Abstract

The increasing number of Muslim populations throughout the world has resulted in an increasing level of demand for halal products. Currently there is a shift in lifestyle towards a halal lifestyle. This phenomenon is growing, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic that has hit the whole world. The pandemic demands that people prioritize health by paying more attention to a healthy and hygienic lifestyle. The application of the halal lifestyle has spread throughout the world, not only in Muslim countries but also non-Muslim countries. Its development can be seen in various sectors such as food, beverage, fashion, pharmaceutical, finance and other sectors. The population of Indonesia, which is the largest Muslim majority, is currently dominated by Generation Z. Generation Z, which tends to be literate in information technology, affects the lifestyle that is applied in everyday life. Several studies have stated that Generation Z has not been fully consistent in implementing a halal lifestyle. In choosing products for consumption, they do not always pay attention to the existence of the product's halal label. This is due to the assumption that products produced by Muslims are guaranteed to be halal without having to be accompanied by a halal label on the product. The purpose of this study is to determine the determinants that influence the halal lifestyle of Generation Z in North Sumatra. This study is a quantitative study using primary data obtained by distributing online questionnaires. The number of respondents as many as 445 who are Generation Z in North Sumatra. Research data is processed using Smart PLS. The results showed that the variables of experience, personality, perception, motives and culture influenced the halal lifestyle. Meanwhile, family factors, social environment, and demographics do not affect the lifestyle of Generation Z in North Sumatra. The halal industry needs to continue to be developed to provide Muslim consumers with more diverse choices in determining the products and services to be consumed.

Abstract

Abstrak,Kualitas produk dan harga memiliki kaitan dengan loyalitas konsumen. Kualitas yproduk yang baik dan harga yang wajar akan meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadap loyalitas konsumen Tupperware. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh dari konsumen Tupperware di Padangsidimpuan Utara. Hasil estimasi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan variabel kualitas produk terhadap variabel loyalitas konsumen Tupperware. Hasil estimasi juga menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh variabel harga terhadap variabel loyalitas konsumen Tupperware. Kata Kunci : Loyalitas Konsumen, Kualitas Produk, Harga, Regresi Abstract,Product quality and price has a correlation with consumer loyalty. Good product quality and good price will increase loyality of consumen. The objective of the research was to analyze the influence of product quality and price to Tupperware consumer  loyalty. The research was quantitative analytic with primer and secondary data from Tupperware consumen in North Padangsidimpuan. The result of the research showed that there was the positif influence of product quality variable to the variable Tupperware consumer loyalty. The result of the research also showed that there was not influence of  price variable to the variable Tupperware consumer  loyalty.          Keywords : Consumer Loyalty , Product Quality, Price, Regression

Abstract

Website dalam perkembangnnya telah merambah ke berbagai sisi kehidupan termasuk dunia pendidikan. Website sekolah merupakan media informasi yang dapat dimanfaatkan sekolah secara efektif dan efisien dalam penyampaian informasi-informasi yang berhubungan dengan sekolah. Kegiatan dilakukan secara tatap muka selama satu hari dengan tetap menerapkan protokol kesehatan dalam pencegahan Covid-19. Metode pelatihan dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan yang dimulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Pelatihan lebih menitikberatkan pada kegiatan praktek dibandingkan dengan penjabaran materi. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa peserta pelatihan memiliki pemahaman yang meningkat terkait manfaat website sekolah sebagai sarana atau media informasi sekolah. Kemampuan peserta pelatihan terkait cara membuat dan mengelola website sekolah juga mengalami peningkatan. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari website sekolah yang dapat diakses dengan tampilan beranda website yang menarik dan informatif.

Abstract

Abstrak The Qur'an, as a direction and guide for humans, requires Muslims to understand the verses of the Qur'an. The Qur'an has set rules for humans in seeking sustenance, one of which is by way of muamalah or trading (buying and selling). Trading should not be done with the will of vanity. Allah forbids humans to eat other people's property and harming others in a vanity way. Trading or buying and selling are required to be based on an-taradin' or the willingness between the two parties. This study aims to analyse the concept of 'an-taradin in online buying and selling, which refers to the interpretation of Al-Munir by Wahbah az-Zuhaili. This is a qualitative study. The data were analysed using a literature study. According to Shari'a rules, the results showed that 'An-taradin or mutual consent in Surah An-Nisa' verse 29 is the willingness between the two parties. Mutual willingness must be following the limits of sharia. Online buying and selling transactions are required to have open ethics and trust in the transaction to avoid the detrimental of both parties. Honesty and benefit can be the basic principles in conducting online buying and selling transactions.

Abstract

Abstract: Training on the use of Zotero reference management aims to improve the ability of students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business to use the Zotero application in writing their thesis. This activity is based on the needs of students in managing references and citations used in completing scientific papers or theses. The training method is carried out in several stages starting from planning, implementation, and evaluation. More training is carried out starting with the explanation of the material and continuing with practical activities. The results of this training indicate that the ability of students who take part in the training increases in using the Zotero application. The ability of students also increases in managing references and determining appropriate references to be cited in scientific papers.Keywords: reference management; training; ZoteroAbstrak : Pelatihan pemanfaatan manajemen referensi Zotero bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam dalam menggunakan aplikasi Zotero dalam penulisan skripsi. Kegiatan ini didasari oleh kebutuhan mahasiswa dalam mengelola referensi dan sitasi yang digunakan dalam menyelesaikan karya ilmiah atau skripsi. Metode pelatihan dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan yang dimulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Pelatihan lebih dilakukan dimulai dengan penjabaran materi dan dilanjutkan dengan kegiatan praktek. Hasil pelatihan ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan mahasiswa yang mengikuti pelatihan meningkat dalam memanfaatkan aplikasi Zotero. Kemampuan mahasiswa juga semakin meningkat dalam mengelola referensi serta menentukan referensi yang tepat yang akan disitasi dalam karya ilmiah.  Kata Kunci : manajemen referensi; pelatihan; Zotero

Abstract

Islam sering mendapat citra negatif terkait dengan kemiskinan. Islam pada hakikatnya tidak menyukai umatnya berada dalam keadaan miskin. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memaparkan kemiskinan dan cara mengentaskan kemiskinan dalam pandangan hadits-hadits Rasulullah SAW. Metode penelitian ini yaitu studi kepustakaan dengan menggunakan sumber data yang diperoleh dari berbagai literatur-literatur yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemiskinan adalah sesuatu yang berbahaya terhadap kehidupan manusia. Al-Qur’an dan Hadits hanya menyatakan bahwa Allah SWT tidak menyukai manusia dalam keadaan miskin sehingga diperintahkan untuk bersungguh-sungguh dalam bekerja untuk memperoleh manfaat baik di dunia dan akhirat. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengentaskan kemiskinan adalah: (1) dengan semangat kerja keras; (2) perilaku hidup hemat atau tidak boros; (3) dengan pemberdayaan keuangan sosial Islam.
