Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a chronic disease characterized by blood glucose (blood sugar) levels exceeding normal, i.e. blood sugar levels being equal to or more than 200 mg/dl, and fasting blood sugar levels being above or equal to 126 mg/dl. The increase in the number of people with diabetes is due to delays in detection. Utilization of machine learning in helping to establish a fast and accurate diagnosis is one of the efforts made in the health sector. One of the important steps to produce high classification accuracy is through the selection of relevant features. The problem in feature selection is dimensionality reduction, where initially all attributes are required to obtain maximum accuracy while not all features are used in the classification process. This study uses the Binary wheal Optimization Algorithm (BWOA) as a feature selection method to increase accuracy in the classification of diabetes mellitus. The use of metaheuristic algorithms is an alternative to increase computational efficiency and avoid local minimums. The BWOA algorithm reduces the 8 attributes in the dataset to the 3 best attributes that are able to represent the original dataset. The results showed that from the six classification methods tested, namely: K-NN, Naïve Bayes, Random Forest, Logistics Regression, Decision Tree, Neural Network. then the three logistic regression methods, naive Bayes and neural network are in good classification criteria based on Area Under Curve (AUC) while the calculation of the accuracy value shows an average of above 70%.  Keywords : Feature Selection, Classification, Diabetes Mellitus, Accuracy, Area Under Curve (AUC)

Abstract

The Geographic Information System (GIS) for Sustainable Food Agriculture (LP2B) is an information system application that functions to produce accurate, relevant and accountable data and information which will later be used as a basis for planning, stipulating, utilizing, evaluating and controlling the area and land and sustainable food agriculture reserve land that can be accessed by the community and stakeholders. This study uses data collection methods in the form of literature studies, field studies (interviews and observations) and literature studies as a method of approach in data collection. In this study using a system development method using Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, where there are three phases of development, namely the phase of Requirement Planning, Workshop Design and Implementation. In the geographic information system of sustainable agricultural land use web gis based PHP programming using javascript leaflets as the implementation of the projected map of the earth on the geographic information system of sustainable agricultural land. The results of this study can later be used as a reference for the Muara Enim District Government through the Muara Enim Regency Food Crops, Horticulture and Livestock Service Office in making decisions on which paddy fields will be used as Sustainable Food Agriculture Land, and are expected to continue to appeal to and pay attention to farmers LP2B so that paddy fields in Muara Enim Regency can avoid land conversion or reduced paddy fields that will threaten food security. Keywords : Geographic Information System, Muara Enim Regency, Land of Sustainable Food Agriculture.

Abstract

ABSTRACTMinimarket Murah Meriah is a low-cost minimarket that exists in Palembang. Minimarket Murah Meriah distributes its products through offline media with brochures and banners as a means of product promotion.  In the modern era of mobile devices is growing very rapidly and also the evolution of mobile devices increases with the number of mobile platform applications. One of the most developed so far is Android. With the rapid development of information technology, a business can improve performance and improve the quality of its business by providing convenience and convenience for customers, without spending large costs to promote a product. To overcome this problem, researchers need a study to create a cellular information system that can be utilized by Minimarket Murah Meriah to build a low-cost minimarket E-catalog product so it is necessary to do a phase analysis, design phase The system uses UML, namely the Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Class Diagram, Sequence Diagram) and finally the testing phase testing program, system testing (Black Box Testing and White Box Testing) and implementation. From the analysis and design of the system, a mobile information system can be made, namely an Android-based E-catalog that can be exploited by minimarkets in Palembang. The catalog application is designed with a simple and user-friendly design to facilitate its use. E-catalog will help the course of promotional activities. Minimarket Murah Meriah mendistribusikan produknya melalui media offline dengan brosur dan spanduk sebagai sarana promosi produk. Di era modern perangkat seluler berkembang sangat pesat dan juga evolusi perangkat seluler meningkat seiring dengan jumlah aplikasi platform seluler. Salah satu yang paling berkembang sejauh ini adalah Android. Dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi, sebuah bisnis dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan meningkatkan kualitas bisnisnya dengan memberikan kemudahan dan kemudahan bagi pelanggan, tanpa mengeluarkan biaya besar untuk mempromosikan suatu produk. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, peneliti memerlukan studi untuk membuat sistem informasi seluler yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh Minimarket Murah Meriah untuk membangun produk E-katalog minimarket murah sehingga perlu melakukan fase analisis, tahap desain Sistem menggunakan UML , yaitu Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Class Diagram, Sequence Diagram) dan akhirnya program pengujian tahap pengujian, pengujian sistem (Black Box Testing dan White Box Testing) dan implementasi. Dari analisis dan desain sistem, sistem informasi mobile dapat dibuat, yaitu E-katalog berbasis Android yang dapat dieksploitasi oleh minimarket di Palembang. Aplikasi katalog dirancang dengan desain yang sederhana dan ramah pengguna untuk memfasilitasi penggunaannya. E-katalog akan membantu jalannya kegiatan promosi. Selain itu, sebagai promosi inovasi untuk penjual lain, tidak perlu menggunakan media cetak seperti brosur atau spanduk.Kata kunci : E-Catalog, Android, Minimarket

Abstract

AbstractThis study discusses the delivery of information systems at the company Vira Surya Utama Palembang. PT. Vira Surya Utama Palembang is a company engaged in land transportation expedition services, aiming for freight forwarding services within the city and outside the city. Various types of goods often sent by this company are vehicle tires of various sizes, machinery and equipment, books and stationery, agricultural equipment, and grocery items. The obstacle that arises is that in recording data delivery there are often duplicate data or the same data transmission (redundant), difficulty finding the sending of recording data, the invoice recording process is still done using media such as books so that the difficulty in finding invoice data, and the slow delivery of goods that prepare reports and financial statements. Therefore, it is necessary to create and design a software system to simplify the process of recording delivery, invoicing, and preparing reports and submitting financial statements. The method used in this study is the waterfall model. In program design modeling, researchers use UML (integrated modeling language). Modeling results in the form of use case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams, and sequence diagrams. While the software used is the PHP and MySql Micro Dreamweaver Web programming languages. The result of the research is that in the form of a web-based delivery system in Vira Surya Utama, Palembang is expected to be able to overcome the problems in the delivery of goods in the Vira Surya Utama Palembang company.Keywords: Information Systems, Waterfall, Delivery, UML Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas pengiriman sistem informasi pada perusahaan Vira Surya Utama Palembang.  PT. Vira Surya Utama Palembang merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa ekspedisi angkutan darat, bertujuan untuk pelayanan jasa pengiriman barang didalam kota maupun diluar kota. Berbagai jenis barang yang sering dikirim perusahaan ini berupa ban-ban kendaraan dalam berbagai ukuran, mesin-mesin dan peralatan, buku dan alat tulis, alat-alat pertanian, dan barang-barang kelontongan. Kendala yang muncul adalah Dalam pencatatan data pengiriman sering ada data duplikat atau pengiriman data yang sama (redudan), kesulitan menemukan pengiriman data rekaman, proses pencatatan faktur masih dilakukan menggunakan media seperti buku sehingga kesulitan dalam mencari data faktur , dan lambatnya pengiriman barang yang menyiapkan laporan dan laporan keuangan. Oleh karena itu, perlu dibuat dan dirancang sistem perangkat lunak untuk menyederhanakan proses pencatatan pengiriman, pembuatan faktur, dan pembuatan laporan serta penyampaian laporan keuangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model waterfall. Dalam pemodelan desain program, peneliti menggunakan UML (bahasa pemodelan terpadu). Hasil pemodelan dalam bentuk diagram use case, diagram kelas, diagram aktivitas, dan diagram urutan. Sedangkan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah bahasa pemrograman Web PHP dan MySql Micro Dreamweaver. Hasil penelitian yang didapat adalah dalam bentuk sistem pengiriman berbasis web di Vira Surya Utama perusahaan Palembang diharapkan dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang ada dalam pengiriman barang di perusahaan Vira Surya Utama Palembang.Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, Air Terjun, Pengiriman, UML.

Abstract

With the COVID-19 outbreak and many conveniences in building mobile-based service applications. The Information System application can monitor children's health during the actual covid 19 pandemic online which can provide preventive and treatment measures during this pandemic period that we can do independently at home. By synergizing the e-counselling program for mobile-based child health services at the Kenten Palembang Health Center. Through a mobile-based e-counselling information system, it becomes a forum for information for mothers with toddlers who need health counseling services for children's diseases in the vicinity. The forward chaining method used in collecting data and information from the management and doctors of the Kenten Health Center with knowledge of the disease process by means of interviews, it was found that the facts most experienced by the surrounding community were the first types of facts, complaints, symptoms and suggestions for handling the two research rules by The third disease is how to implement E-Counseling for mobile-based Child Health Services. With the characteristics of the disease, symptoms, treatment, prevention. Abstract

Untuk memilih karyawan baru  yang baik dan sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah di tetapkan oleh perusahaan tentunya dibutuhkan waktu dan biaya yang tidak sedikit hal ini dibutuhkan untuk membuat system, sedangkan perusahaan membutuhkan karyawan baru dengan segera. Oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan system untuk mendukung kegiatan tersebut, system yang dilengkapi kemapuan  mengelolah kriteria dan dapat memecahkan masalah  ataupun kemampuan untuk mengkomunikasikan masalah dengan kondisi semi terstruktur dan tak terstruktur dimana belum di ketahui oleh siapapun secara pasti bagaimana keputusan tersebut di tetapkan. Pemecahan masalah  yang di buat tentunya sesuai dengan kebutuhan usernya, oleh sebab itu dalam system yang peneliti buat dilengkapi dengan  Decession Support System (DSS),yang dapat di gunakan oleh para Decession maker untuk mengatasi permasalahan perangkingan calon karyawan agar tidak salah memilih karyawan dan perusahaan dapat melakukan perangkingan calon karyawan terbaik dari sekian banyak calon karyawan yang baik yang tentunya memenuhi kriteria-kriteria yang telah di tentukan oleh perusahaan. Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dapat di terapkan untuk memenuhi keinginan perusahaan tersebut  agar tidak salah memilih karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti mengembangkan system pengambilan keputusan dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) sedangkan permodelan system yang digunakan adalah Unified Modeling Language (UML.) Abstract

This application of an expert system for identification of oil palm plant diseases aims to make it easier for employees of the Oil Palm Research Center of Sungai Lilin Musi Banyuasin Business Unit to identify oil palm plant diseases based on the symptoms seen then this application provides solutions and appropriate control methods for plant diseases. the oil palm. The data used in this study are data on 10 diseases that exist in oil palm plants and 47 symptoms that appear. The method used in this expert system for identification of oil palm plant diseases uses the Forward Chaining method and the depth-first search tracking technique so that the tracking process will be tested from the first symptom to the last to get a conclusion in the form of the name of the disease along with its causes and how to control it. in this expert system, namely functional testing and expert system testing. Functional testing uses the Black Box method with the Equivalence Patitioning (EP) technique. System testing is carried out by system users, namely. Based on the results of testing with the Black Box method, the developed system functions as expected. Furthermore, expert testing is a test that compares the results of the system diagnosis with the results of expert diagnoses. Expertise test results also show good results. Furthermore, external testing, this test is by giving questionnaires to 35 respondents to get an assessment of the system.
