Abstract

The background of this thesis-making by the problems that occur in the community, where people are still not or do not understand the procedures milik.Terbukti acquire rights to their land dispute or a state-owned building that happened because the people who inhabit this land are not applying for property rights and feel that the land itself. Scription this is made so that people understand about the procedures for securing property rights. Results: (1) Procedures of obtaining the certificate is property rights on state land through the National Land Agency, is generally set in the norm of the Minister of Agriculture No. 9 of 1999 on Procedures for Granting and Cancellation of State Land Property Rights and Rights Management. In Article 19 paragraph (2) BAL consisting of: bookkeeping land, registration of property rights, transfer of land rights, granting letters of proof of receipt of rights, (2) Barriers and solusiyang arising from applicant in the application process right (external): lack of accessories the proposed requirements of the applicant, not terselesainya application fee, the land dispute would be applied. Barriers arising from the Office of the (internal): lack of personnel in the service of the applicant carefully situations, employees who lack discipline, negligence of officers in performing their duties. Solution resistance of the applicant (external): more thoroughly before entering the application requirements, before making an application should first ask for details of funds in the process of granting the right, please check whether the land is in sengeketa or not. Solution barriers of Office (internal): officers should be more responsible in performing their duties, and provide a deterrent effect to employees who are lazy in performing their duties.Keywords: Procedures; Certificate of Property Rights; State land.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the redesign of Islamic education which is focused on the development of Islamic education after the Islamic shari'ah was formally applied in Aceh. As it is understood that the application of Islamic sharia is a part of the historical mandate, and has become a characteristic of the social and cultural order of the Acehnese people which is thick with religious values, the latter is then strengthened by law regulations from the central government. The method used is qualitative research with data collection techniques namely literature review, interviews and observations while the analysis technique uses tryangulation. The result is that since the implementation of Islamic sharia in Aceh there has been a redesign of Islamic education, which is to strengthen the three centers of education which are also based and synergized with Islamic sharia. The three education centers are: first, the (formal) school from elementary school but up to tertiary institutions; secondly, the community (non-formal), at the level of the village where there is a meunasah and the study center as a place of study of tauhid, fiqih and tasawuf; and third, family (informal) through family strengthening. Thus the tri education center is enriched with Islamic sharia values that shape human character and noble character.Kajian ini bertujuan untuk membahas tentang redesain pendidikan Islam yang difokuskan pada perkembangan pendidikan Islam setelah syari’at Islam diterapkan secara formal di Aceh.  Sebagaimana dipahami bahwa penerapan syari’at Islam merupakan bagian dari amanah sejarah, dan telah menjadi karaktersitik tatanan sosial dan budaya masyarakat Aceh yang kental dengan nilai-nilai agama, terakhir kemudian diperkuat dengan peraturan udang-undang dari pemerintah pusat. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu kajian literatur, wawancara dan observasi sedangkan teknik analisis memakai tryangulasi. Hasilnya adalah bahwa sejak penerapan syari’at Islam di Aceh terjadi  redesain pendidikan Islam yaitu menguatkan tiga pusat pendidikan juga berbasis dan bersinergis dengan syar’at Islam. Tri pusat pendidikan tersebut yaitu: pertama, sekolah  (formal) dari Sekolah Dasar tetapi sampai pada Perguruan Tinggi; kedua, masyarakat (non formal), pada level gampong yang terdapat meunasah dan balai pengajian sebagai tempat pengkajian ilmu tauhid, fiqih dan tasawuf; dan ketiga, keluarga (informal) melalui penguatan keluarga. Dengan demikian tri pusat pendidikan tersebut diperkaya dengan nilai-nilai syari’at Islam yang membentuk manusia berkarakter dan berakhlak mulia.

Abstract

Sexual harassment is behavior that approaches related to unwanted sex, including the demand for sex, and other behaviors being verbally or physically refer to sex. In studies using the theory of criminal law policy, legal certainty and legal policy research law enforcement. The result of goal against sexual offenders stipulated in the Penal Code and the Child Protection Act and women and Pornography Law issued regulations while for the area of Semarang District, is regulated by Regional Semarang District Number 1 of 2015 About the Empowerment and Protection of Women. In addition to the regulation, Semarang District Government also set about the task area devices pertaining to the protection of women and children namely Semarang Regent Regulation Number 52 Of 2016 on Positions, Organizational Structure, Duties and Functions, Work Procedures, and details of the regional Task Semarang regency. The weakness of criminal law policy against sexual harassment at this time that the recognition of the victim and the offender only from one specific sex which affects the exclusion of rape victims of the other sex, and the absence of an exact definition of sexual abuse, rape or sexual abuse, so that the diversity of cases of sexual violence understood as rape. In any law enforcement agencies have set up special treatment for sexual violence against women, whereas there is nothing available in the case of victims of sexual violence for men, this can lead to many sexual deviations that occur. Criminal law policy against sexual harassment in the reform of criminal law in Indonesia through the Bill the Code of Penal (Criminal Code draft) 2019, In these terms, rape is not just intercourse with a woman outside of marriage against the will of the woman, but rather expanded, including male insert his penis into the anus or mouth of a woman. Description of rape also in view of not just as sexual but also as a life-threatening crime, and in the abovementioned article does not describe the victim or the perpetrator of a particular gender.Key words: Policies; Criminal Law; Sexual Harassment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran complete sentence, analisis pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran complete sentence dan faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam implementasi model pembelajaran complete sentence. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data di lakukan dengan mengadakan: wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data yang diguanakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data kemudian menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran complete sentence pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam kelas VIII di SMP Tunas Mandiri Tanjung Pura terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yaitu: mempersiapkan lembar kerja siswa, guru menyampaikan kompetensi yang ingin dicapai, guru menyampaikan materi pembelajaran, guru membentuk kelompok, guru membagikan lembar kerja, peserta didik berdiskusi, memperbaiki jawaban hasil diskusi, peserta didik memahami materi dan guru menyampaikan kesimpulan materi pembelajaran. Analisis Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam siswa kelas VIII di SMP Tunas Mandiri Tanjung Pura mengalami peningkatan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran complete sentence. Tingkatan analisis yang dimiliki siswa berada pada kategori menterjemahkan (translation).

Abstract

The process of fostering religious values ​​in shaping children's personalities can start from the time the child is born until he becomes an adult. When children are born they are introduced to the kalimah thoyyibah, then after they grow and develop into children, the first thing that must be instilled is religious values ​​related to faith, so that children believe in the existence of Allah and can know Allah with certainty (ma' rifatullah). At the same time, children are also guided about moral values, such as how to speak well, dress well, socialize well, and so on. Good qualities are also instilled in children, such as the values ​​of honesty, justice, simple living, patience and so on. This article uses a library research method. The purpose of this article is to describe the role of Islamic religious education in forming the character of early childhood. The research results show that Islamic religious education plays a role as the main foundation in forming the personality of early childhood. With the right approach, religious values ​​can guide children to become individuals who are moral, have strong character, and are able to live life with good principles.

Abstract

Single parents who raise children without a father or mother to accompany them require more struggles and challenges in raising and meeting family needs. The background of this research is that family education is very important, especially religious education, because religion is an asset for children as a provision for their next life, every parent ust instill it fro an early age. The subjects of this study were 3 single parents who had children aged 56 years in Mukim Sedar, Samadua District, South Adeh District. This study aims to determine the roles and constraints of single fathers and single mothers in shaping children’s religious values in Mukim Sedar, Samadua District, South Aceh District. This study uses qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The mothers instill religious values in children by means of gentleness, affection, and communicate more verbally, on the other hand, fathers tend to be more assertive and don’t communicate much verbally with their children. The religious values fomed by the Samadua community for early childhood are faith, morals, and worship education. In addition, the constraints faced are limited time because parents work to meet family.
