Abstract

AbstractThis paperwas areview about the development and applying internet marketing as a strategic tools to promote product and service of shariah banking industry. As we know, the internet user in the world was increased year to year. Shariah banking industry should utilize it to increase their customer. The method of this paper was literature study. The data was collected by observation, browsing and literature. The objective of this paper was to determine the application of internet marketing in shariah banking industry in order to inform, offer and promote product and service to potential customer. The result of this paper showed that many shariah banking in Indonesia has applied internet marketing as their marketing tool but yet optimized. It meant that the development of shariah banking industry pretty enaugh but still not as good as conventional bank in applying information technology. It become an opportunity as well as challenge to shariah banking industry to improve technology information in developing marketing of shariah banking industry in the future.Keyword : internet marketing, shariah banking, marketing

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strengths of the halal tourism potential of Silima-lima Waterfall, to find out the weaknesses of the halal tourism potential of Silima-lima Waterfall, to find out the opportunities possessed by the halal tourism potential of Silima-lima Waterfall, to find out the threat that is owned by the halal tourism potential of Silima-lima Waterfall. This research is descriptive qualitative research, the analytical method used is the SWOT analysis technique. Data collection techniques used are observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, the validity of the data used is member check. Based on the results of the study, it is known that Silima-lima Waterfall tourism has some strengths in the form of uniqueness and beauty of the waterfall, the weakness of Silima-lima Waterfall is that many facilities in the jogging track area are damaged, especially the guardrail, of course, this will endanger tourists. The Silima-lima Waterfall has the opportunity to become a pioneer as a halal tourist destination in the South of Tapanuli Regency. Unfortunately, Silima-lima Waterfall also has a threat in the form of a lack of public understanding about halal tourism, lack of readiness of human resources to support the realization of halal tourist destinations.

Abstract

Online learning is currently an inseparable part of the learning system since the COVID-19 pandemic. One of the obstacles in carrying out online learning is the limited skills in using information technology. This community service aims to improve students' understanding of information technology in supporting online learning. Based on the Pre and Post Test analysis, there was an increase in basic knowledge of information technology by 2.8% - 5.6% while an increase in understanding of the use of information technology was 8.3% - 13.9%. Overall there is an increase in knowledge and understanding of information technology after the training.

Abstract

Internet has changed the way consumer buying products. They now buy products through website. Muslimarket.com is one of the most complete e-commerce for Muslim product in Indonesia. The tight competition of e-commerce demanding muslimarket.com to optimized website as its e-marketing in order to improve buying interest so that the sharia business can also able to increase. The aim of this research is to know effect of usability, information and service interaction to buying intense through website. This research use quantitative approach. The three independent variables (usability, information and service interaction) built based on Webqual 4.0. The sample is 100 respondents that spread all over Indonesia. Based on the multiple linear regression, all independent variable: usability, information and service interaction have significant positive effect on buying interest at muslimarket.com. But partially, only information has not significant positive effect on buying interest at muslimarket.com.

Abstract

Abstrak,Wisata Aek Sabaon merupakan salah satu wisata alam yang terkenal dan diminati oleh masyarakat TABAGSEL (Tapanuli Bagian Selatan). Lokasinya berada cukup jauh dari perkotaan namun keindahan alam dan kesejukan udaranya menjadi incaran wisatawan. Seiring dengan itu, saat ini bisnis pariwisata dihadapkan pada era wisata halal yang merupakan salah satu sektor penting pada industri halal. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, pengisian kuesioner dan wawancara dengan pihak terkait Wisata Aek Sabaon. Data yang terkumpul kemudian diidentifikasi dengan Business Model Canvas, dianalisis lanjutan dengan SWOT sehingga model bisnis yang ada dapat dikembangkan menjadi bisnis wisata halal di masa yang mendatang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa Wisata Aek Sabaon saat ini belum maksimal dalam memanfaatkan peluang dan teknologi informasi dalam mempromosikan wisatanya. Selain itu, kemitraan dengan pemerintah daerah, Dinas Pariwisata, Agen Travel dan intansi lainnya masih belum dilakukan. Wisata Aek Sabaon juga belum memerhatikan faith-based service needs 2.0 sebagai upaya mengembangkan wisata halal. Kata Kunci: Wisata Halal, Business Model Canvas, SWOT, Faith-Based Service Needs 2.0 Abstract,Aek Sabaon Tourism is one of the famous natural attractions and is in demand by the people of TABAGSEL (Tapanuli Bagian Selatan). The location is very far from the city but the natural beauty and the coolness of the air become the target of tourists. Halal tourismnow become important in order to support Halal Lifestyle. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Data collection is done by collecting, filling questionnaires and interviews with related parties Aek Sabaon Tourism. The data collected is then analyzed using the Canvas Business Model, followed by the SWOT model so that businesses that can be developed become a halal tourism business in the future. Based on preliminary results, it is recognized that Aek Sabaon Tourism is currently not maximally utilizing opportunities and information technology in its tourism sponsors. In addition, partnerships with local governments, the Department of Tourism, Travel Agencies and other agencies have not yet been made. Aek Sabaon Tourism also has not noticed the needs of faith-based service needs 2.0 as an effort to develop halal tourism.Keywords: Halal Tourism, Business Model Canvas, SWOT, Faith-Based Service Needs 2.0

Abstract

AbstractPurpose - Indonesian people are recorded to have a low waqf literacy index still. In 32 provinces surveyed by the central National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) and the Indonesian Waqf Board (BWI), only 13 provinces had moderate waqf literacy indexes, and the rest were in a low category. Meanwhile, there is no data related to the waqf literacy index in generation Z. This study aims to determine the waqf literacy index in generation Z case study at students in Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business IAIN Padangsidimpuan.Methodology - The number of samples in this study was 313 respondents. The Waqf Literacy Index is assessed in 2 dimensions: basic knowledge of Waqf and advanced knowledge of Waqf. Data is processed and analyzed by the weighted-average method in which all indicators are considered equally important.Findings - Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that the basic knowledge of the waqf score is very high, while the advanced knowledge of the waqf score is high. Waqf index literacy of generation Z in Indonesia was 83.48.Keywords - Literacy, Waqf, Understanding

Abstract

ABSTRACT Based on a study conducted by IPSOS, it is said that one of the characteristics of millennials is that they care less about others. Millennials are described as only taking opportunities that benefit themselves. Tirto, a news and infographic site also conducted research aimed at knowing millennial habits in giving alms and revealing millennial views on the use of alms technology through Kitabisa.com. The type of research that the author does is quantitative research using primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. Sampling in this study using incidental sampling technique with a number of 93 people determined by using the Yamane Taro formula. The data analysis method used is the classical assumption test, the coefficient of determination test, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The results show that partially there is no influence of knowledge on the level of awareness of the millennial generation in giving alms through Kitabisa.com, while attitudes and actions have an influence. Meanwhile, the three of them simultaneously have an influence on the awareness level of the millennial generation through Kitabisa.com.Keywords : Awareness, Millennial, Kitabisa.comABSTRAKBerdasarkan studi yang dilakukan oleh Ipsos, dikatakan bahwa salah satu karakteristik milenial adalah kurang peduli terhadap sesama. Generasi milenial digambarkan hanya mengambil kesempatan yang menguntungkan dirinya. Tirto, sebuah situs berita dan infografik juga melakukan riset yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebiasaan milenial dalam bersedekah dan mengungkap pandangan milenial terhadap pemanfaatan teknologi bersedekah melalui Kitabisa.com. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) yaitu penelitian langsung dilakukan dilapangan atau pada responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik insidental sampling dengan jumlah 93 orang yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus Yamane Taro. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, uji koefisien determinasi, uji regresilinier berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial tidak terdapat pengaruh pengetahuan terhadap tingkat kesadaran generasi milenial bersedekah melalui Kitabisa.com, sedangkan sikap dan tindakan memiliki pengaruh. Sementara itu, secara simultan ketiganya memiliki pengaruh terhadap tingkat kesadaran generasi milenial bersedekah melalui Kitabisa.com.Kata Kunci:  Kesadaran, Milenial, Kitabisa.com

Abstract

AbstractThe aim of this research is to know zakat fund collection method and zakat fund distribution that carried out by BAZNAS in South Tapanuli Regency. This research approach is qualitative descriptive. The data source used is primary data. The data collection technique used by researchers is to use interviews, observation and structural documentation in the BAZNAS of South Tapanuli Regency.The results of this study indicate that the method of collecting zakat funds in the BAZNAS of South Tapanuli Regency uses the collection method in the form of cooperation with ASN (State Civil Apparatus), and some donors who give zakat to Amil are only for those who are aware of the obligation to pay zakat while the method of distributing zakat funds conducted by the BAZNAS of South Tapanuli Regency with direct methods that are consumptive and productive in four fields, namely: Economic, Education, Health and Social. Keywords: Zakat Fund Collection, Zakat Distribution, Regional BAZNAS Performance

Abstract

AbstractBaitul Mal Wa Tamwil (BMT) has an important meaning for economic development as well as being the core of a community-based economic strength, its presence is needed especially for people who have micro-businesses that can be developed, so with this encouragement researchers are interested in researching the potential for establishing BMTs in Tolang Village. Julu, Sayur Matinggi District, South Tapanuli Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the potential for establishing BMT in Tolang Julu Village, Sayur Matinggi District, South Tapanuli Regency. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach, is descriptive in nature. The subjects of this research are the people of Tolang Julu Village who have micro-businesses and need funds. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. The results showed that in Tolang Julu Village, Sayur Matinggi District, South Tapanuli Regency, it has the potential to establish BMT. The existing weaknesses and threats can be minimized with a strategy in the SWOT matrix, namely the SO strategy, the WO strategy, the ST strategy, the WT strategy.Keywords: Potential, BMT, SWOT analysis

Abstract

Peran wanita sebagai ibu rumah tangga juga sebagai pekerja di berbagai bidang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan keluarganya. Rumusan masalah penelitian yaitu pengaruh wanita bekerja, tingkat pendidikan dan jumlah anggota rumah tangga secara parsial dan simultan terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh wanita bekerja, tingkat pendidikan dan jumlah anggota rumah tangga secara parsial dan simultan terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga.Jenis penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan populasi seluruh rumah tangga di kelurahan Ujung Padang Kota Padangsidimpuan sebanyak 690 rumah tangga. Sampel sebanyak 88 ibu rumah tangga. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan kuisioner. Teknik analisis data dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, dengan uji normalitas dan uji linearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji autokorelasi dan uji multikolinearitas, uji analisis regresi linear berganda, uji koefesien determinasi, uji t dan uji F.Hasil penelitian secara parsial, tidak adanya pengaruh wanita bekerja dan tingkat pendidikan tetapi ada pengaruh jumlah anggota keluarga terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga. Sedangkan secara simultan ada pengaruh wanita bekerja, tingkat pendidikan, dan jumlah anggota keluarga terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga.Kata kunci: Pendapatan Rumah Tangga, Wanita Bekerja, Tingkat Pendidikan, Jumlah anggota Keluarga
