Abstract

ABSTARCT: More and more expanding information technology it and exploiting of internet as information media, hence at project of this Final Duty will be conducted by Development Of Vocational Website High School of Bhinneka Masterpiece 04 Ampel-Boyolali With SMS GATEWAY as trouble-shooting effort that happened in Vocational High School 04 Ampel Boyolali. This SMS Gateway later will be used to support performance productivity and effectively, So that old fellow or the pupil sponsor still get information effectively and efficient through seluler telephon ( SMS) Regulary real time during hour at  school (07:00-13:00). This SMS Gateway have facilitys for example phonebook, phonebook group, write message, inbox, outbox, item sent. This development Yield a High School website of Kujuruan Bhennika Masterpiece 04 Ampel-Boyolali provided with functioning SMS GATEWAY to submit information to old fellow or pupil sponsor through SMS. Keywords: Website Development, SMS Gateway ABSTRAKSI: Dengan makin berkembangnya teknologi informasi dan pemanfaatan internet sebagai media informasi, maka pada proyek Tugas Akhir ini akan dilakukan Pengembangan Website Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Bhinneka Karya 04 Ampel-Boyolali Dengan SMS GATEWAY sebagai upaya pemecahan masalah yang terjadi di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Bhinneka Karya 04 Ampel Boyolali. SMS Gateway ini nantinya akan digunakan untuk menunjang efektifitas dan produktifitas kinerja, Agar orang tua atau wali murid tersebut masih tetap mendapatkan informasi melalui telephon seluler (SMS) secara real time selama jam sekolah (07:00-13:00). SMS Gateway memiliki fasilitas-fasilitas antara lain phonebook, group phonebook, tulis pesan, inbox, outbox, sent item. Pengembangan ini Menghasilkan sebuah website Sekolah Menengah Kujuruan Bhennika Karya 04 Ampel-Boyolali yang dilengkapi dengan SMS GATEWAY yang berfungsi untuk menyampaikan informasi kepada orang tua atau wali murid  melalui SMS. Kata kunci :  Pengembangan website,SMS Gateway.

Abstract

Abandoned, lost, or discarded fishing gear (ALDFG) poses a significant threat to natural marine habitats, causing damage to aquatic ecosystems and affecting fishing productivity. In this study, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method was employed, and interviews were conducted with stakeholders to identify strategies for preventing the occurrence of ALDFG in crab fisheries in Rembang waters. The results indicate that the highest-priority criteria, as identified by stakeholders, include: marine debris: plastic bags; fishing gear waste: fishing traps; cause: entanglement with other fishing gear; impact: decreased income; solution: prohibition of modified purse seines; and actor: central government. These were considered the most significant by stakeholders. In contrast, the lowest-priority criteria were marine debris: sacks; fishing gear waste: nets or flags; cause: physical damage (cuts); impact: anxiety; solution: establishment of an oversight committee; and actor: business entities. It is hoped that these findings will offer stakeholders new insights and perspectives, which will accelerate the process of integrating diverse public opinions to develop more effective approaches to handle ALDFG.
