Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Patroli Keamanan Sekolah (PKS) dalam upaya meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa kelas VIII SMP Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah di SMP Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Surabaya. Sampel yang diambil berjumlah 53 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Data selanjutnya dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ekstrakurikuler PKS berperan dalam upaya meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa. Bentuk-bentuk kegiatan ekstrakurikuler PKS yang paling berperan dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa yaitu kegiatan praktek pengaturan lalu lintas di jalan raya dengan skor 250, senam pengaturan lalu lintas dengan skor 228 dan Praktek Baris-Berbaris (PBB) dengan skor 198. Peraturan dan tata tertib yang ditetapkan dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler PKS mampu membentuk sikap disiplin waktu, disiplin berpakaian, disiplin belajar, disiplin latihan dan disiplin berlalulintas. Aktivitas yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler PKS mampu membentuk kedisiplinan siswa untuk taat terhadap peraturan dan tata tertib sekolah. Hasil angket menunjukkan bahwa jumlah skor yang diberikan siswa tentang penilaian sikap disiplin siswa di sekolah menunjukkan rata-rata 90,54. Berdasarkan kriteria penilaian, rata-rata tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kedisiplinan siswa di sekolah termasuk dalam kriteria sangat baik. Selain itu, kontribusi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler PKS dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa di sekolah dapat dilihat melalui jumlah pelanggaran tata tertib yang dilakukan siswa dalam bentuk terlambat datang ke sekolah sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler PKS. Keterlambatan siswa mengalami penurunan sebesar 163 daripada tahun sebelumnya. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ekstrakurikuler PKS memiliki kontribusi dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa untuk patuh terhadap tata tertib sekolah Kata Kunci: Ekstrakurikuler Patroli Keamanan Sekolah, dan Kedisiplinan Abstract The goal of the research was to analyze the role of extracurricular activities the School Safety Patrol (PKS) to form student discipline ineighth grade students of SMP Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Surabaya. This research used quantitative approach with a descriptive quantitative research methods. The research in State Junior School Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Surabaya. The samples are 53 students. The data are collected by observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data was then analyzed using quantitative descriptive percentage formula. The results of research shows that extracurricular activities PKS play a role in efforts to improve student discipline. The forms of extracurricular activities PKS that most scouts can shape the discipline of students is practice in traffic control on the highway with a score of 250, gymnastics traffic control with a score of 228 and Rule-Linear Bars (PBB) with a score of 198. Activities in extracurricular PKS are able to form student discipline to obedient the rules and regulations of the school. The rules fo regulations in the extracurricular activities of the PKS is able to discipline of time, discipline dressed, learning discipline, discipline and traffic discipline. The results of the questionnaire showed that number score given of students on assessment about discipline in the school shows average 90,54. Based on the assessment criteria, the average shows that the discipline of students is very good. In addition, the contribution of extracurricular activities PKS in improving student discipline in schools can be seen through a number of rules violations committed in the form of students coming late to school before and after participating in extracurricular activities PKS. The delay has decreased by 163 students than the previous year. This suggests that extracurricular activities PKS have contributed in improving student discipline obedient to the school rules. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi siswa kelas XI terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru PPKn di SMAN Kota Mojokerto. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis survei. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus persentase. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 91 siswa dari siswa di SMAN Kota Mojokerto. Hasil penelitian ini, bahwa persepsi siswa kelas XI terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru PPKn lulusan PTN di SMAN Kota Mojokerto adalah sangat baik. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh kemampuan guru dalam menguasai karateristik peserta didik dengan persentase 86,90%, dalam menguasai teori belajar dan prinsip-prinsip pembelajaran yang mendidik dengan persentase 88,28%, dalam pengembangan kurikulum dengan persentase 83,64%, dalam kegiatan pembelajaran yang mendidik dengan persentase 84,46%, dalam pengembangan potensi peserta didik dengan persentase 83,01%, dalam komunikasi dengan peserta didik dengan persentase 89,37% dan dalam Penilaian dan Evaluasi dengan persentase 86,95%. Hasil penelitian persepsi siswa kelas XI terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru PPKn lulusan PTS di SMAN Kota Mojokerto adalah sangat baik untuk lima indikator dan baik untuk duaindikator. Lima indikator tersebuat ditunjukkan oleh kemampuan guru dalam menguasai karateristik peserta didik dengan persentase 83,60%, dalam menguasai teori belajar dan prinsip-prinsip pembelajaran yang mendidik dengan persentase 83,60%, dalam kegiatan pembelajaran yang mendidik dengan persentase 82,84%, dalam pengembangan potensi peserta didik dengan persentase 88,66%,dalam komunikasi dengan peserta didik dengan persentase 88,09%. Dua indikator baik ditunjukkan oleh kemampuan guru dalam Penilaian dan Evaluasi dan dalam pengembangan kurikulum dengan persentase masing-masing adalah 79,39% dan 79,36%. Jadi data hasil penelitian tentang persepsi siswa terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru PPKn lulusan PTN sangat baik dengan persetase sebesar 86,09% dan kompetensi pedagogik guru PPKn lulusan PTS juga tergolong sangat baik dengan persentase sebesar 83,65%.   Kata kunci : Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru, PTN, PTS   Abstract This research is aimed to find out the perception of the XI students from SMAN Kota Mojokerto toward the pedagogical competence of PPKn teacher. The quatitative approach with survey as the instrument is selected as the design of this study. The data analysis technique in this research is using percentage formula. The sample are 91 students from SMAN Kota Mojokerto. The result of this study shows that the perception of XI students toward pedagogical competence of PPKn teachers who are graduated from PTN in SMAN Kota Mojokerto is very good. This result is strengthen by the capability of the teacher in mastering the students’ characteristics with the percentage of 86,90%, in mastering the theory of study also the principals of good teaching with the percentage of 88,28%, in the curriculum development with the percetange of 83,64%, in good teaching activity with the percentage of 84,46%, in the students’ potential development with the percentage of 83,01%, in the communication with the students with the percentage of 89,37% and in the evaluation and assessment with the percentage of 86,95%. The result of the perception of XI students toward pedagogical competence of PPKn teachers who are graduated from PTS in SMAN Kota Mojokerto is very good for five indicators and good for two indicators. Those five indicators are showed by the capability of the teacher in mastering the students’ characteristics with the percentage of 83,60%, in mastering the theory of study also the principals of good teaching with the percentage of 83,60%, in good teaching activity with the percentage of 82,84%, in the students’ potential development with the percentage of 88,66%, in the communication with the students with the percentage of 88,09%. Two good indicators are showed by the capability of the teacher in assessment and evaluation also in curriculum development with the percentages of 79,39% and 79,36%. All in all, the data of this research about the perception of the students toward pedagogical competence of PPKn teachers who are graduated from PTN is very good with the percentage of 86,09% and the pedagogical competence from the PPKn teacher who are graduated from PTS is also categorized as very good with the percentage of 83,65%.   Keywords: Teacher’s Pedagogical Competence, State University, Private School.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi Undang-Undang No. 23 tahun 2002 tentang Perlindungan Anak di Lembaga Pendidikan dan Sosial Nuansa Pertiwi.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian di Lembaga Pendidikan dan Sosial Nuansa Pertiwi di desa Pucang Simo Kecamatan Bandarkedungmulyo Kabupaten Jombang. Subjek penelitan adalah pihak Lembaga Pendidikan dan Sosial Nuansa Pertiwi diantaranya adalah Satuan Bakti Pekerja Sosial (Sakti Peksos) dan endamping anak-anak di Lembaga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Undang-Undang No. 23 tahun 2002 tentang Perlindungan Anak di Lembaga Pendidikan dan Sosial Nuansa Pertiwi diwujudkan melalui program-program antara lain, persamaan kedudukan setiap anak dengan pemberian bantuan dana yang sama tanpa pengecualian, pemberian bantuan untuk mempermudah pembuatan akte anak yang dibantu oleh lembaga, megupayakan pemberian penyuluhan good parenting, pemberian makanan bergizi tambahan serta susu dan vitamin secara rutin, memberikan pengetahuan dasar sesuai dengan usia anak, upaya pemenuhan kebutuhan imunisasi anak dan pengecekan kesehatan secara rutin, pemberian fasilitas bermain yang memadai serta agenda rutin untuk melakukan rekreasi ke tempat wisata. Kata Kunci: perlindungan anak, UU no 23 tahun 2002 Abstract The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of law No. 23 of 2002 on child protection in educational institutions and Social Nuansa Pertiwi.This research used the qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Location of research at educational institutions and Social Nuansa Pertiwi in the village of Pucang Simo Bandarkedungmulyo subdistrict of Jombang Regency. The subject of the study is the Social institution and the nuances of Earth, amoung them is a unit of an act of social workers and children companion. The results showed that the implementation of law No. 23 of 2002 on child protection in educational institutions and Social Nuansa Pertiwi is realized through other programs, each child's position equations with the granting of the same aid funds without exception, the granting of aid to facilitate the creation of a children's Institution, assisted by effort of the granting of extension of good parenting, the granting of additional nutritious food as well as milk and vitamins regularly, giving basic knowledge in accordance with the age of the child, efforts the fulfillment of needs immunizations and health checking on a regular basis, the granting of adequate playing facilities as well as recreational to do routine agenda into tourist attractions. Abstract

In Pancasila and Civic Education, students required be creative and active in developing themselves and knowledge. Reality, implementation of Pancasila and Civic Education students still tend passive and easily bored,,in SMP Negeri 9 Surabaya, Pancasila and Civic Education subjects are quite difficult to understand because they have a lot of material to remember and it is quite difficult for students to remember and memorize the articles in the law. act. The use of learning media can solve the problem of the diversity of student learning styles, make it easy for teachers to convey messages, and encourage students to learn. In this study, learning media used the Baper monopoly game media (Learning Legislation) in learning laws and regulations. The type of research that has been used in this research is quantitative research, quasi-experimental type, with two groups (experimental and control). This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 9 Surabaya which were selected using random sampling, the samples in this study were students in class VIII A (experimental class) and class VIII B (control class). The data collection technique in this study is a matter of tests. While the data analysis technique uses a different test using the t test technique. The results showed that the learning activities of the experimental class were in the very good category with a percentage of 79.45%, while the control class was in the adequate category, such as cone theory. Edgar Dale's experience is that the more learning media variables, the more activities carried out by students and the level of involvement of students. starting from visual, oral, writing, to motor, so the material that students understand reaches 90%. As well as having a significant influence on the use of monopoly media on student learning outcomes in the material Interpreting Legislation - Invitations, namely the results of the t test, the 2-tailed significance value gets the result 0.000 <0.05 which states Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, supported by a comparison of the class average posttest scores the experiment was bigger than the control class, namely 67 > 62. Abstract

The use of brand ambassadors and digital marketing campaigns has become a popular strategy for companies to reach consumers and influence their purchase decisions through social media content, ultimately increasing sales and company profits. This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Ambassador and Digital Marketing on Purchase Decision of Nabati wafer products in Jakarta. The research sample consisted of 96 respondents. A descriptive quantitative method was employed in this study, with the sample selected using simple random sampling. Data analysis techniques included instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, determination testing, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that Brand Ambassador partially influences Purchase Decision, and Digital Marketing also partially influences Purchase Decision. Additionally, Brand Ambassador and Digital Marketing simultaneously influence Purchase Decision.
