Abstract

Academic information system (SIAKA) is an information which is built to support academic process system that include schedule of lecturer, students’ reregistration, students’ data, academic calender, filling KRS, and see students’ KHS and then can print out the KHS by online. Fishing Faculty not have yet academic information system that handle with online in based Web. In conducting is still done by manual. On Academic Information System Fishing Faculty Kristen University of Palangka Raya in basic Web, to help in handling filled KRS, Printed and see the Students’ KHS, and can see schedule of lecturer and academic calender by online, so students do not again fill the KRS by manual system and take easy to give information about schedule of lecturer, examination schedule, and academic calender by online so not need again paste the information on the board of anouncement, so with this system can help to easy all activities that any in Fishing Faculty Cristian University of Palangka Raya.In developing aplication, this website use language program of PHP, database MySQL and Method Syclus developing Clasic Aplication which is called waterfall with Five step. The steps involped Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, and Maintenance. On step examin program using blackboxThe application process consists of the process of inputting data, processing the data, print the data, then stored the data in database. It would be help to give more information about christian university of palangka raya and the academic system at the fishing faculty for the visitors, the students and lecturer online

Abstract

Currently a governmental agency has many uses a centralized system that nature, where theimportant data and information can be accessed through an online computerized system. E-Governmentis the use of information technology by the government to provide information and services with citizens,businesses, and other matters relating to the administration. With the implementation of E-Government atthe Department of Mines and Energy of the Province of Central Kalimantan is expected to assist thedelivery of accurate and reliable information becomes easier with the service provided and as the use ofGeographic Information System (GIS), the delivery reports of the company to be faster, information to thepublic the mining world as well as data management personnel.Implementation of E-Government at the Department of Mines and Energy of the Province ofCentral Kalimantan made using Waterfall method for design and analysis steps, web 2.0 technology withprogramming languages HTML, PHP, CSS, and JavaScript based Content Management of System (CMS)and have techniques for web development using Ajax and JQuery to create a website to be interactivewith picture effects, themes, etc..Kalteng DISTAMBEN this website, is one form of implementation of services such as informationand communication by using a computerized system that can facilitate services to parties / other agenciesand to the general public in the process of finding the location, determine the shape of the service areasof Distamben, sending a message and reports. Abstract

SMKN 1 Bulik Lamandau District , Central Kalimantan Province difficult to trace their alumnibecause they do not have the technique to record the alumni . This can happen because the alumni did notreport their workplace , because the work location away from the school , other reasons because of busywork of alumni . Therefore , SMKN 1 Bulik need to create a website design tracer study in the form of thetracer study website blueprint .The method used in the analysis and design of the website tracer study SMKN 1 Bulik is amodified method ( Software Development Life Cycle ) SDLC , with stages of planning , analysis anddesign . Planning stage consists of data collection phase and investigation system . In the planning phaseobtained data and information needed in research . The next stage is the analysis system consists of auser analysis , technology analysis and analysis of information . While the design phase consists ofdatabase design and interface design .Results of this research is the design of the website tracer study in the form of diagrams such asbusiness process diagrams , use case diagrams, activity diagrams and sequence diagrams , EntityRelationship Diagram ( ERD ) and the user interface .

Abstract

Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Muara Teweh, Kabupaten Barito Utara, Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah merupakan bagian dari Pusat Pelayanan Kesehatan Daerah di Indonesia. Meskipun demikian RSUD Muara Teweh belum mempunyai website untuk memberikan informasi-informasi seputar RSUD, misalnya data pegawai, data dokter, data pelayanan berobat, fasilitas-fasilitas yang ada dirumah sakit, kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh RSUD Muara Teweh, galeri foto, berita seputar RSUD, data ruangan, data pasien yang rawat inap, dan fasilitas untuk menyampaikan keluhan-keluhan secara online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat rancangan website yang dirancang dengan sebaik-baiknya sampai diperoleh rancangan website berupa Cetak Biru (blue print) website RSUD Muara Teweh. Tahapan pada penelitian ini menerapkan beberapa tahapan dari Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yaitu tahapan planning, analysis dan design. Rancangan atau Cetak Biru yang dihasilkan oleh penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk pembangunan website RSUD Muara Teweh. Diharapkan rancangan website RSUD Muara Teweh ini dapat menjadi dasar untuk membangun website yang memfasilitasi RSUD Muara Teweh dalam penyampaian informasi kepada masyarakat Muara Teweh

Abstract

Software Requirements Specification Document must be complete, unambiguous and correct because an incorrect Software Requirements Specification Document can lead to failure in software development. Software Requirements Specification document must contain non-redundant sentences. Meyer's Seven Sins describes several errors in Software Requirements Specification Document, one of which is redundancy which is a variant of noise. Redundancy is the repetition of the same information, but using different terms or phrases, thus giving the impression that new information is available. This study analyzes the performance of the framework and tools for detecting redundancy in sentence pairs in the software requirements specification document using the WordNet-based semantic similarity method. This study tries to develop the framework and tools that have been proposed in previous studies, namely by detecting redundancy in sentence pairs without fact extraction. The proposed approach and evaluation process uses Kappa values ??to determine whether the performance of the framework and assistive tools can be used to detect redundancy in sentence pairs properly. The method using literature study, data collection, problem analysis, making a framework, making auxiliary tools, and testing. The test uses the Kappa value with two scenarios, from the results of testing the framework and assistive tools can be used to detect redundancy in the Software Requirements Specification Document with a Kappa value of 0.777 with the interpretation of the kappa value is a substantial agreement at a threshold of 0.73

Abstract

Digital literacy is defined as the ability to understand and use information in various forms from various sources accessed through computer devices. Digital literacy will create a society with a critical-creative mindset and views. Provocative issues will not easily consume it, become victims of hoax information, or victims of digital-based fraud. Residents of Hurung Village, Banama Tingang District, Pulang Pisau Regency are partners in this community service activity who are active users of digital technology via mobile phones to access the internet and interact with other people. However, in digital technology, partners have not been able to distinguish true or false information and forward information obtained from social media or unclear sources. Likewise, in the search for information, still using sources or references that are not valid. So that the information obtained cannot be justified. In this service activity, the service team created digital media using a village profile website to support digital literacy for Hurung village. The activity was carried out in three stages, namely material presentation, mentoring, and training on the use of village profile websites. With this activity, it is hoped that it can be helpful to add insight, knowledge and build Hurung village to become a pioneer village of digital literacy

Abstract

The "Program Indonesia Pintar" (PIP) is a program from the Indonesian government to help children from poor families to get the proper education. Schools often deal with obstacles when selecting the students who are eligible for the PIP grant, due to the process of collecting and managing many registration files, thus requiring high accuracy to prevent errors in the selection results. Therefore, this research aims to develop a website of Decision Support System to support the tasks of the PIP recipient selection committee. The Decision Support System applies the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to obtain the selection results from the ranking of the requirements data handed over by the applicants for the selection of PIP beneficiaries. Then this research applies the Waterfall software development method to analyze, design and develop the Decision Support System website. Furthermore, the results of the black box test indicate that the functions of this Decision Support System work according to their objectives. The system can manage the selection registration data and generate the rankings of prospective PIP beneficiaries.

Abstract

Proses belajar-mengajar merupakan salah satu aktifitas kehidupan masyarakat yang mengalami dampak masif karena pandemi Covid-19. Pembatasan interaksi sosial yang mengakibatkan banyak siswa harus belajar mandiri, menyebabkan kebutuhan akan jasa Tutor Private meningkat. Bersamaan dengan itu muncul juga kebutuhan akan teknologi informasi yang dapat mengatasi keterbatasan mobilitas masyarakat di era Pandemi, untuk menemukan jasa Tutor Private yang memenuhi standar kebutuhan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah aplikasi berbasis website bagi pengelolaan data-data Tutor Private yang didukung oleh Sistem Penunjang Keputusan untuk membantu masyarakat melakukan pencarian jasa Tutor. Sistem Penunjang Keputusan menerapkan metode Profile Matching, untuk merekomendasikan profil Tutor Private berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang diinginkan oleh masyarakat, seperti mata pelajaran yang ingin dibimbing, pengalaman mengajar, usia Tutor, biaya mengajar, jadwal belajar dan sarana belajar yang disediakan oleh Tutor. Penelitian ini menerapkan beberapa tahapan metode Waterfall yaitu : analisis kebutuhan, desain, pembuatan kode program, dan pengujian. Hasil pengujian black box  menunjukkan bahwa fitur-fitur pada aplikasi ini telah berfungsi sesuai dengan tujuan. Website ini dapat merekomendasikan profil Tutor berdasarkan  perankingan yang mendekati kriteria inputan pengguna sistem, dengan melakukan pencocokan dan penyeleksian kriteria pada sistem.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the palm oil industry has made it increasingly important to develop applications that can detect the maturity level of oil palm fruit. This paper presents the design and development of an application for detecting the maturity level of oil palm fruit based on color composition using the K-NN algorithm. The K-NN algorithm is used to classify the oil palm fruit based on the color composition that is related to its maturity level. The application uses image processing technology to measure the qualitative and quantitative parameters of various maturity indicators, such as color, size, and texture. Different color compositions of the oil palm fruit indicate different maturity levels, and using the K-NN algorithm, the fruit can be classified based on its maturity level. The application helps reduce production costs and losses caused by errors in harvesting the fruit. The application is designed to be user-friendly and accessible to farmers and plantation managers. The user interface is simple and intuitive, allowing users to easily input the image of the oil palm fruit and get a quick analysis of its maturity level. The results are displayed in a clear and understandable way, making it easy for users to make informed decisions about when to harvest the fruit. In conclusion, the application for detecting the maturity level of oil palm fruit based on color composition using the K-NN algorithm is a useful tool in the palm oil industry. It helps farmers and plantation managers determine the optimal time for harvesting the fruit, reducing production costs and increasing productivity.
