Stunting or failure to thrive in toddlers due to chronic malnutrition, is a serious problem in Indonesia. To overcome stunting, increasing public awareness about the negative impact of stunting on children through stunting education seminars is one effective approach. The stunting education seminar shows that this activity is able to increase public knowledge and awareness about stunting, especially among young women, female students, pregnant women and the general public. Through this activity, the public can understand the importance of balanced nutrition and a healthy lifestyle in preventing stunting in children. Apart from that, stunting education seminar activities can also help increase community participation in stunting prevention. Thus, stunting education seminar activities are an effective step in increasing public awareness of the negative impacts of stunting on children and efforts to prevent stunting.

This study aims to examine the relationship between the principal's transformational leadership style and teacher teaching motivation in elementary schools. Transformational leadership is understood as a leadership model that is able to build an inspiring vision, provide individual attention, encourage critical thinking, and be a moral role model for teachers. Teachers who work under this kind of leadership tend to have higher motivation, strong work commitment, and satisfaction in carrying out their professional duties. The research method used is a literature study, by reviewing various scientific journals, academic books, and relevant research reports in the last 10 years. The results of the synthesis show that all dimensions of transformational leadership contribute to increasing teacher motivation in designing learning, improving competence, and creating an effective classroom atmosphere. The conclusion of this study confirms that transformational leadership style has an important role in forming a positive work environment and supporting teacher motivation in a sustainable manner.

Background: Neurodevelopmental disorders (NDD) in children and adolescents, including attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), intellectual disabilities (ID), learning disabilities (LD) and others can occur in the final stages of serious developmental disorders or disorders, especially functional, structural, and cognitive. Children's conditions like this cause parents to experience stress in their lives, which can affect their emotional and physical conditions and even their social interactions. There are various treatment methods to reduce anxiety, stress, and depression, improve mental health, and improve problem-solving skills. One of these interventions is cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Purpose: To test the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) on stress levels in parents who have children with neurodevelopmental disorders. Method: Literature review research with article selection referring to the Preferred Reporting Items for Literature Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA). The databases used for article searches were Google Scholar, PubMed, and Science Direct. The keywords used were “cognitive behavioral therapy” AND “parenting stress” AND “neurodevelopmental disorder” AND “children”. The search was adjusted to the inclusion and exclusion criteria that had been prepared. The eligibility criteria for this systematic review were randomized controlled trials (RCTs), English language, and fully accessible. Results: Based on the results of the review of seven articles, CBT is an appropriate and effective intervention to be given to parents who experience parenting stress. CBT has benefits for improving well-being and mindful parenting patterns in children with neurodevelopmental disorders. Future mindfulness-based parenting interventions should emphasize formal, planned meditation to improve outcomes. Although shortening formal meditation may make it more likely for parents to complete it, it is not yet known what dose (eg, duration of each meditation, frequency per week) is the optimal amount. Conclusions: CBT is effective in reducing parenting stress levels and is able to improve well-being and parenting patterns in children with neurodevelopmental disorders. Pendahuluan: Gangguan perkembangan saraf (neurodevelopmental disorder/NDD) pada anak dan remaja, termasuk attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), gangguan intelektual (ID), learning disabilities (LD) dan lainnya dapat terjadi pada tahap akhir yang serius atau ketidakteraturan perkembangan, terutama fungsional, struktural, dan kognitif. Kondisi anak seperti ini menyebabkan orang tua mengalami stres dalam kehidupannya, sehingga dapat memengaruhi kondisi emosional dan fisiknya bahkan interaksi sosialnya. Terdapat berbagai metode pengobatan untuk mengurangi kecemasan, stres, dan depresi, meningkatkan kesehatan mental, serta meningkatkan kemampuan memecahkan masalah. Salah satu intervensi tersebut adalah cognitive behavior therapy (CBT). Tujuan: Untuk mengkaji efektivitas cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) terhadap tingkat stres pada orang tua dengan anak gangguan perkembangan saraf. Metode: Penelitian literature review dengan pemilihan artikel mengacu pada Preferred Reporting Items for Literature Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA). Basis data yang digunakan untuk pencarian artikel adalah Google Scholar, PubMed, dan Science Direct. Kata kunci yang digunakan adalah “cognitive behavioral therapy” AND “parenting stress” AND “neurodevelopmental disorder” AND “children”. Pencarian disesuaikan dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang telah disiapkan. Kriteria kelayakan tinjauan sistematis ini adalah uji coba terkontrol acak (RCT) , bahasa Inggris, dan dapat diakses secara keseluruhan. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil telaah tujuh artikel, CBT merupakan intervensi yang sesuai dan efektif untuk diberikan kepada orang tua yang mengalami stres pengasuhan anak. CBT memiliki manfaat untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan pola pengasuhan yang penuh perhatian pada anak-anak dengan gangguan perkembangan saraf. Intervensi pengasuhan anak berbasis perhatian penuh di masa mendatang harus menekankan meditasi terencana formal untuk meningkatkan hasil. Meskipun memperpendek meditasi formal dapat membuatnya lebih memungkinkan bagi orang tua untuk menyelesaikannya, belum diketahui berapa dosis (misalnya, durasi setiap meditasi, frekuensi per minggu) yang merupakan jumlah optimal. Simpulan: CBT efektif dalam menurunkan tingkat stres pengasuhan dan mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan pola pengasuhan pada anak dengan gangguan perkembangan saraf. One of the successes of development is that the role of men and women is very influential on the success of development. In this case, the Cirebon City government issued Regional Regulation Number 7 of 2021 concerning the Regional Medium Term Government Plan, namely "In creating a society with human resources that are competitive and superior in all fields". This observation aims to find out implementation policies and expectations in the gender mainstreaming program. in realizing gender equality, what is the reality in the Cirebon City Community, then what are the supporting and inhibiting factors, in an effort to overcome policy obstacles to implementing gender mainstreaming programs in DP3APPKB in Cirebon City. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method using primary techniques, namely from in-depth interviews consisting of the DP3APPKB Gender Mainstreaming Sub-Coordination and the Cirebon City Community. Secondary data has been obtained from documentation and archives at DP3APPKB as well as several statutory regulations and other documents that support this research. George C Edwards' theory used in this research covers the success of policy implementation which is influenced by four aspects, namely: Communication, Resources, Disposition or Attitude of the Implementer and Bureaucratic Structure. The results of this research show that the implementation of the gender mainstreaming program has been quite successful, but there is still a lack of response from the community and an uncertain budget from the government so that it is less than optimal for realizing gender equality in the development sector in Cirebon City.

This study examines the performance of accounting information systems at BUMD Tirta Medal Sumedang. The research method used is qualitative-descriptive, with a focus on the collection of primary data through interviews and secondary data via literature reviews. The results of the research showed that the performance of the accounting information system at BUMD Tirta Medal Sumedang is already optimal; the information system of Situntas Accounting is considered to have met the needs based on the characteristics of the company; it is easy to understand and operate; and the quality of the financial information generated is timely, relevant, and accurate. The results of this research provide recommendations for the development of cash flow report features with direct methods, synchronization of recording of customer payments paid through bank transfer system on accounting system, digitization of records on fixed asset details and spread details of branch network BUMD Tirta Medal Sumedang, integration with other information systems such as the information system of the planning part, human resources information system, and customer service information system. The implementation of these measures is expected to improve the performance of accounting information systems as well as provide more accurate, relevant, and timely financial information to BUMD Tirta Medal Sumedang.

Background: Periodontal tissue, comprising gingiva, periodontal ligament, cementum, and alveolar bone, supports and surrounds teeth. Periodontitis, an inflammation affecting these tissues, manifests through gingival inflammation, pocket formation, and loss of attachment and bone.Purpose: This research aims to investigate whether ozonated olive oil influences neutrophil cell levels in the gingiva of male Wistar rats with periodontitis.Method: Employing a posttest-only control group design, this laboratory study included 24 male Wistar rats with concentrated periodontitis divided into six groups based on the day of observation. Histological analysis was conducted on days 1, 3, and 5, with three control groups and treatment groups.Result: The hypothesis test revealed a significant difference in neutrophil cell count between the ozonated olive oil treatment group and the control group (p < 0.05). The treatment group exhibited superior outcomes compared to control and other treatment groups, as confirmed by the LSD Post Hoc Test (p < 0.05).Conclusion: Administration of ozonated olive oil can influence neutrophil cell involvement in periodontitis healing among male Wistar rats, suggesting its potential therapeutic efficacy

This study aims to determine students' understanding of reading skills using the English stories application. The method used in this study was Quasi Experimental Design with 20 students at SMPN 10 Palopo as research subjects. Pretest and posttest techniques to collect data in this study. One of the teaching materials used is a story that is in the application with the theme of fable stories with the title the little mouse. Reading comprehension activities last 15 minutes. After that, students are asked questions about the contents of the story for evaluation using a written test. The results of the study showed that there was an activity to improve reading comprehension skills in class VIII students of SMPN 10 Palopo, as evidenced by the processing of the test results given to students. Thus it can be concluded that using the English stories application can improve students' reading comprehension skills significantly.Keywords: Â English stories,Application,Reading Comprehension
