Abstract

Moringa leaf chips are an innovative product from the creative industry of Indo Global Mandiri University students which has great potential to develop in local and international markets. However, the main challenge faced is the lack of knowledge and skills in digital marketing that can support product promotion and sales effectively. This workshop was held with the aim of increasing students' capacity in using digital marketing strategies to market Moringa leaf chips. This activity includes intensive training regarding creative content creation, social media management, search engine optimization (SEO), and the use of e-commerce. Apart from that, this workshop also provides mentoring and direct practice sessions to help participants apply the knowledge they have gained. It is hoped that the results of this workshop can increase students' knowledge about digital marketing, expand market reach, and increase sales of Moringa leaf chips as a superior product at Indo Global Mandiri University.

Abstract

Abstrak Dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran, guru dituntut untuk dapat terus menerus melakukan pembelajaran yang adaptif dan up to date yang didukung teknologi canggih. Teknologi canggih yang sering digunakan adalah Artificial Intellegence. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan diskusi tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) dan kepala sekolah SD Negeri 13 Palembang belum pernah mendapatkan pengetahuan memanfaatkan AI untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran dalam hal pencarian materi dan bahan ajar, karenanya tim PKM dan mitra memutuskan untuk melakukan kegiatan pelatihan memanfaatkan AI dalam pembelajaran. Dalam pelaksanaannya dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR) dengan empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, evaluasi dan refleksi. Setelah kegiatan dilaksanakan dilakukan analisis dari proses evaluasi dan refleksi kegiatan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan rata-rata peserta pelatihan mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan sebesar 68,9%. Sedangkan hasil refleksi menjelaskan faktor pendukung dan kendala pelaksanaan. Adapun faktor pendukung yaitu adanya antusias peserta, dukungan kepala sekolah dan layanan internet yang lancar. Sedangkan faktor kendala antara lain adalah terdapat guru yang tidak membawa laptop, ada guru yang hampir pensiun dan merasa kurang membutuhkan pelatihan serta guru yang lupa akun email. Kata kunci: pembelajaran; materi; bahan ajar; metode PAR. Abstract In carrying out the learning process, teachers are required to be able to continuously carry out adaptive and up-to-date learning supported by advanced technology. The advanced technology that is often used is Artificial Intelligence. The community service team (PKM) and the principal of SD Negeri 13 Palembang conducted observations and had discussions. Based on their findings, they decided to conduct training activities that use AI in learning because they had no prior experience using it to support the learning process in terms of finding resources and teaching materials. Planning, action, evaluation, and reflection are the four stages of the Participatory Action Research (PAR) methods that were used in its execution. Following the completion of the task, an analysis of the assessment procedure and a contemplation of the task are conducted. According to the evaluation data, the typical training participant saw a 68.9% improvement in knowledge and abilities. In the meantime, the reflection's findings clarify the implementation's enabling elements and challenges. Enthusiastic participation, the principal's encouragement, and reliable internet access are the supporting aspects. In the meanwhile, teachers who forget their email accounts, are nearing retirement and believe they don't need training, and don't bring laptops are all restrictive factors. Keywords: learning; materials; teaching materials; PAR methods.

Abstract

This study analyzed sales trends and forecasted the sales of CV Sentosa's products, namely Ater 360 New (X1), Bon Bon (X2), Mini Peanut Crackers (X3), and Marie Susu Int (X4), during the period of January 2019 to August 2023. Monthly sales data were processed using exploratory data analysis (EDA) and linear regression to predict sales trends. The linear regression analysis results indicated that X2 and X3 experienced sales growth with a slope of m=0.01, representing an average increase of 0.01 units per month. Conversely, X4 showed a slight decline with m=−0.01, while X1 remained stable with m=−0.00, indicating minimal changes in sales volume. The accuracy evaluation of the predictions based on MAE, MSE, and RMSE showed that X2 had the best performance with MAE 0.14, MSE 0.03, and RMSE 0.19, followed by X1 and X3, which had similar prediction errors. Although X4 initially showed significant growth, its model exhibited higher prediction errors (MAE 0.17, MSE 0.04, RMSE 0.21). This study provides valuable insights for CV Sentosa's business strategies, highlighting X2 and X3 as promising products due to their consistent growth trends and accurate predictions. This research provides a strong foundation for CV Sentosa in formulating more effective marketing strategies and product development in the future

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi finansial di Indonesia mendorong munculnya berbagai aplikasi kredit digital, salah satunya Kredivo yang memberikan kemudahan dalam bertransaksi secara instan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas aplikasi mobile Kredivo berdasarkan standar ISO/IEC 25010 serta mengukur pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan dan niat lanjut pakai pengguna. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa aktif Universitas Indo Global Mandiri (UIGM) sebagai responden yang merupakan pengguna aplikasi Kredivo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan melakukan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner online. Analisis data diolah melalui Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) untuk mengetaui hasil hubungan antar variabel late. Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu membuktikan bahwa sistem telah memenuhi kriteria functional suitability, performance efficiency, usability, reliability, security, compatibility, maintainability, dan portability sesuai standar yang selanjutnya meningkatkan niat lanjut pakai aplikasi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi teoretis terhadap penerapan model ISO/IEC 25010 dalam konteks aplikasi fintech serta rekomendasi praktis bagi pengembang Kredivo untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan loyalitas pengguna aplikasi.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong instansi pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan melalui inovasi digital, salah satunya dengan menghadirkan Aplikasi Andal by Taspen sebagai sarana pelayanan bagi Pensiunan Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat penerimaan dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penggunaan Aplikasi Andal by Taspen oleh Pensiunan PNS dengan menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Model ini menekankan pada dua variabel utama, yaitu perceived usefulness (persepsi kemanfaatan) dan perceived ease of use (persepsi kemudahan penggunaan), serta pengaruhnya terhadap attitude toward using (sikap terhadap penggunaan), behavioral intention to use (minat perilaku untuk menggunakan), dan actual use (penggunaan aktual) dalam memprediksi penerimaan teknologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap sejumlah responden yang merupakan peserta Aplikasi Andal by Taspen dari kalangan Pensiunan Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk menguji hubungan antarvariabel dalam model TAM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap attitude toward using, yang selanjutnya berdampak pada behavioral intention to use dan mendorong peningkatan actual use Aplikasi Andal by Taspen. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi persepsi kemanfaatan dan kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi, maka semakin besar pula minat dan kecenderungan pengguna untuk memanfaatkan layanan digital tersebut secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan dan penerimaan mahasiswa terhadap penggunaan akun Instagram Universitas Indo Global Mandiri (UIGM) sebagai media informasi kampus. Penelitian ini menggunakan model End‑User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) dan Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2). Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada mahasiswa UIGM dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS‑SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi content, accuracy, format, ease of use, dan timeliness berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Selain itu, konstruk dalam UTAUT2 seperti performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, dan habit turut mempengaruhi penerimaan teknologi oleh mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Instagram dapat dimanfaatkan secara efektif sebagai media penyampaian informasi kampus apabila didukung oleh kualitas konten yang baik dan penyampaian informasi yang tepat waktu.

Abstract

Abstract: The development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology presents new opportunities in education, particularly in lesson planning. However, most vocational high school teachers in Palembang City, including those at SMK PGRI 2, still have limited knowledge and skills in utilizing AI. This problem is the background to the implementation of community service activities (PkM) with the aim of improving teacher competency in using Large Language Models (LLM) such as Gemini and ChatGPT to develop Lesson Implementation Plans (RPP). The methods used included needs surveys, interactive workshops, hands-on practice, and evaluation through post-tests and participant feedback. The results of the activity showed a significant increase, where teacher knowledge increased from 20% to 80% and the application of AI in lesson plans increased from 10% to 65%. The contribution of this activity lies in improving teachers' ability to utilize AI to develop lesson plans more effectively and providing a scientific basis for the application of LLM in lesson planning in vocational education. Namun, sebagian besar guru SMK di Kota Palembang, termasuk di SMK PGRI 2, masih memiliki keterbatasan dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan pemanfaatan AI. Permasalahan ini melatarbelakangi dilaksanakannya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) dengan tujuan meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menggunakan Large Language Models (LLM) seperti Gemini dan ChatGPT untuk menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP). Metode yang digunakan meliputi survei kebutuhan, workshop interaktif, praktik langsung, serta evaluasi melalui post-test dan umpan balik peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan, di mana pengetahuan guru meningkat dari 20% menjadi 80% dan penerapan AI dalam RPP naik dari 10% menjadi 65%. Kontribusi kegiatan ini terletak pada peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam memanfaatkan AI untuk menyusun RPP secara lebih efektif serta penyediaan dasar ilmiah bagi penerapan LLM dalam perencanaan pembelajaran di pendidikan vokasi. Abstract

This study addresses the critical need for modernising payroll management at PT GOTO Palembang, a rapidly expanding enterprise grappling with the limitations of manual, paper-based salary processing. The research focuses on the design and implementation of a web-based Payroll Checker Information System that integrates employee performance metrics to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and transparency in remuneration processes. Employing the Feature-Driven Development (FDD) methodology, the system was developed iteratively to ensure alignment with organisational requirements and adaptability to evolving operational complexities. The system architecture encompasses modules for attendance tracking, performance evaluation, salary computation—including deductions, allowances, and meal subsidies—and comprehensive reporting functionalities. Role-based access controls were instituted to safeguard data integrity and facilitate secure access for administrators, employees, and directors. The implementation of this system has yielded significant improvements in payroll accuracy, reduced administrative workload, and enhanced employee trust through increased transparency. Furthermore, the integration of performance-based compensation aligns employee incentives with organisational objectives, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. This initiative exemplifies how strategic application of information technology can optimise human resource management practices, particularly in organisations experiencing rapid growth and structural complexity. The findings underscore the efficacy of agile development methodologies in delivering scalable and responsive business solutions, and they offer valuable insights for enterprises seeking to modernise their payroll systems in alignment with contemporary performance management paradigms.

Abstract

This study proposes the development of a sophisticated predictive system for pharmaceutical inventory management at Rakha Medika, Palembang, aimed at addressing the prevalent challenges associated with inaccurate drug stock forecasting. Employing the Trend Least Squares method, the system leverages historical consumption data to generate precise predictions of future pharmaceutical needs, thereby facilitating optimal procurement strategies and mitigating the risks of both stockouts and surplus inventory. Developed with PHP and MySQL, the system offers a user-friendly web-based interface, providing role-specific access for administrators, warehouse personnel, and senior management, ensuring seamless integration within the existing operational framework. This research highlights the importance of data-driven decision-making in healthcare supply chain management, where the accuracy of stock forecasts directly correlates with the quality-of-service delivery. Through rigorous testing using real-world data, the system demonstrated a significant improvement in forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency, with tangible benefits including reduced administrative burdens and enhanced drug availability. The implementation of this predictive system not only optimizes inventory control but also contributes to the overall enhancement of healthcare services at the public health center.

Abstract

Employee data management and daily operational reporting play an important role in supporting efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making processes in warehouse operations. However, many organizations still rely on spreadsheet-based reporting systems and manual data recording processes that are vulnerable to data redundancy, inconsistent updates, limited monitoring capabilities, and delays in report recapitulation, which negatively affect operational efficiency and information accuracy. Previous studies have generally focused only on employee administration systems or inventory management separately, while limited research has discussed the integration of employee databases, daily activity reporting, and operational monitoring within a unified information system. This study aims to design and develop an integrated employee database and daily reporting information system to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy in warehouse activities. The system integrates employee data management, daily activity recording, automated reporting, and role-based access control within a centralized platform. The Rapid Application Development (RAD) method was applied to support iterative development and faster adaptation to user requirements. System evaluation was conducted using Black Box Testing to verify functional reliability and system performance. The results show that the proposed system successfully reduces data duplication, accelerates report generation processes, improves information accessibility, and enhances operational transparency and managerial decision-making. The implementation results also demonstrate that the developed system provides a more structured, efficient, and integrated approach to warehouse personnel administration and daily operational reporting.
