Abstract

The relationship between man and the land is so close that the land as a human place to live and continue his life. Land issues are also related to the granting of land rights such as inheritance. Judicially, the acquisition of rights due to inheritance is the acquisition of rights to land and or building by the heirs of the testator, which is applicable after the heirs pass away. Principally, when the heir dies, there has been a transfer of rights from the heirs to the heirs.In the transfer of ownership of the land mentioned above, of course, in making the aktanya different, from some reasons mentioned above, the authors are interested to develop a research with Title: registration certificate of ownership of land in the distribution of inheritance and problems at the Office of Land City of Semarang covering : How is the registration of the land ownership certificate in the division of inheritance in the Land Office of Semarang City, what is the legal effect if the inheritance is not made in the Land Office, and what if there is a heir disputed land dispute is sold but one of the heirs is not Signed a deed of sale and did not provide data. The purpose of the study To analyze and review the registration of land ownership certificates in the distribution of inheritance, to examine and analyze the legal consequences if the land of inheritance divestment is not made in a certificate, and to analyze and assess if there is an inheritance dispute of land which has been certified is sold but one of the heirs is not Signed a deed of sale and did not provide data.The research method used is juridical empirical. The results of this study can be concluded that, the guarantee of legal certainty in the field of land, with the existence of written, complete, and clear legal tools are carried out consistently. In addition, in the face of concrete cases it is also necessary that the registration of land that can provide legal certainty of the land for the right holders to facilitate prove it.Keywords: Registration, certificates, property rights, inheritance.

Abstract

Food is indeed one of the mandatory things that must be fulfilled. However, the current condition of thepopulation growth which continues to increase is not accompanied by an increase in agricultural land sothat the available food stock may one day be insufficient. This makes a food problem which is closelyrelated to food security. PKK mothers are people who think about food for their families so that they havea huge influence. The decline in the amount of land and reduced food stocks in the era of the Covid-19pandemic because people flocked to buy large amounts of food stocks became a problem that was raisedin this community service program. The aim of this program is to introduce urban farming methods thatcan be done in empty house areas to increase food access to increase the value of family food security. Themethod used in the community service program was the online extension method and then carried out theurban farming practice which was carried out by one of the PKK mothers in Manang Village. It is hopedthat this example can become a role model for the people around him. The results of the community serviceprogram that have been carried out have improved the skills of PKK Manang Village women in cultivatingplants in the area of their home yard that is still empty or not in use. The existence of planting crops thatcan be harvested can meet food needs so that from the dimension of accessibility to food security it can befulfilled properly.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Ulkus diabetik merupakan luka terbuka pada permukaan kulit karena adanya komplikasi makroangiopati sehingga terjadi vaskuler insusifiensi dan neuropati, keadaan lebih lanjut terdapat luka pada penderita yang sering tidak dirasakan, dan dapat berkembang menjadi infeksi disebabkan oleh bakteri aerob maupun anaerob. Tercapainya penyembuhan luka yang lebih baik merupakan tujuan utama penatalaksanaan ulkus diabetikum. Moisture balance atau modern dressing merupa-kan jenis wound careyang lebih banyak digunakan saat ini dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional. Penelitian ini menggunakan quasi eksperimental dengan metode one group pretest posttest design. Hasil yang didapatkan pada 22 sampel responden penderita ulkus diabetes mellitus didapatkan hasil bahwa dengan menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon test menunjukkan nilai p value = 0,000 (p value < 0,05), maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, se-hingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian metode modern dressing mempengaruhi grade luka ulkus diabetikum. Abstract

Background: Gout arthritis (gout) is a disease that arises due to excessive blood uric acid levels, which causes excessive blood uric acid levels, namely the production of uric acid in the body more than its disposal, besides that the cause of excessive uric acid production in the body can occur due to genetic factors (congenital), food factors. Complaints of gout arthritis pain vary from mild, moderate to severe. One of the non-pharmacological therapies that can be used to relieve gout arthritis pain is warm ginger compresses. This study aims to see the effect of warm ginger compresses on the gout arthritis pain scale. Methods: This research is a type of pre-experimental research, namely experimental research without a control group. The research was conducted with a one group pre-posttest design. Sampling using total sampling technique. Results: The results of the Friedman test showed a P value (0.000). The results of this study indicate that warm ginger compresses can reduce gout arthritis pain. Conclusion: There is a significant effect on the level of gout arthritis pain before and after the warm ginger compress intervention

Abstract

Knowledge regarding good waste disposal management for Santriawan and Santriwati TPQ Mashitoh Ngringo Palur Mosque is still limited. It is important to provide knowledge about waste disposal management as an effort to equip oneself to maintain personal health. Good waste disposal management is an activity that aims to understand the meaning of waste, the characteristics of waste in the environment, waste management, good and correct waste management planning in the environment. Apart from that, it is hoped that students will increase awareness of the dangers that can arise due to not throwing rubbish in the right place. It is hoped that similar activities can have an impact on increasing awareness of the Indonesian people, especially students and female students as the younger generation, to actively participate in maintaining a clean and healthy environment. On this occasion, the Community Service Implementer for the D3 Medical Records and Health Information Study Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, Duta Bangsa University, Surakarta, will carry out P2M activities for the students of TPQ Mashitoh Ngringo, Palur regarding good waste disposal management. On this occasion, the Community Service implementer expressed his thanks to the head of TPQ Mashitoh Ngringo, Palur Karanganyar, who had given permission for a place to carry out Community Service activities. This activity provides benefits in increasing the knowledge of TPQ Mashitoh Ngringo, Palur Karanganyar female students regarding good waste disposal management with the hope that their knowledge regarding the meaning of waste, characteristics of waste in the environment, waste management, good and correct waste management planning in the environment. Apart from that, there is also an increase in awareness among female students of the dangers that can arise due to not throwing rubbish in the right place.

Abstract

High blood pressure is a serious health problem because it is a major risk factor for cardiovascular disease. Results of an interview with the head of Posyandu Sakura 9 RW. 01 Manang, Grogol,   Sukoharjo  shows that more than 70% of people suffer from hypertension. Therefore, socialization through health counseling programs is needed to increase the role of the community in the context of preventing hypertension. At Posyandu Sakura 9 RW. 01 Manang, Grogol,   Sukoharjo, community service activities are expected to be able to improve health degrees optimally. Through understanding ways to prevent hypertension, for example in the consumption of healthy foods and physical activity correctly, and can improve people's knowledge, behavior, and attitudes about hypertension.  The solutions offered to partners are ways to prevent hypertension through health counseling activities on hypertension, healthy cooking demonstrations in order to reduce excessive consumption of sugar, salt and fat, and healthy heart gymnastics activities to increase physical activity. The conclusion of this community service activity is that the elderly at the Sakura 9 Posyandu are very enthusiastic and give appreciation regarding very useful activities.

Abstract

Knowledge about mental illness for Bhnike Karya Karanganyar Vocational School students is still limited. Knowledge about waste disposal management is important to provide as an effort to equip oneself to maintain personal health (Radiani, 2019). If mental disorders are not treated properly, they will get worse and can ultimately burden families, society and the government. The method used in this paper is exploratory descriptive analysis, through literature reviews and secondary data studies. The research results show that a study of the 2018 Riskesdas data shows that the prevalence of serious mental disorders in the Indonesian population is 7% (per mile of population) and is mostly found in Bali, Yogyakarta, NTB and Aceh. It is hoped that similar activities can have an impact on increasing awareness of the Indonesian people, especially students and female students as the younger generation, to actively participate in maintaining mental health. On this occasion, the Community Service Implementer of the D3 Medical Records and Health Information Study Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, Duta Bangsa University, Surakarta will carry out P2M activities for Bhina ​​Karya Karanganyar Vocational School students regarding mental illness.
