Abstract

Internet users in Indonesia is increasing in every year. The increase caused by several factors, such as the increasingly even distribution of internet infrastructure in Indonesia. The internet has a positive impact such as facilitating communication between individuals, while the negative impact of the internet is intimidation to someone or known as cyberbullying. Cyberbullying has a huge impact on mental health person, causing victim to be angry, depressed, and anxious. This research aims to measure the level of cyberbullying in Indonesia on Twitter using TF-IDF and Support Vector Machine. Classification in this study is classified into two classes, namely cyberbullying and non-cyberbullying. Twitter data used in this study were 3,344,782 tweets that resulted in a cyberbullying classification level of 34.59% and a non-cyberbullying classification level of 65.41%. The best accuracy value obtained is 85%.

Abstract

Today's rapid development in the world of information technology causes almost all human work to become lighter and more effortless. One of them is the teacher's duties in teaching and giving grades. Applications already available on laptops or computers, such as Microsoft Office, can create more interactive teaching materials, create financial reports, or manage grades. However, most teachers who are familiar with laptops or computers can only operate the simple functions available in these applications, so the work that can be done is still limited. This service is carried out through training methods with material on using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for teachers. The school being targeted is SD Negeri 7 Kesiman, whose environment is already fluent in technology but whose human resources are still limited in operating computers. The training material in the form of a Microsoft Office training module compiled by the service society team is used as a learning medium for teachers at SD Negeri 7 Kesiman. Evaluation of training activities used methods in the form of pre-test and post-test, in which the results showed that the ability of teachers at SD Negeri 7 Kesiman to understand the material had increased from before. These results also illustrate that the modules are arranged to make it easy to learn and conform to the needs of the features that the teacher often uses. Abstract

Teknologi pada pendidikan saat ini memiliki peranan yang sangat penting, namun kenyataannya tidak semua guru mampu mengaplikasikan atau menggunakan teknologi dalam pembelajaran, karena sulitnya pengoperasian dari teknologi dan bingung dalam memilih jenis teknologi yang sesuai dengan kondisi kelas. Dengan demikian, pada penelitian ini akan dikaji beberapa jenis teknologi informasi dalam jaringan yang sering  dan mudah digunakan dalam pembelajaran saat ini. Metode penelitian dan penulisan artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan kepustakaan atau kajian literatur. Sumber data diperoleh dari artikel-artikel dari portal berita online yang terbit di tahun 2020, buku, dan artikel ilmiah, yang berkaitan dengan teknologi pembelajaran dalam jaringan dan dipublikasikan selama 5 tahun terakhir. Berdasarkan karakteristiknya, hasil identifikasi teknologi informasi berbasis jaringan terdiri dari teknologi pemberian materi, teknologi evaluasi, dan platform khusus. Melalui hasil pengelompokan teknologi pembelajaran ini, guru dapat memahami dan memilih teknologi pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kondisi dan materi ajar.

Abstract

The majority of the population uses clean water sourced from the PDAM (Indonesian Regional Water Supply Company) pipeline to meet their daily needs. However, clean water utilization is sometimes not smooth because the upstream's water supply is stalled or the PDAM pipeline disrupted. This disruption that often occurs slowly causes routine community activities, such as bathing or cooking, become stop because clean water is a basic need. Thus, a system is needed to provide early warning when the PDAM water supply starts to have problems so that the community can make initial anticipation. This study designed a prototype of an early warning system using an Arduino-based water flow sensor that records water flow discharge data on the PDAM pipeline and sent to the Firebase Realtime Database to be monitored in real-time through an Android application. The system testing is done by black-box testing, i.e. we check all functions of this system, mainly on sending a warning notification when the water flow debt is at a low rate. In the end, by using this system, the user can prepare themselves early, such as collecting residual water debit in the tub and save water when there is a disruption in PDAM water.

Abstract

Portal berita online harus memenuhi beberapa aspek untuk bisa menjaga kualitas penggunaan dan informasi yang disediakan, salah satunya aspek usability. Aspek usability menentukan tingkat kebermanfaatan portal berita yang dinilai dari tingkat efektivitas, efisiensi, serta kepuasan dengan melakukan evaluasi usability. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi usability pada beberapa portal berita online di Indonesia untuk mendapatkan tingkat usability dari portal berita dan rekomendasi perbaikannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan 3 portal berita yang menyediakan berbagai macam berita yang terjadi baik itu berita lokal, nasional, hingga internasional secara aktual dan cepat. Evaluasi usability pada penelitian ini menggunakan 20 responden penelitian yang dipilih menggunakan simple random sampling dari pembaca dan staf portal berita yang dievaluasi.Pada penelitian ini, akan dilakukan evaluasi dengan mengkombinasikan teknik Heuristic Evaluation dan Think Aloud. Teknik Heuristic Evaluation digunakan untuk mengevaluasi antarmuka dengan menggunakan kuesioner heuristik dan Think Aloud digunakan untuk mengevaluasi penggunaan portal berdasarkan hasil verbalisasi masukan dari pengguna.Pada tahap pengumpulan data, setiap responden akan mengerjakan skenario tugas dengan memberikan masukan perbaikan atau kesulitan yang dirasakan. Responden selanjutnya akan melakukan pengisian kuesioner dari 10 aspek heuristik antarmuka portal.Hasil analisis data yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa penelitian telah berhasil mendefinisikan permasalahan dan rekomendasi perbaikan dari portal berita yang diievaluasi. Hasil analisis Heuristic Evaluation menunjukkan bahwa terdapat permasalahan pada 3 portal yang dievaluasi dengan tingkat minor yang prioritas perbaikannya rendah dengan rata-rata nilai severity ratings 2. Analisis Think Aloud menghasilkan 85 rekomendasi perbaikan dari 3 portal berita yang dievaluasi. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat melakukan evaluasi lanjutan dari implementasi rekomendasi perbaikan.verity ratings dari tabel severity ratings yang didefinisikan oleh Nielsen, 1993 AbstractOnline news portals must meet several aspects to be able to maintain the quality of use and information provided, one of them is usability. The usability aspect determines the level of usefulness of the news portal which is assessed from the level of effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction by evaluating usability. This research aims to evaluate the usability of several online news portals in Indonesia to get the level of usability from news portals and recommendations for improvement. This research uses 3 news portals that provide a variety of news that occurs both locally, nationally, and internationally, in real time and quickly. Usability evaluation in this study used 20 research respondents who were selected using simple random sampling from readers and news portal staff who were evaluated. In this study, an evaluation will be conducted by combining Heuristic Evaluation and Think Aloud techniques. The Heuristic Evaluation technique is used to evaluate the interface using a heuristic questionnaire and Think Aloud is used to evaluate the use of the portal based on the results of verbalizing user input. At the data collection stage, each respondent will work on the task scenario by providing input on improvements or perceived difficulties. Respondents will then fill out questionnaires from 10 aspects of the portal interface heuristics. The results of data analysis carried out indicate that the research has succeeded in defining the problem and recommendations for improvement from the evaluated news portal. The results of the Heuristic Evaluation analysis showed that there were problems in 3 portals that were evaluated with a minor level with low priority improvement with an average severity ratings of 2.. Think Aloud analysis yields 85 recommendations for improvement from the 3 news portals evaluated. Future research can carry out further evaluations of the implementation of improvement recommendations.

Abstract

Curah hujan yang tinggi disertai badai angin biasanya terjadi saat musim pancaroba, hal tersebut dapat mempengaruhi aktivitas masyarakat. Perlu adanya teknologi yang dapat memberikan peringatan dini agar dapat meminimalisir dampak yang ditimbulkan, salah satunya yaitu Internet of Things yang merupakan teknologi yang memungkinkan manusia untuk mengontrol dan menjalankan tugas secara otomatis pada suatu objek yang terhubung melalui internet. Penelitian ini menciptakan sebuah prototipe alat dengan menggunakan konsep Internet of Things yang dapat memberikan peringatan dini dan monitoring ketinggian air ketika terjadi banjir, kecepatan angin, suhu, kelembaban, intensitas cahaya, dan hujan pada suatu tempat secara spesifik dan real time yang ditampilkan pada aplikasi mobile Android untuk user dan aplikasi web untuk admin. Perangkat yang digunakan yaitu seperti mikrokontroler Arduino Mega 2560, sensor ultrasonik, sensor anemometer, sensor suhu dan kelembaban, sensor intensitas cahaya, sensor hujan, buzzer, Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), modul Wi-Fi ESP8266, modul SIM800L V2, stepdown LM2596 DC-DC, modul GPS NEO-6M, baterai 18650, dan switch on off dengan 3 pin. Hasil pengujian pada prototipe alat menghasilkan pengujian yang cukup baik dan akurat yang terdiri dari pengujian keseluruhan sensor, kalibrasi setiap sensor, serta pengiriman data ke server, demikian pula pada pengujian perangkat lunak yang terdapat pada setiap fungsi aplikasi Android dan web dapat berjalan dengan optimal. AbstractHigh rainfall accompanied by windstorms usually occurs during the transition season, this can affect community activities. It is necessary to have technology that can provide early warning to minimize the impact, one of which is the Internet of Things which is a technology that allows humans to control and perform tasks automatically on an object that is connected via the internet. This research creates a prototype tool using the concept of the Internet of Things that can provide early warning and monitoring of water levels in the event of flooding, wind speed, temperature, humidity, light intensity, and rain in a specific and real time place displayed on an Android mobile application for users and web applications for admins. The devices used are Arduino Mega 2560 microcontroller, ultrasonic sensor, anemometer sensor, temperature and humidity sensor, light intensity sensor, rain sensor, buzzer, Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), ESP8266 Wi-Fi module, SIM800L V2 module, stepdown LM2596 DC-DC, NEO-6M GPS module, 18650 battery, and on off switch with 3 pins. The measurement results of the prototype tool produce a fairly good and accurate test consisting of testing the entire sensor, calibrating each sensor, and sending data to the server, as well as testing the software contained in every function of Android and web applications that can run optimally.

Abstract

The development of information technology makes many organizations utilizing it in their business process. For example, hospitals use certain information systems in medicine management. We observe that most medicines applications do not provide the drug usage prediction feature so that this situation causes the hospital staff being difficult in providing enough medicines. Therefore, in this experimental research, we developed an application in the form of a simple design for helping the hospitals in predicting daily medicine usage. This application also provides medicines stock management and doctor diagnosis features. The Brainy library is used to facilitate implementing the backpropagation neural network method in PHP programming language. We choose PHP because this server script is widely used in information system development. We demonstrated that the mock-up as the result of this development is able to work properly. For further study, we suggest expanding this mock-up become a full hospital information system that covers many functions in medical centers.
