Abstract

Semua daya penggerak yang ada dalam diri siswa yang mendorong kegiatan belajar, memastikan bahwa belajar terus berlanjut, dan memberikan arah pada proses belajar dikenal sebagai motivasi belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur korelasi antara self efficacy dengan motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional dengan total sampel 361 siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Kecamatan Krian. Pengambilan data menggunakan instrumen skala self efficacy yang memiliki reliabilitas 0.745 dan skala motivasi belajar yang memiliki reliabilitas 0.873. Selanjutnya data dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi product moment pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara self efficacy dengan motivasi belajar dengan nilai (r = 0.434). Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat korelasi antara self efficacy dengan motivasi belajar siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Kecamatan Krian. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh antara kontrol diri dan dukungan teman sebaya terhadap perilaku membolos. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis korelasional. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 370 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara dukungan teman sebaya dengan perilaku membolos, semakin tinggi dukungan teman sebaya yang positif maka semakin rendah perilaku membolos siswa SMK di Kecamatan Buduran. Kontribusi dukungan teman sebaya dengan perilaku membolos dengan nilai (R²) = 0.092 atau sebesar 9,2%. Selanjutnya, ada hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara kontrol diri dengan perilaku membolos, semakin tinggi kontrol diri maka semakin rendah perilaku membolos siswa SMK di Kecamatan Buduran. Kontribusi kontrol diri dengan perilaku membolos dengan nilai (R²) = 0.082 atau sebesar 8.2%. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat korelasi positif yang signifikan antara kontrol diri dan dukungan teman sebaya terhadap perilaku membolos siswa SMK di Kecamatan Buduran. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisa hubungan antara motivasi belajar dengan prestasi akademik, mengetahui hubungan antara keaktifan organisasi dengan prestasi akademik, mengetahui hubungan antara keaktifan organisasi dengan motivasi belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasi. Kriteria subjek yang diteliti adalah siswa yang mengikuti organisasi IPM dan Senat Taruna, berusia 15-18 tahun, kelas 10-11. Populasi seluruh siswa di sekolah sebanyak 400, sampel penelitian ini menggunakan rumus isaac dengan signifikansi kesalahan 10% dan ditemukan sampel sebanyak 60.  Hasil penelitian ini nilai r Pearson menunjukkan korelasi yang sangat signifikan (p<.001) dengan nilai r yang tinggi (r=0.662), Artinya terdapat hubungan keaktifan organisasi dengan motivasi belajar, hipotesis penelitian diterima dan  hipotesis nol ditolak,ke 3 variabel tersebut saling berkaitan, variabel keaktifan organisasi mempunyai hubungan yang erat dengan prestasi akademik. Adanya peningkatan pada variabel motivasi belajar seiring dengan peningkatan pada variabel aktivitas organisasi, ketika variabel aktivitas organisasi mengalami penurunan maka variabel motivasi belajar juga mengalami penurunan. Abstract

Cyberslacking adalah sebuah fenomena perilaku yang dilakukan oleh siswa yang akan berpengaruh kepada efektifitas belajar dari siswa tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah academic buoyancy dan kontrol diri dapat berpengaruh secara signifikan kepada cyberslacking. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional untuk mencari hubungan antara variabel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa yang menempuh pendidikan SMA dan SMK di Kecamatan Trawas sebanyak 4 sekolah dengan total keseluruhan sebanyak 774 siswa. Jumlah sampel ditentukan dengan rumus slovin dengan taraf kesalahan 5% sehingga didapat jumlah sampel sebanyak 264 siswa. Tehnik Analisa yang digunakan adalah analisa regresi lienar berganda dengtan menggunakan bantuan software JASP versi 0.16.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara academic buoyancy dan kontrol diri dengan cyberslacking (F=27.418 P<0,001).  Hasil dari penelitian yang didapatkan nilai paling tinggi yaitu SMK dengan rata-rata  yaitu 87.262 sedangkan SMA dengan rata-rata  87.074. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan semakin tinggi academic buoyancy  dan kontrol diri dari siswa, maka akan semakin rendah cyberslacking yang dimiliki dan begitu pula sebaliknya. Abstract

The use of technology in the early childhood learning process is rarely found despite the numerous benefits it offers. This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of the "Jelajah Alam" application in enhancing children's cognitive abilities. Research utilized quantitavive quasi-experimental : one sample pre-test post-test design. Research sample consisted of 19 kindergarten children selected through purposive sampling technique. Data measurement used was Nijmeegse Schoolbekwaamheids Testand Coloured Progressive Matrices Test. Data analysis use Wilcoxon signed-rank test. Findings revealed a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test score after implementing the "Jelajah Alam" application. Results indicated that the use of the application was effective in improving children's cognitive abilities. Results suggest that by playing “Jelajah Alam” application, enhance their cognitive ability based on their developmental phase. Result imply that by using technology, Parents and teacher have additional fun alternative to enhance their children cognitive ability.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and career decision making in students at SMK Pharmacy Cendekia Medika Nusantara Pandaan. The hypothesis proposed by the researcher is that there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy and career decision making in students at SMK Pharmacy Cendekia Medika Nusantara Pandaan. The quantitative method was chosen by the researcher to achieve the objectives of this study. Respondents in this study used a saturated sample by using the entire population to be used as a research sample. This study uses a self-efficacy scale and a career decision-making scale with reliability 0,819 and 0,767. The results of the product moment showed that the rxy correlation coefficient was 0.354 with a significance of 0.001 (P <0.05), meaning that there was a significant positive relationship between self-efficacy and career decision making in students at the Mdika Nusantara Pandaan Pharmacy Scholar Vocational School. The effective contribution of self efficacy 12,5% towards career decision making. This means that there are 87,5% of other factors that influence outside the self-efficacy. Highlights: Positive relationship: The study establishes a positive correlation between self-efficacy and career decision making in students, suggesting that higher self-efficacy levels are associated with better career decision-making abilities. Quantitative method: The researcher employs a quantitative approach to gather and analyze data, providing numerical evidence for the relationship between self-efficacy and career decision making. Saturated sample: The study utilizes a saturated sample, involving the entire population of students at SMK Pharmacy Cendekia Medika Nusantara Pandaan, ensuring comprehensive representation for the research findings. Abstract

General Background: The rapid expansion of smartphone use among students has become a significant concern in educational and developmental psychology due to its association with social behavior and interpersonal competence. Specific Background: Excessive gadget engagement during school age may be related to students’ social intelligence, which includes the ability to interact, empathize, and adapt within peer environments. Knowledge Gap: Although numerous studies discuss smartphone addiction and learning motivation, limited empirical evidence specifically examines its statistical relationship with students’ social intelligence in formal school settings. Aims: This study aims to analyze the correlation between smartphone use and students’ social intelligence. Results: The findings indicate a statistically significant relationship between the intensity of smartphone use and the level of social intelligence, as demonstrated by correlation analysis. Novelty: The study provides empirical data focusing specifically on social intelligence as a developmental construct within the context of contemporary digital behavior. Implications: These findings underline the importance of parental supervision, balanced digital habits, and educational guidance to support students’ interpersonal development in the digital era. Abstract

General Background: Social anxiety is a psychological condition frequently emerging during adolescence, particularly in intensive communal environments such as Islamic boarding schools where social interaction is highly demanded. Specific Background: Santri in Tahfidz Islamic Boarding Schools experience structured communal living that requires active participation, yet preliminary data indicated moderate to high levels of social anxiety among students. Knowledge Gap: Previous studies primarily examined Behavioral Rehearsal as a curative counseling technique in formal schools, with limited investigation of its application as structured psychoeducation within pesantren settings. Aims: This study aimed to examine the role of Behavioral Rehearsal psychoeducation in decreasing social anxiety among santri at a Tahfidz Islamic Boarding School in Sidoarjo. Results: Using a quasi-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design with 30 participants, analysis revealed a significant decrease in social anxiety scores (t = 6.262, p < .001) with a large effect size (Cohen’s d = 1.143), supported by Wilcoxon test results (p < .001). Novelty: The study introduces Behavioral Rehearsal as a structured psychoeducational program tailored to the collective pesantren context. Implications: Findings support integrating Behavioral Rehearsal psychoeducation into pesantren counseling programs to support adolescent psychological adjustment and social functioning. Abstract

The research aims to determine whether there is a correlation between religiosity and father attachment to emotional intelligence in students at SMA Negeri 1 Wonoayu. The variables in this research are emotional intelligence as the dependent variable, while religiosity and father Attachment are independent variables. This type of research is quantitative research with a correlational approach. The population in this study was 1020 students. The sample in this study was 258 students who were determined using a stratified random sampling technique. The data collection technique used is using a psychological scale measuring instrument. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression through the SPSS version 29 computer program. The conclusion-based research conducted on students of SMA Negeri 1 Wonoayu is that there is a positive and significant influence between father attachment on the emotional intelligence of adolescent students of SMA Negeri 1 Wonoayu. Based on testing together or simultaneously (F test) amounting to,126 and significance p < 0.001.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training management time to The ability to prioritize tasks among organizational administrators who serve dual roles as students and/or workers. The method used was a quasi-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design. The research subjects consisted of four respondents who were organizational administrators. Data collected used pretest and posttest sheets to measure participants' understanding of time management and task prioritization. The results showed that all respondents experienced an increase in their scores after participating in the training. However, the Wilcoxon test results showed that this increase was not statistically significant (p > 0.05). Findings This show that training management time own potential in improving the ability to prioritize tasks, although its effectiveness has not been statistically proven in this research. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of strengthening training through longer durations and ongoing mentoring so that skills Which obtained can be applied optimally.
