The available Bahasa Dayak Ngaju dictionary only in hardcopy form and only consisted of the list of words andthe meaning of them. The dictionary didn?t provide the synonym of the word we are looking for. If we want toknow the paraphrase of one particular word, we have to do it manually by searching it on all of the list of wordsin the dictionary. Therefore, this research proposed to develope a Dayak Ngaju dictionary that provide wordsynonym search. We use Term Frequency (TF) - Invers Document Frequency (IDF) algorithm that will helpsynonym searching by comparing the term emergence in the meaning of the word that we are going to look thesynonym for in all of the meaning of the words listed on the dictionary. This method will calculate the weight inall the documents based on the input query. To evaluate the methodology accuracy, we used precision and recallmethod. The results showed that after searching synonym of 100 queries, we founded that 33 queries hadsynonyms with precision = 1 and recall = 1 and all the synonyms that are found are relevant based on expert?sjustification.

The information system of classroom division is a process done by Junior HighSchool 9 Palangka Raya to divide the students into several classes. In this process schoolsare still using manual methods. To support the system in the division of the classes to bebetter, then the information system of classroom division using k-means clusteringmethod by website based on Junior High School 9 Palangka Raya was made.This classroom divide information system uses the waterfall method. In this methodseveral steps to build software, namely: Requirements Definition, System and SoftwareDesign, Implementation and Unit Testing, Integration and System Testing and Operationand Maintenance. Creating a Data Flow Diagram (DFD). Entity Relationship Diagram(ERD), database design using PhpMyAdmin, User Interface design using Cascading StyleSheet, Dreamweaver and other tools to create reports.This classroom division information testing system uses Blackbox Testing thatfocuses on functional requirements in software based on the software requirementsspecification. Management of the system that is in the form of added data, change thedata, delete data and print data applied so that users can be active in this system.

Pengangguran adalah sebuah masalah yang sulit di pecahkan di negara manapun terutama di negara berkembang seperti indonesia. Angka pengangguran yang tinggi disebabkan oleh semakin banyaknya jumlah penduduk yang memasuki usia produktif dan masuk dalam kategori angkatan kerja tetapi tidak diikuti pertambahan jumlah lapangan kerja. Angka pengangguran yang tinggi juga disebabkan oleh karena tidak stabilnya kondisis sosial politik suatu negara sehingga negara tersebut tidak dapat menciptakan lapangan kerja yang cukup atau dapat juga disebabkan karena penduduk yang masuk dalam angakatan kerja tersebut tidak memenuhi standart kualitas tenaga kerja.Data yang tercatat di Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kota Palangkaraya tahun 2011 ada sebanyak 7.128 orang pencari kerja, dari jumlah ini permintaan tenaga kerja hanya 625 orang, sehingga masih ada sisa pencaker 6.503 orang. Struktur penduduk di Kota Palangkaraya berupa diagram piramida yang 57 persen lebih berusia 0-15 tahun yang didalamnya termasuk 22 persen angkatan kerja. Sementara usia produktif hanya sekitar 29,85%. Pertumbuhan ekonomi notabene akan memberikan lapangan kerja yang lebih luas. Namun diakui, pertumbuhan tenaga kerja di Kota Palangkaraya masih belum diimbangi dengan lapangan kerja yang ada.Untuk dapat menentukan jumlah lapangan kerja yang harus dalam setiap tahunnya maka diperlukan sebuah sistem yang dapat memprediksi jumlah angkatan kerja yang ada.Algoritma Genetika merupakan evolusi atau perkembangan dunia komputer dalam bidang kecerdasan buatan (artificial inteligent). Sebenarnya algoritma genetika ini terinspirasi oleh teori evolusi Darwin (walaupun pada kenyataannya teori tersebut terbukti keliru).Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan (JST) adalah sistem komputasi yang didasarkan atas permodelan sistem syaraf biologis (neurons) melalui pendekatan dari sifat-sifat komputasi biologis (biological computation). Dalam memecahkan permasalahan sebuah sistem yang menggunakan Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan akan dilatih terlebih dahulu untuk mengenali pola-pola yang ada pada permasalahan kemudian sistem akan mengerti dan dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan yang sesuai dengan pola yang sudah dilatihkan dengan otomatis. Perkembangan Algoritma Genetika dapat digabungkan dengan Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan prediksi dan optimasi. Algoritma Genetika dapat digunakan untuk membantu pencarian bobot-bobot dari Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan sehingga diperoleh hasil yang optimal. Hasil optimal ditunjukan dengan kesalahan prediksi yang minimal. Karena itu maka penelitian ini akan menggabungkan Algoritma Genetika dan Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan yang akan digunakan untuk memprediksi jumlah pengangguran pada tahun-tahun mendatang berdasarkan data pengangguran pada tahun-tahun sebelumnya.

GIS technology (Geographic Information Systems) is a technology that has the geographicalhighly developed that has the ability to visualize spatial data. Implementing GIS technology is indispensablein the management and use of data in terms of geographic information as a means of mapping a location.In writing this report will discuss about how to build a Geographic Information System (GIS) forweb-based education and health facilities in the district of Gunung Mas on BAPPEDA office. GIS is madeusing the method of UML-Based Web Engineering (UWE) which consists of four steps, namelyRequirements Model (Use Case Model), Content Model (Conceptual Model), Model Navigation andPresentation Model.With the presence of GIS is expected to help facilitate the office BAPPEDA in managinggeographic information regarding education and health facilities in the district of Gunung Mas.

Department of Local Revenue on Katingan Regency has a local system to handle tax, such asregistration, data entry, and tax calculating. That system can only be accessed by Department ofLocal Revenue on Katingan Regency. On the previous system, all those tasks are done manually.Taxpayers had to come to Department of Local Revenue to get the information needed. On theother side, Department of Local Revenue on Katingan Regency doesn’t have a profile website thatcan be used to accommodate the aspirations of community about tax.The proposed system is developed using PHP programming language and MySQL as DBMS.The system also developed using Waterfall Modelling method, which is consist of 5 steps: analysis,design, coding, testing, and maintenance.The Content Management System (CMS) concept which is applied in the website helps thewebsite administrator manages the website easily. The application of e-government in theproposed website is applied to level 2, namely information level and interaction level.

Basketball club management system in Palangka Raya based on web 2.0 is used as aninformation media of Persatuan Bola Basket Indonesia (PERBASI) of Palangka Raya to shareinformation about the development of the basketball in Palangka Raya, club and player datainformation, event that will take place. The system also provides data management event, datamanagement schedules, data management scores, data management statistics of players, datamanagement club's performance, data management e-ticketing. Statistical data can be known from thebest players based on the assessment criteria, and the player statistics will be managed to obtain the clubperformance values. The need to entertain ourselves has increased ones need to travel, either inside or outside the country.This condition leads the travel agents increasingly promoting their tour packages. The website that isproposed in this reasearch attempts to provide the information of tour packages offered by several travelagents and the travel agents have a media to promote their tour packages widely. The travelers can alsoreview the travel destination on the website.The methodology used in the proposed website is UML-based Web Engineering (UWE). Thismethodology is consist of four (4) phases: Use Case Models, Models Content, Navigation Models andPresentation Models.The result using Blackbox Testing show that this website functionated as expected and can be used asa medium of information for travelers to book tour packages provide by registered travel agents.

Scholarship is a grant that is given to an individual person who is still taking education, tohelp the students to support their tuition fee. A decision support system for the scholarship distributionis needed to select the right students that will get the grant.This decision support system is using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Method. WithSAW method, hopefully the assessment will be more accurate since it is based on predeterminedcriteria and weight that will get the more accurate result on who will get the scholarship.The testing of aplication is done by giving a questionnaire that filled by users of theapplication, some users declare conformity with this aplication, but a few users find difficulty with theapplication. The result of system analysis indicates that 98.2% is appropriate and 1.8% is notappropriate. This Decision of scholarship recipient Support System needs to be made on the webbasic to facilitate the deployment.
