Abstract

Beauty salons and barber shop are a necessity for almost everyone. Nowadays, the business processes of them mostly still use conventional methods. The method gives obstacles to customers who have a lot of activities, for example, they have to come directly to the beauty salon or barber shop to take the queue. In addition, it is hard to promote, communicate and assess without E-CRM media. The location is also difficult to find because there is no guide mark on Google Maps. The Geographic Information System for Booking Beauty Salon and Barber Shop provides solutions for making scheduled bookings and transactions by using the e-CRM approach as in the application of promotional features to attract customers. There are some features offered in the application, such as chat features for communication, rating and review features to assess the services obtained, and route feature as a solution to show the location of selected vendors. The implementation process requires an Android smartphone and a computer device with software including Android Studio, SQLYog, XAMPP, and Visual Studio Code. The results of the implementation of the system based on the questionnaire showed 25.8% answered 'excellent', 45.7% answered 'good', 28.3% answered 'enough', and 0.2% answered 'bad'.

Abstract

Purpose: Dua Mata is a mobile and website-based community service application intended for residents of South Kuta. Evaluation of existing designs is needed to assess whether the user interface design can provide user satisfaction. The aim this paper to evaluate the UI/UX of Dua Mata using QUIM method. Methods: Research, Modeling, requirement definition, Framework Definition, and Refinements are the step of the GDD method. The QUIM method aims to prioritize indicators that need to be fixed in the old design: Resource Utilization, Minimal Memory Load, and Security. Modeling determined respondents who will do the second test and in requirement definition stage scenarios are chosen. The selected scenario is registering, forgetting passwords, searching directories, ordering, and adding services. The framework definition and refinement is the stage of making a wireframe then prototype and tested. Result: The test results showed a big decrease in the scenario completion time by 39.41 seconds in the register scenario. The score on the Resource Utilization indicator has increased by 8 points, the Minimum Memory Load indicator is 9 points and the Security indicator is 6 points. Novelty: The novelty is that the increasing of the Resource Utilization indicator indicates the new design has a higher level of user satisfaction than the old design

Abstract

Maibus is a company of transportation services located in Bali. Transaction data that is owned has not been managed properly. This results in data accumulation and only as a turnover calculation, so LRFM and clustering methods are needed to assist the calculation and processing data in fulfilling customer management strategies. The research was conducted by collecting and understanding data, preprocessing, applying LRFM (Length,Recency,Frequency,Monetary), normalizing LRFM, evaluating the number of clusters with Davies Bouldin Index (DBI), clustering with K-Means, and analyzing cluster results. The data used is transaction data from January 2017 to December 2018 with a total of 14.292 data. The clustering method with the K-means algorithm helps in mapping customers based on transaction data. DBI was used to determine the optimal number of clusters and LRFM used to test the determination of variables in determining customer behavior and loyalty. The results of testing 7.193 invoice using 5 clusters with DBI value is 0.135. The result of customers in cluster 0,2,4 are new customer groups with the proposed strategy is enforced strategy, while the customer in cluster 1 and 3 are lost customers with the proposed strategy is let-go strategy that refers to the customer value and customer loyalty matrix.

Abstract

Organizations in this era can't be separated from information technology, especially in communication and information sharing. The existence of information technology, especially computer networks, greatly facilitates agencies in terms of communication. Organizations that have used computer networks generally don’t have tools to handle security and bandwidth management issues in large numbers, resulting in wasteful use of bandwidth for unproductive purposes, such as accessing video streaming. The fact is professional tools to overcome the problem of security and bandwidth management issues are already in the market, but have hundreds of millions of priced. The high price of professional devices gave an opportunity to develop a bandwidth management system based on the integration of the remote authentication dial in user service (RADIUS) server and Mikrotik RouterBoard, at a lower cost. RADIUS server was chosen as a service for network security, because it supports the legal authentication for users via AAA protocol. The RADIUS server can be integrated with MySQL database, it can be developed SSO systems. Bandwidth management can be done with Mikrotik feature, but has the disadvantages of scalable storage, that problem can overcome by integrating Mikrotik and RADIUS server, then defining time doing data packet quota for the client and its implementation can help with hypertext preprocessor (PHP) scripts.

Abstract

Seni tidak dapat lepas dari kehidupan masyarakat Bali, bahkan beberapa desa di Bali sebagian besar mata pencaharian masyarakatnya sebagai pengrajin maupun seniman.Produk kerajinan seni yang dinilai sangat panjang rantai ekspornya memerlukan sosialisasi ataupun penyebaran informasi yang menarik pada suatu media informasi. Media informasi yang cukup tren saat ini yaitu media internet.Penelitian mengenai penggunaan mobile menyatakan masyarakat lebih memilih menggunakan dan membeli produk melalui perangkat mobile dari komputer desktop. Sistem yang dapat berjalan pada perangkat komputer desktop maupun mobile sekaligus dapat memberi manfaat yang besar. Aplikasi Web Mobile merupakan aplikasi yang berjalan didalam browser web pada perangkat mobile. Rancang bangun sistem informasi geografis/Geographic Information System (GIS) ini menampilkan lokasi geografis usaha-usaha kerajinan seni di daerah Bali dan mencari jarak terdekat menuju lokasi usaha para pemilik gallery serta produk kerajinan dan seni yang ada menggunakan perangkat mobile maupunkomputer. Keberadaan sistemini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas para pengrajin maupun seniman Bali.Kata Kunci: Kerajinan Seni, Web Mobile, GIS.

Abstract

Tingkat kejahatan kasus pembobolan rumah terus meningkat, berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan oleh Badan Pusat Statistik kasus pembobolan rumah menempati posisi kedua dengan jumlah kasus terbanyak. Perkembangan teknologi memberikan solusi dalam sebuah sistem keamanan yang lebih baik. Berbagai sistem otomatisasi telah dikembangkan, salah satunya tentang penguncian pintu, yang harus memiliki sebuah sistem keamanan yang dapat diandalkan. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah prototype kontrol kunci pintu menggunakan Raspberry Pi berbasis android yang dilengkapi dengan magnetic switch door, solenoid dan alarm. Sistem dilengkapi dengan fitur alarm dan kunci otomatis yang dapat diaktifkan melalui aplikasi android. Fitur alarm akan aktif ketika pintu terbuka pada mode terkunci, sedangkan fitur kunci otomatis akan aktif ketika pintu sudah tertutup beberapa menit. Status pintu sudah terkunci atau belum dapat dilihat pada aplikasi android, serta melakukan penguncian pintu dari jarak jauh. Hasil dari prototype yang dikembangkan yaitu dapat meningkatkan keamanan pada pintu rumah dari tindak kejahatan pembobolan pintu. Kata kunci: Android, Keamanan, Pintu, Raspberry Pi

Abstract

Wisata kuliner kini menjadi salah satu kegiatan yang wajib dilakukan oleh para wisatawan ketika mengunjungi suatu daerah. Banyak perspektif yang berbeda dalam berbagai kebutuhan untuk menemukan tempat yang cocok untuk menikmati suatu kuliner. Antara lain jenis makanan, lokasi yang terdekat atau strategis, budget, dan lain sebagainya. Denpasar sebagai salah satu daerah yang banyak kedatangan wisatawan lokal atau asing juga memiliki wisata kuliner yang tidak kalah nikmat dan beragam dengan daerah-daerah lain di Bali. Selain rumah makan yang menawarkan kuliner khas Bali seperti ayam betutu, sate lilit, lawar, serombotan dan lain sebagainya, banyak juga rumah makan yang menawarkan kuliner-kuliner khas dari luar daerah Bali. Kemajuan teknologi adalah sebuah keniscayaan, karena itu sudah saatnya teknologi digunakan untuk membantu para pecinta kuliner untuk menemukan tempat kuliner yang sesuai dengan selera. Melalui Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Geografis (GIS) berbasis web ini diharapkan dapat membantu para wisatawan yang datang ke Bali atau juga masyarakat Bali sendiri untuk menentukan tempat wisata kuliner yang ingin dikunjungi di wilayah Denpasar. Kata kunci : Sistem Informasi Geografis, Kuliner, Web, Wisatawan, Denpasar.

Abstract

Pesatnya pertambahan penduduk berdampak pada sektor pertanian sebagai akibat dari pengalihan lahan pertanian. Pengalihan ini berdampak juga pada persediaan bahan pangan dan kerusakan ekosistem. Untuk menghadapi permasalahan tersebut, perlu diupayakan penggunaan teknologi sebagai sebuah solusi di era digitalisasi. Penelitian ini memadukan tanaman hidroponik dengan bantuan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) menggunakan teknik penanaman Aeroponik. Aeroponik merupakan teknik dalam penanaman hidroponik yang memberikan larutan nutrisi dalam bentuk kabut langsung menuju ke akar, sehingga tanaman lebih mudah menyerap nutrisi. Perancangan perangkat IoT menggunakan mikrokontroler raspberry pi yang diinetgrasikan dengan mikrokontroler Arduino Mega sebagai pusat dalam menjalankan sensor pendukung seperti sensor water level, ultrasonik, ph, tds, dan dht22. Aplikasi mobile android digunakan sebagai interface dalam kontrol dan monitoring perangkat oleh pengguna. Dari rancangan dan serangkaian uji coba pada sistem disimpulkan bahwa, rancangan sistem tanaman hidroponik aeroponik berbasis IoT mampu melakukan monitoring dan controlling tanaman, serta otomatisasi dalam pencampuran nutrisi sesuai dengan kebutuhan tanaman.

Abstract

Indonesia is a massive archipelago of 1.919.400 km², containing roads that span at 542.000 km across various terrain conditions. This diverse geographic environment is a challenge to road constructions and repairs across the country, which has lead to disruption in public service and traffic accidents each year. We propose the Geographic Information System for Mapping and Complaint of Damaged Roads, a solution which can provide users a digital interface to report damaged roads to the transportation department in their area. This research uses Google Maps API to digitize and make a complaint about damaged roads. The result of this research is an android application for the users and a website application for the road managers. The android application is used by the users to make complaints of damaged roads. The web application is used by road managers to draw the road on Google Maps using polyline feature. With this our goal is to systematize the handling of damaged roads information, leading to faster service times and hopefully help reduce the level of traffic accidents in Indonesia.
