Abstract

perkembangan green technology yang ramah lingkungan membuat para teknisi mesin berlomba-lomba mengembangkan mesin yang ramah lingkungan dan dapat mengurangi emisi akibat aktivitas industry seperti proses pembakaran logam tradisional dengan bahan bakar kayu yang menghasilkan asap polusi. Peneliti bertujuan untuk mengembangkan rancang induktor menggunakan bahan limbah yang dapat di daur ulang dalam membuat rancang Intensor (Induktor Heater) Menggunakan Thermal Sensor Berbasis Mikrokontroler Arduino Dalam Mengolah Logam. Metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan adalah dengan pendekatan pengembangan atau Research and Development. Validasi produk dilakukan dengan melakukan pengujian hingga berulang-ulang untuk mendapatkan tingkat efisiensi yang akurat pada variansi logam yang berbeda (besi, baja, stainless stail). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, 1) Kepresisian produki ntensor dalam memonitoring suhu mampu memanaskanl ogam besi dengan masa 50 gram dengan waktu 95 detik dengan suhu 524.08oC, baja membutuhkan waktu 106 detik mencapai suhu 532.82 oC, dan logam stainless menbutuhkan 202 detik untuk suhu 515.50 oC. 2) Daya Tahan Produk dengan penggunaan terus menerus hanya membutuhkan daya 124.78 watt untuk menghasilkan kalor sebesar 12,023.51 joule; dan 3)Tingkat efisiensi intensor thermal sensor max 6675 berbasis mikrokontroler Arduino mencapai 26.0%.

Abstract

Induction heater salah satu teknik pemanas logam dengan memanfaatkan induksi elektromagnetik dari gelombang AC frekuensi tinggi, yang lebih efisien. Logam yang dihasilkan dengan proses pemanas logam dengan cara manual ini memiliki beberapa kekurangan, yaitu: (1) proses pengolahan membuang banyak tenaga karena proses pembakaran masih menggunakan arang, (2) waktu pemanasan yang lama, (3) kurang efektif. Maka dalam hal ini untuk mengatasi permasalah tersebut peneliti mengembangkan alat induktor heater menggunakan thermal sensor berbasis Arduino nano untuk mengolah logam (INTENSOR) yang dapat menghasilkan logam dengan kualitas baik dengan sistem pembakaran yang modern, praktis, efektif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1). Untuk membandingkan antara pemanas logam dengan cara manual dengan alat INTENSOR; (2). Untuk mengetahui sistem kerja alat INTENSOR. Model pengembangan penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan model prosedural. Penelitian menyimpulkan, (1) Pengembangan alat INTENSOR yaitu segi kecepatan dalam pemanasan logam dapat lebih cepat dibanding dengan pemanas logam secara manual; (2) Sistem kerja alat INTENSOR menggunakan sistem pemanasan yang lebih modern, pengontrolan panas menggunakan system otomatis dan tidak menimbulkan polusi udara sisa proses pembakaran.

Abstract

Gelas adalah tempat atau alat atau benda yang biasanya di gunakan untuk menampung air atau cairan untuk diminum,pada umumnya gelas terbuat dari kaca, tapi ada juga gelas yang terbuat dari plastik,kayu dan,tanah liat. Proses pencucian gelas di resto Tong Tji masih menggunakan cara manual, dalam proses pencucian tersebut memakan tenaga dan waktu yang banyak. Tujuan penelitian ini membuat sebuah alat untuk memudahkan proses pencucian gelas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan yang terdiri dari 7 tahapan, yaitu : Studi literatur, Studi lapangan, Ide dan gagasan, Manufaktur dan perakitan, Uji coba produk, Hasil uji coba produk, Pembuatan laporan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah berupa alat pencuci gelas otomatis berbasis arduino nano, untuk memudahkan proses pencucian, dan memodifikasi alat pencuci gelas dengan kontrol sensor jarak.

Abstract

Washing glass in large quantities will definitely be tiring and take a long time, the author tries to develop an Arduino Nano-based automatic glass washer (PILOT). In addition to being useful in the culinary industry, it is also useful in the household, especially helping to ease the task of housewives. The purpose of this study is (1) to compare how fast the PILOT glass washing tool is with manual washing (2) to find out how effective the PILOT automatic glass washing tool is with manual glass washing. This research uses quantitative research type. Quantitative Research Methods, namely research methods used to examine certain populations or samples, data collection using quantitative/statistical data analysis. Based on the results of testing on glass washers using the PILOT tool, it can be concluded that: (1) the speed of the PILOT tool in washing glass is superior to manual washing. (2) the washing speed based on the type of stain on the PILOT tool is more effective than manual washing (3) the results of data collection using the PILOT automatic glass washer questionnaire reached an average of 80% while the average results from manual glass washing reached 80%. With the same value results, but the PILOT tool is more superior because its use can automatically make it easier for users to wash glasses and save more energy, especially washing glasses in large quantities.

Abstract

Abstract— The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on all fields, one of which is education. The main impact in the field of education is that students have to study at home with a distance learning system. This does not reduce the emergence of companies as SMK partners in improving the skills of PSG students during the pandemic. One of the things that happened to the electrical installation contractor company, where the requirements for PSG students at the company was to have the competence to design building installations using Autocad at Canda Bhirawa Pare Vocational School, productive subjects of engineering drawing still use manual drawing systems. This is a problem for SMK because the training will not run with the existing learning system at SMK Canda Bhirawa, so with this assistance it is hoped that students' skills will increase and in accordance with the competencies desired by the company as a SMK partner. This service activity includes observation, analysis, training, monitoring and evaluation. The results of this service activity are based on observations of skill performance, namely using students' skills in drawing autocad electrical drawings.

Abstract

Abstract— Shallots are one of the spices that have unstable prices where the price of shallots can be high but in a short time the price of shallots can drop down, many factors cause instability in the price of shallots in the market, one of which is the main factor in crop failure caused by pest attack. The main pest of shallot farmers is in the form of leafhoppers, the effort to control leafhoppers is the use of pesticides. However, this method is less than optimal because it requires a lot of money, excessive use of pesticides causes environmental damage. Based on these problems, the researchers designed a pest control device in the form of a modern, environmentally friendly pest control device based on solar cells. This service activity includes observation, analysis, training, monitoring and evaluation. The final results of this PKM activity are: 1) improving the skills of farmers so that they can design modern and environmentally friendly pest control tools for shallot plants; 2) a solar cell-based pest control device can work effectively in eradicating where in 1 night on average the tool can kill planthoppers, bugs, grasshoppers and kaper as much as 1/2 kg.

Abstract

Trainer microcontroller Atmega2560 is a learning media used to run DC motor control programs, stepper motor control, traffic light modules, piezo speaker modules, 4 x 4 keypad modules, 20 x 4 LCD modules with I2C, 32 x 8 pixel matrix modules with MAX7219, 8 digit 7 segment Display with MAX7219. The problem that occurs in the field is that many users are able to run the Trainer Microcontroller Atmega2560 but do not know how to make the Trainer Microcontroller Atmega2560, so this training is expected to increase the knowledge and creativity of users in designing the Trainer Microcontroller Atmega2560. The object of this community service activity is for teachers and students in the field of electrical engineering. The method used in the implementation of community service activities is training and mentoring by adopting classroom action research. The results of this activity are (1) the knowledge and skills of participants involving teachers and students increase in designing the Trainer Microcontroller Atmega2560; and (2) participants' knowledge involving teachers and students increased in running the running LED program, traffic light, DC motor, dot matrix, seven segment, and piezo speaker, and LCD program on the Trainer Microcontroller Atmega2560.

Abstract

Abstract—Paralel series circuit thematic material is one of the materials that is difficult for elementary school (SD) students to understand because it requires direct understanding and application of paralel series material. At SD Negeri Pojok Kota Kediri the paralel series material is taught in class VI, the lack of learning media for this material causes students to have difficulty understanding the material. The aim of this Community Service (PkM) activity is to design and implement a paralel series trainer for elementary school students so that it is hoped that students will find it easy to understand and apply the series. This service activity produced 4 trainers, namely a series circuit trainer, a paralel circuit trainer, a combination switch circuit trainer, and a paralel series resistance interactive trainer. The results of applying the trainer show that 90% of students are able to apply circuits to series and paralel material using the series paralel circuit trainer.
