Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between psychological capital and the resources available to enable organizational strong sustainability in a school administrator. Managers who employ and value the following sorts of power in institutions, particularly educational institutions: competency, appreciation, persuasive strength, legal force, and charismatic strength. It has an effect on the psychological well-being of teachers in school organizations, which has a bearing on performance and daily life. Within this context, research on the concept of psychological capital has been advanced and excelled. This study prioritizes optimism about ideas, expectations, psychological durability, and self-efficacy, all of which are qualities of psychological capital. The concept of psychological capital is gaining ground, and one may argue that it is strongly tied to organizational strength. After scanning and analyzing the literature on this subject, it can be concluded that the school administrator's power and manipulation of power in school organizations can have an effect on the dimensions of teachers' psychological capital such as optimism, expectations, psychological resistance, and self-efficacy.

Abstract

Sebagai umat Muslim tentu tidak asing lagi ketika mendengar tentang ibadah, terutama ibadah sholat, adzan dan khatib yang sering dilakukan setiap hari Jum’at. Namun akan asing ditelinga kita jika lafadz adzan, imam dan khatib tidak bernuansa menggunakan bahasa Arab yang fasih dan tepat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Jam’iyah Mahmudiyah dengan tujuan memberikan arahan dan bimbingan kepada masyarakat Desa Pantai Cermin dalam pelaksanaan ibadah sepert adzan, imam dan khatib jum’at. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pertemuan dengan kepala Desa Pantai Cermin dan tokoh agama. Maka pelatihan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi dan praktek. Hasil kegiatan ini para tokoh agama sangat antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan ini. Terbukti dengan adanya diskusi-diskusi dari para peserta dalam mengasah pemahaman pelatihan ini.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that student learning outcomes are still low in SKI subjects at MTs Al-Mu'min Dogang. This is caused by the application of inappropriate learning methods. Based on the results of initial observations, it was revealed that there are problems that often arise, such as students being less active in SKI learning activities, students' lack of understanding of the material being taught, learning is still dominated by teachers and innovative learning has not been implemented in class. This study aims to determine the application of the inside outside circle method in improving student learning outcomes in SKI lessons in class VII MTs Al-Mu'min Dogang. This study used a class action research (PTK) method. The subjects of this study were class VII students of MTs Al-Mu'min Dogang, totaling 56 students. The application of the inside outside circle learning method in SKI lessons about the Da'wah of the Prophet Muhammad in Makkah to class VII students of MTs Al-Mu'min Dogang. Classroom action research conducted in Cycle I and Cycle II to apply the inside outside circle learning method to SKI lessons has proven to improve student learning outcomes. This can be seen from the results of the completeness percentage of student learning outcomes in Cycle I of 53.57% and increased in Cycle II of 87.5%. So it can be concluded that the application of the inside outside circle learning method can improve student learning outcomes in SKI lessons in class VII MTs Al-Mu'min Dogang.

Abstract

Teachers must continue to improve their abilities related to the digitalisation of education. The type of research is qualitative research, data collection methods by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques with inductive analysis to find research results. The results of the study are the pedagogical competence that has been shown by the moral aqidah teacher where he is able to manage learning well where the moral aqidah teacher has understood all students, is able to plan and implement learning well. Another moral aqidah teacher competence is personality competence which is shown by an attitude that provides an example, according to what is said or taught with what is done. Furthermore, the professional competence that exists in moral aqidah teachers is mastering the material well. Moral aqidah teachers at MTs Negeri I Langkat have shown other competencies, namely social competence. This is evidenced by the ability of the moral aqidah teacher to build communication with students, teachers and all school residents.

Abstract

Calligraphy plays a very important role in the development of Islamic civilization. In the current era of globalization, young people are exposed to a variety of knowledge, cultures, perspectives, and ethics that influence changes within them. This training was conducted with the aim of introducing the art of calligraphy to the students (santri), which they can develop as part of their future careers. The training activities were carried out by members of the field experience practice team, who are students of the Islamic College (Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam) Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura. The activity included planning, implementation, and evaluation. The methods used in this training were lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on practice. The results of this community service activity showed that: (1) The planning stage included initial observation, needs analysis, participant recruitment, and scheduling; (2) The training consisted of a one-time session using lectures, demonstrations, and writing practice; and (3) Evaluation was conducted during the training process, at the end of each session, and at the conclusion of the overall training. The dotted sponge calligraphy training left a unique impression and challenge for the students, fostering enthusiasm. It also brought about positive outcomes, such as helping students to develop calmness and concentration.

Abstract

The bracelet and ring handicraft making activity is one of the efforts in improving children's skills and creativity at the North Gombak Guidance Centre, Kuala Lumpur. The purpose of this activity is to provide a forum for knowledge about handicrafts to children and train them in producing unique works of art. The method of implementation of this activity is done through socialisation, material provision, and direct practice in making handicrafts to children in the guidance studio. This activity was carried out with a qualitative descriptive method and direct observation as a data collection technique. The results of the discussion show that learning arts and crafts provides great benefits for the development of children. The activity of making bracelets and rings from yarn and pearl trinkets is not only fun, but also easy to do. The children were guided directly by Ustazah Dahlia and KKN students from Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Islamic College in Tanjung Pura in making the crafts. They were given explanations about the materials used, examples of craft forms, and how to make them. Through this activity, the children can improve their skills, self-confidence, independence, and productivity. Thus, children in the North Gombak Guidance Centre can benefit from these activities and are expected to be encouraged to continue developing themselves in the field of skills.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the application of Merdeka Curriculum in the formation of the Pancasila Student Profile in Islamic Religion lessons in class VII MTsS Teladan Gebang. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, this research collects data through observation, interviews, and documentation to understand how this curriculum is implemented in the context of religious learning. The results showed that MTsS Teladan Gebang has successfully adapted the Merdeka Curriculum in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Education No. 56 of 2022, by giving teachers the freedom to adjust learning methods. The character building of Pancasila students is carried out through various activities that emphasise religious and social values, such as joint prayers, congregational prayers, and creative projects. The implementation of this curriculum shows success in integrating Pancasila values into students‘ daily activities, as well as adaptive assessment to monitor students’ overall development. This research shows that Merdeka Curriculum can effectively support students' character and skill development, making them religious, responsible and Pancasila-minded learners.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran complete sentence, analisis pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran complete sentence dan faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam implementasi model pembelajaran complete sentence. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data di lakukan dengan mengadakan: wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data yang diguanakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data kemudian menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran complete sentence pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam kelas VIII di SMP Tunas Mandiri Tanjung Pura terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yaitu: mempersiapkan lembar kerja siswa, guru menyampaikan kompetensi yang ingin dicapai, guru menyampaikan materi pembelajaran, guru membentuk kelompok, guru membagikan lembar kerja, peserta didik berdiskusi, memperbaiki jawaban hasil diskusi, peserta didik memahami materi dan guru menyampaikan kesimpulan materi pembelajaran. Analisis Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam siswa kelas VIII di SMP Tunas Mandiri Tanjung Pura mengalami peningkatan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran complete sentence. Tingkatan analisis yang dimiliki siswa berada pada kategori menterjemahkan (translation).

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penlitian ini adalah rendahnya tingkat pemahaman siswa sehingga perlunya peningkatan pemahaman hasil belajar siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini: Pertama untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran syawir dikelas VII MTs Pondok Pesantren Modern Babussalam. Kedua untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas VII MTs Pondok Pesantren Modern Babussalam sebelum menerapkan metode syawir. Ketiga untuk mengetahui metode syawir dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa kelas VII MTs Pondok Pesantren Modern Babussalam. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK), Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII. Metode pengumpulan data dengan cara tes dan non tes. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini bahwa metode syawir dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa tergolong baik dengan hasil penelitian rekapitulasi skor rata-rata siswa pada siklus I sebesar 56% dan siklus II 100% sedangkan nilai PKK siswa setelah menerapkan metode syawir sebesar 78% meningkat menjadi 88.4%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode syawir dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa pada mata pelajaran FIQIH tergolong baik. Sebagai akhir penelitian, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa metode syawir sangat baik digunakan dalam upaya meningkatkan pemahaman siswa karena metode syawir melibatkan seluruh siswa sehingga siswa menjadi aktif.

Abstract

Violence and sexual harassment against children remain serious issues in various regions, including Paya Rengas Village, Hinai District, Langkat Regency. This socialization program was carried out by KKN (Student Community Service) group 07 to raise awareness among elementary school children about the forms of violence and sexual harassment, as well as preventive measures. The activity involved educational experts as speakers and was conducted at the village office hall using interactive lectures, simulations, and open discussions. The results showed an 85% increase in participants’ understanding of violence and preventive actions. Additionally, around 78% of children stated that they felt more confident in reporting cases of violence to teachers or parents. As a follow-up, the Office of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection (PPA) of Langkat Regency plans to establish a Community-Based Integrated Child Protection (PATBM) program in Paya Rengas Village to create a more effective and sustainabl child protection system. The success of this program demonstrates that education and multi-stakeholder involvement are crucial in reducing child violence rates.
