Abstract

Usaha bakpao ijo yang terletak di kompleks perumahan Taman Asri, desa Milangasri, kecamatan Panekan, kabupaten Magetan merupakan salah satu produk UMKM rumahan yang cukup digemari oleh pecinta jajanan kuliner. Namun, berbagai permasalahan yang dialami dalam produksi maupun pemasaran di era pandemi menyebabkan munculnya ancaman gulung tikar bagi pelaku UMKM. Oleh karena itu, perlunya kontribusi langsung dari pemerintah maupun masyarakat dalam memulihkan UMKM. Melihat potensi serta asset yang sudah dimiliki, maka digitalisasi marketing sebagai salah satu solusi dalam upaya mengatasi permasalahan yang dialami penjual dalam memasarkan produk dagangannya ditengah kondisi pandemi Covid-19 yang diharapkan mampu menjadi harapan baru bagi pelaku usaha UMKM untuk tetap bertahan ini perlu dilaksanakan. Pasca dikembangkannya digitalisasi marketing untuk usaha bakpao ijo yang ada di kompleks perumahan taman asri dilakukan, pemilik UMKM tersebut merasa antusias dan sangat terbantu dengan adanya pembuatan akun promosi maupun arahan pengoperasian akun yang diberikan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan, dalam satu minggu penerapan digitalisasi marketing UMKM bakpao ijo yang ada di kompleks perumahan Taman Asri mendapat jangkauan pemesanan yang lebih meluas serta omset mingguan yang juga meningkat. Harapannya digitalisasi marketing ini dapat dikembangkan dan disosialisasikan kepada semua pelaku UMKM yang ada.

Abstract

Moral education is one of the most important parts of Islamic teachings. Islamic teachings oblige all adherents to seek knowledge, and one of the most prioritized knowledge is ilmu al-hāl. This study aims to reveal the concept of ethics in seeking knowledge and the integration between transfer of knowledge and the transfer of value based on the book of Ta’līm al-Muta’allim written by Syaikh Az-Zarnuji. This study uses qualitative research methods that focus on library research. Sources of data used include the book Ta’līm al-Muta'alim as a primary data source and related journal articles as a source of supporting data. The data analysis process uses the content analysis method, which includes: (1) Identifying and describing; (2) interpreting and analyze; (3) drawing conclusions. The results showed that Syaikh Az-Zarnuji in his book Ta’līm al-Muta’allim emphasized that education is not only a place to increase intellectual knowledge and skills, but the most important thing in the educational process is the value transfer process in order to improve the morals and behavior of students. This is reflected in the concepts of education in the book Ta’līm al-Muta’allim whose contents do not only discuss education as a means of knowledge transfer (transfer of knowledge), but also emphasizes the educational process as a transfer of moral values and goodness (transfer of values).

Abstract

This research aims to compare Carol Dweck's Growth Mindset Theory and Howard Gardner's Multiple Intelligences Theory in the context of developing individual potential. The study utilizes literature review and comparative analysis as the research method to compare the two theories. In the pursuit of optimizing individual potential, the growth mindset emphasizes the importance of a developing mindset, viewing failures as opportunities for learning, and creating a supportive learning environment. On the other hand, multiple intelligences theory acknowledges the diversity of intelligences and advocates for the development of all types of intelligence in education. In inclusive modern education, the application of both theories can motivate students to grow and learn, develop self-confidence, and optimize their potential in various areas of intelligence. Through this approach, modern education can create a stimulating environment, facilitate holistic development, and produce individuals who are prepared to face future challenges. By understanding the differences and similarities between these two theories, education can adopt an inclusive approach that focuses on the full development of each individual's potential, ensuring that students are empowered to achieve academic success and optimal personal growth.
