Abstract

Based on the people's need for land and houses, which are increasing day by day. The complete systematic land registration (PTSL) in the land office can carry out land tasks wherever the target of its activities is. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the PTSL policy (complete systematic land registration) and to determine the factors affecting the implementation of the PTSL (Complete Systematic Land Registration) policy in Dukun District, Gresik Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The results showed that the implementation of the complete systematic land registration program (PTSL) policy in the village of Sawo, the sub-district of the Gresik district dukun is currently at the registration stage. So it cannot be said that the implementation of the PTSL (Complete Systematic Land Registration) policy was successful or not because it was still at the registration stage and the factors that influenced the PTSL (Complete Systematic Land Registration) policy in Sawo Village, Dukun District, Gresik Regency, were supporting factors that consists of a bureaucratic structure. While the inhibiting factor is communication (communications) and attitudes (dispositions or attitudes).

Abstract

Organizational communication is a very complicated and complex process of sending and receiving information within an organization. An organization that has an effective communication process will naturally advance and grow, and its members or individuals will actively contribute to the establishment and growth of an organization that is already functioning well in a number of areas, including organizational communication. The role of information technology is needed in the organizational world as a tool in an effort to win the competition that inevitably occurs in the organizational world. The role of information technology in organizations enables every process carried out to be easier and faster. This article's methodology is library research that reveals theories about the issue under study. The definition and concept of organizational communication, the evolution of communication and information technology, the incorporation of technology into organizational communication, and the influence of technology on organizational communication practices are all covered in this study

Abstract

This study investigated the ideological functions of pronouns in Indonesian EFL student political debates through a tripartite analytical framework consisting of referent erasure, political distance, and deixis. Grounded in Critical Discourse Analysis, the research examined how pronoun choices functioned not only as grammatical references but also as rhetorical strategies for negotiating power, alignment, and agency. The data were collected from 26 undergraduate students from Universitas Pembinaan Masyarakat Indonesia, Politeknik Angkatan Laut, and Institut Keislaman Tuah Negeri during six real-time English debate sessions conducted in 2026. Debate transcripts were analyzed qualitatively to identify patterns in the use of pronouns such as we, they, you, and impersonal constructions. The findings revealed that students strategically shifted pronoun usage to construct solidarity, distance opposing groups, obscure responsibility, and strengthen persuasive arguments within civic and political discussions. Pronouns thus operated as micro-sites of ideological negotiation that reflected identity positioning and contextual meaning-making. This study contributed to applied linguistics and English language education by demonstrating how EFL learners used grammatical forms to exercise voice, persuasion, and ideological stance in multilingual academic discourse.
