Abstract

Peran konselor sekolah sangat penting dalam menyiapkan program layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang dapat bersinergi dengan bidang pendidikan lainnya. Program layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang disiapkan konselor sekolah adalah untuk membimbing setiap individu yang sedang berada pada proses perkembangan. Pembimbingan ini bertujuan pemahaman dan pengenalan potensi setiap individu agar mampu berkembang sesuai kapasitas yang dimilikinya. Layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling merupakan salah satu program layanan yang turut andil dalam mensukseskan pelaksanaan program dan prestasi belajar siswa di sekolah. Terdapat 4 (empat) tahapan dalam pelaksanaan Iptek bagi masyarakat yakni 1) perencanaan; 2) pengorganisasian, 3) pelaksanaan, dan 4) evaluasi dan tindak lanjut atas program layanan bimbingan yang konseling yang sudah diterapkan. Optimalisasi peran konselor BK bertujuan menjembatani kesulitan belajar siswa di masa pandemic COVID-19 dengan memberikan layanan bimbingan konseling pada pengenalan potensi belajar untuk siswa dapat merancang strategi belajar efektif.

Abstract

The development of the Arabic language curriculum is the planning of Arabic language learning which includes the planning of the components of the objectives, content, strategies and evaluations to bring learners to the desired objectives of the Arabic language learning. Pedagogic competence of lecturers is the ability of lecturers in managing student learning which among the aspects is curriculum development. This research is qualitative research that aims to find out how the development of the Arabic curriculum in ma'had Umar bin Al-Khattab (MUBK) and how to achieve the development of the Arabic language curriculum in improving the pedagogic competence of lecturers. In the process, this research uses data collection techniques in the form of documentation, interviews and observations. The data obtained is analyzed by data reduction, data presentation and conclusion examination. It is known from the results of data and analysis that the development of the Arabic curriculum in (MUBK) following the opinion of Audrey Nicholls and Howard Nicholls affirmed by Michaelis, Grossman, and Scott. The achievement of the development of Arabic curriculum in ma'had Umar bin Al-Khattab can improve the pedagogical competence of lecturers in the aspect of curriculum refining. The increase was 87.5% in the making of RPS, 50% in making teaching plans at each meeting, 0% in teaching materials in order and teaching materials following the provisions set by 2.5%. If calculated, the improvement of pedagogic competence of lecturers in developing the curriculum by 35%.

Abstract

Seeing the phenomenon of competition between Islamic boarding schools with one another, it is hoped that Islamic boarding schools will be smart in competing, namely by applying marketing management in it, so that the community as consumers feel satisfied with Islamic boarding school education services. The role of management here is very much needed to develop pesantren, especially marketing management. This research is qualitative with phenomenology, to describe the paradigm of reality. The marketing management of the Qowiyyul Ulum and Ulul Albab Islamic boarding schools which is the focus of the researcher refers to Kotler's theory and is strengthened by Muhaimin which includes planning, implementation, and supervision. Both are have similarities and differences in implementing marketing management for pesantren education. The effectiveness of marketing management does not depend on the length of the pesantren's establishment. However, this depends on the management carried out on the marketing of Islamic boarding school education. In this case, the marketing management of Ulul Albab Islamic boarding school education is more effective than Qowiyyul Ulum, as evidenced by the increase in the number of new students per year, Ulul Albab students increase by approximately 50% to 65% per year. years, while the Qowiyul Ulum students increase by about 20% to 25% per year.

Abstract

The collective leadership model is very influential in the implementation of the development of educational institutions, basically the implementation of this collective leadership model is the division of tasks and positions as a whole with the shared authority and responsibility.This study describes the collective leadership model in increasing the target for the development of the An Nur Penatarsewu Islamic boarding school Tanggulangin Sidoarjo educational institution, the focus of the research is the collective leadership model, its implementation, "supporting and inhibiting factors" in the implementation of the development of Islamic boarding school educational institutions.The choice of research method in describing it using qualitative methods. Researchers collect data by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data was tested by triangulating the data, examining the suitability of the written data, the results of interviews and observations that had been made.This research produces findings. First, the An Nur Penatarsewu Islamic boarding school uses a collective leadership model in developing educational institutions by means of: planning, monitoring and evaluation. The decision-making system of the An Nur Islamic Boarding School is by way of deliberation and consensus by taking steps; identification of problems, gathering information, predicting the consequences that will occur, alternative decisions Second, the collective leadership of the An Nur Islamic boarding school carries out the duties and responsibilities shared by each other. Third, the application of collective leadership is driven by a sense of togetherness in developing the An Nur Islamic boarding school educational institution.
