second  to increas the function of children communication forum .Keywords: Children, civil rights, freedom

Abstract

In Chanoyu, Omotenashi, serving wholeheartedly begins when one thinks of carrying out chanoyu. It starts with making and sending invitations, preparing the venue and equipments, welcoming guests, and tidying it up again reflected real forms of omotenashi. Chanoyu, Sadou, or the way of Tea not only includes how to serve tea to guests and followed by the guests drink the tea, but it is full of teachings to serve and to live a harmonious life. This paper discusses omotenashi expressed in Rikyuu Douka. Rikyuu Douka is a teaching written by Sen no Rikyuu in the form of 100 pieces of waka on the procedure of preparing the tea room, treating equipments, and also things needed to be done both by the host and the guests. Of the 100 poems, 20 poems related to the procedure of serving the guests were examined. Using descriptive analysis methods and data sources taken from "Rikyuu Douka ni Manabu (Urasenke Gakuen Koukai Kouza PEL Siri-zu)" written by Abe Sosei, published by Tankousha in 2000, this paper discusses omotenashi taught by Sen no Rikyuu through his poems. Moreover, this paper is also expected to be an input for research on Japanese-style services.

Abstract

Konser metal yang memiliki keunikan dari komunitas lainnya yaitu dengan menyanyikan lagu sakral Indonesia raya serta terdapat kesenian barongan menjadi daya tarik sendiri. Hal tersebut karena peran pelopor komunitas metal Blora bersatu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui optimalisasi peran pelopor komunitas metal dalam membangun kebanggaan bangsa Indonesia melalui kesenian barongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif . Landasan teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori jaringan aktor oleh Michel Callon dan Bruno Latour. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumnetasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelopor komunitas metal di desa Purwosari yaitu memberikan pelatihan kesenian barongan kepada remaja di Purwosari ketika akan ada penampilan barongan di konser metal. Pelopor komunitas bekerja keras berpartisipasi mengajarkan kesenian tersebut sehingga para remaja memiliki kebanggaan terhadap barongan. Komunitas tersebut berusaha untuk menghimbau tanpa paksaan pada seluruh penonton konser metal supaya menyanyikan Indonesia raya terlebih dahulu sebelum kesenian barongan tampil sebagai pembukaan konser metal, hal tersebut dapat membentuk rasa kebanggaan sebagai bangsa Indonesia. Setelah itu anggota komunitas metal yang tergabung dalam sanggar barongan menampilkan kesenian khas Blora tersebut di tengah penonton. Latihan barongan selalu diadakan sebagai upaya persiapan penampilan barongan di konser metal oleh anggota sanggar barongan. Penampilan kesenian barongan di acara konser metal selalu dinikmati oleh para penonton konser metal sebagai bentuk rasa bangga terhadap Indonesia dengan menikmati penampilan kesenian lokal kota Blora. Kata Kunci: Optimalisasi, Peran pelopor, Komunitas metal, Kebanggaan bangsa Indonesia, Kesenian barongan Metal concerts that are unique from other communities, namely by singing the sacred songs of Indonesia Raya and there are barongan arts are their own attraction. This is because the role of the pioneers of the Blora metal community is united. The purpose of this study was to determine the optimal role of the metal community pioneers in building the pride of the Indonesian nation through the art of barongan. This research uses a qualitative approach. The theoretical basis used in this research is the actor network theory by Michel Callon and Bruno Latour. The data collected in this study used observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the pioneers of the metal community in the village of Purwosari always provide training in barongan arts to teenagers in Purwosari when there will be a barongan performance at metal concerts. Therefore, the pioneers of the community work hard to participate in teaching the art so that teenagers have pride in Barongan. The community tries to appeal without coercion to all metal concert audiences to sing Indonesia raya first before the barongan art appears as the opening of the metal concert, this can create a sense of pride as an Indonesian nation. After that, members of the metal community who are members of the barongan studio performed this typical Blora art in the audience. Barongan practice is always held as an effort to prepare for barongan appearances at metal concerts by members of the barongan studio. Barongan art performances at metal concert events are always enjoyed by metal concert audiences as a form of pride in Indonesia by enjoying local art performances in the city of Blora. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to describe the role of parents in online learning during the Covid 19 pandemic in Bangsal village Pesantren district Kediri city. The theory used in this research is the Biddle & Thomas theory . The research approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. Data collection was done by interview, observation, and documentation. The results of this study explain that the role of parents ia s guide, educator, carer, developer, and supervasior. During the online learning period so far, parents in the Bangsal village Pesantren district Kediri city always try to provide the best assistance for children in the learning process. Assistance provided by parents as well as preparing the completeness for the online learning process that will be carried out and being willing to accompany children when online learning takes place. Parents want that even though learning is done online, children can follow the learning to the maximum and remain enthusiastic in undergoing education. Parents play an importantrole in the progress of childrens learning because from thr encouragement of parents, children can regenerate their childrens learning spirit. Parents in the Bangsal village Pesantren subdistrict Kediri city explained the they always accompany their children when learning takes place and prioritize the interests of their children rather than their busy lives. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the role and strategy of the Save Street Child Sidoarjo community to build the character value of mutual cooperation in street children. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out with participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The informants of this study were six people consisting of a community leader, three volunteers, and two street children of the Save Street Child Sidoarjo community. Determination of informants using purposive sampling. The research location of Lemah Putro Village, Sidoarjo Regency. The research conducted has a focus on the role and strategy of the Save Street Child Sidoarjo community to build the value of mutual aid character. The character value of mutual cooperation in this study is the value of help, the value of anti-discrimination and the value of anti-violence. The results of the research on the role and strategy of the Save Street Child Sidoarjo community to build the value of mutual cooperation character are shown through the role of educators and the role of facilitators. The role of educators from the Save Street Child Sidoarjo community is demonstrated through raising awareness and providing information to street children. Meanwhile, the role of facilitator from the Save Street Child Sidoarjo community is carried out by arranging verbally and personal communication to parents of street children. Meanwhile, the strategy carried out by the Save Street Child Sidoarjo community in building the value of mutual cooperation character is to use a persuasive approach. Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of nationalism of the extracurricular members of Sanggar Seni Agawe Santoso at SMAN 1 Singgahan Tuban. The research uses Coleman's rational choice theory. According to Coleman, actors are considered as individuals who have goals, actors also have a choice of basic value to be used to determine the choices and actions they want. This research uses quantitative research with descriptive design. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire filled out by 42 members. Analysis of the data used is to find the highest percentage of extracurricular members and the lowest. The results showed that the level of nationalism of the members of the Sanggar Seni Agawe Santoso extracurricular SMAN 1 Singgahan Tuban was 48% in the middle position. Extracurricular members of the Agawe Santoso Art Studio at SMAN 1 Singgahan Tuban have a moderate level of nationalism. This factor was found that the members still do not fully love the local culture. This is obtained because the members still have a sense of participating in preserving, developing and introducing their local culture.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untukmeningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran dan prestasi belajar PKn materi sistem pemerintahan Indonesia bagi siswa kelas VI SD Negeri Combongan 01 Kecamatan Sukoharjo Semester 1 Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019 melalui metode Contextual Teaching and Learning.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian dilakukan di SD Negeri Combongan 01 Kecamatan Sukoharjo, Kabupaten Sukoharjo pada semester 1 tahun pelajaran 2018/2019selama 6 (enam) bulan. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VISD Negeri Combongan 01 Kecamatan Sukoharjoyang terdiri dari 15 orang siswa.Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah Contextual Teaching and Learning dengan prosedur penelitian yaitu: 1) perencanaan; 2) pelaksanaan;3) observasi; dan 4) refleksi.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukaan adanya peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran dan prestasi belajar siswa. Peningkatan kualitas belajar terbukti dengan meningkatnya jumlah siswa yang mendapatkan kriteria baik dalam proses pembelajaran yakni pada kondisi awal sebesar 40,00% meningkat menjadi 100% pada akhir siklus II. Peningakatan prestasi belajar siswa dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya nilai rata-rata prestasi belajar siswa serta ketuntasan belajar siswa secara klasikal. Nilai rata-rata prestasi belajar siswa pada Kondisi Awal sebesar 69,67meningkat menjadi 82,00 pada akhir siklus II, sehingga mengalami peningkatan sebesar 12,33. Ditinjau dari ketuntasan belajar siswa secara kelasikal yakni pada Kondisi Awal sebesar 53,33% meningkat menjadi 100% pada akhir Siklus II, sehingga mengalami peningkatan 46,67%.Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwapenggunaan metode Contextual Teaching and Learning dapat meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran dan prestasi belajar PKn materi sistem pemerintahan Indonesia bagi siswa kelas VI SD Negeri Combongan 01 Kecamatan Sukoharjo Semester 1 Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019.  Kata Kunci:Contextual Teaching and Learning, PKn, Prestasi belajar

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh model PBI melalui LKS terhadap peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa serta mengetahui respon siswa terhadap model PBI melalui LKS dalam upaya peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian eksperimen dan desain penelitian True Experimental Design dengan bentuk Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Penelitian diterapkan di SMA Negeri 2 Lamongan, kelas XI IPA 7 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI IPA 4 sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes, observasi, dokumentasi dan angket. Analisis data dengan uji beda t test sample related dan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dengan diterapkan model PBI melalui LKS terhadap peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas XI IPA 7 SMA Negeri 2 Lamongan. Adanya pengaruh yang signifikan dibuktikan dengan terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang dicapai melalui tes dengan bentuk soal uraian terbuka antara kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan model PBI melalui LKS dengan kelas kontrol yang tidak menggunakan model PBI melalui LKS pada taraf kepercayaan 5% yang menunjukkan thitung > ttabel (3,02>1,697). Di samping itu, aktivitas siswa selama proses pembelajaran pada kelas eksperimen lebih aktif dibanding kelas kontrol. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan pengamatan aktivitas siswa dalam proses pembelajaran kelas eksperimen persentase terbanyak pada kriteria sangat baik (52,08%) sedangkan aktivitas kelas kontrol persentase terbanyak pada kriteria kurang baik (45,49%). Produk yang dihasilkan kelas eksperimen juga menunjukkan pada kriteria sangat baik dan baik dengan persentase sebesar 51,85% dan 35,18%. Respon siswa kelas XI IPA 7 terhadap pembelajaran dengan model PBI melalui LKS dalam upaya peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa adalah positif dengan hasil persentase terbanyak pada jawaban setuju (61,48%) dan sangat setuju (25,37%).Kata Kunci : PBI, LKS, Berpikir KritisAbstractThe goal of the research was to analyze the influence of PBI model through SW to increase critical thinking skills of students as well as knowing the student response to PBI model through SW, in terms of enhancement of the students’ critical thinking ability. This research used quantitative approach with the True Experimental Design with the Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The research applied on SMA Negeri 2 Lamongan, XI IPA 7 class be the experimental group and XI IPA 4 be the control group. The data collection technique that used are test, observation, documentation and questionaire. The data analysis are t test sample related and percentage. The results of research shows that there is significant influence by applying PBI model through SW, to increased students’ critical thinking ability at XI IPA 7 SMA Negeri 2 Lamongan. Any significant influence evidenced by students learning there are differences results achieved through a test between the experimental class that used PBI model through SW with control class that doesn’t used PBI model through SW on the level 5% that showed thitung > ttabel (3,02>1,697). In addition, student activity during the learning process on experiment class more active than control class. It is proven by observation activity students in the learning process experimental class has the largest percentage (52,08%) while the control class has low percentage (45,49%). The product that produced by the experimental class are also very good with the percentage of 51,85% and 35,18%. The students’ XI IPA 7 response against learning with a PBI model through SW, in terms of increasing the capacity to think critically students are positive with the results of the highest percentage on the answer to agree (61,48%) and strongly agree (25,37%).Keywords: PBI, SW, Critical Thinking
