Abstract

Abstract

In terms of establishing and nurturing startups, finances are required to ensure their long-term viability. Startups at this stage require the support of investors as financial backers. The dearth of forums for promoting companies makes it difficult for developers to get traction and attract investors. The bidding method for entrepreneurs and investors was designed with these limits in mind. The waterfall concept is used in the design of this offering system, in which the website design is completed consecutively from beginning to end. The purpose of this website's design is to make it easier for developers to advertise startups or "products," to create possibilities for developers to meet investors indirectly, and to make it easier for investors to analyze startups with future potential. Startups are classified according to their valuation value; the Discounted Cash Flow approach was used to calculate the valuation for this website design

Abstract

Indonesian startups are growing at a breakneck pace. When starting a business, finances are required to continue to develop the business, sustain it, and defend it against competition in the startup environment. One of the most crucial responsibilities in a business is that of an investor. Investors can help startups by providing financial assistance (investment). There are now only a handful sites for developers to market their startups as promotional material. This promotion can be used to promote startups (owned products) to a wider audience and gain investors' attention. The above-mentioned limits are the primary focus of website creation. The waterfall concept was used in the building of this website. The goal of creating this website is not only to serve as a promotional tool, but also to provide an opportunity for entrepreneurs to meet investors in an indirect manner and to make it easier for investors to analyze businesses with future potential. Compatibility, performance, and usability tests are all used in website development. Website development from the developer's perspective received a usability score of 91.86%, indicating that the website is very excellent, and website development for investors received a score of 79.85%, indicating that the website is good.

Using the design thinking method, research is carried out to identify problems that occur and solutions are found according to the needs of library users. Based on the results of the usability test, the score was above average and in the good category and this system can be generally accepted by all users. Abstract

Keeping animals is a very fun hobby because pets can be entertainment in itself to relieve fatigue from daily activities. But there are certain times, the owner doesn't have time to take care of the pet, especially if there are tasks out of town for a few days, or other activities. Pet care is a solution to keep pets taken care of while their owners don't have time to take care of them. Animal care provides care facilities for pets that are deposited. Currently, many provide animal care services with the aim of helping facilitate the search for the best animal care services and according to needs. Developed a mobile application system in the form of an animal care marketplace using React Native technology. The purpose of making this system is so that animal owners can find animal care centers according to their wishes. There are two users who play a role in this system, namely animal owners and animal day care workers. The animal owner's user system can determine a message schedule to entrust animals to the care feature and choose the cage to be occupied. The advantage of this feature is that pet owners can also know the condition of their pets, because each officer will send information. Through testing this system, it is known that there are about 73% of users who want to use this system. This system helps people who have pets not to worry about doing care.
