Abstract

Peran konselor sekolah sangat penting dalam menyiapkan program layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang dapat bersinergi dengan bidang pendidikan lainnya. Program layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang disiapkan konselor sekolah adalah untuk membimbing setiap individu yang sedang berada pada proses perkembangan. Pembimbingan ini bertujuan pemahaman dan pengenalan potensi setiap individu agar mampu berkembang sesuai kapasitas yang dimilikinya. Layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling merupakan salah satu program layanan yang turut andil dalam mensukseskan pelaksanaan program dan prestasi belajar siswa di sekolah. Terdapat 4 (empat) tahapan dalam pelaksanaan Iptek bagi masyarakat yakni 1) perencanaan; 2) pengorganisasian, 3) pelaksanaan, dan 4) evaluasi dan tindak lanjut atas program layanan bimbingan yang konseling yang sudah diterapkan. Optimalisasi peran konselor BK bertujuan menjembatani kesulitan belajar siswa di masa pandemic COVID-19 dengan memberikan layanan bimbingan konseling pada pengenalan potensi belajar untuk siswa dapat merancang strategi belajar efektif.

Abstract

BCCT (Beyond Centre and Circle Time) merupakan pendekatan pembelajaran melalui sentra dan lingkaran. Semua pembelajaran dilakukan sambil bermain. Manajemen strategik dapat dipandang sebagai hal yang mencakup tiga macam elemen utama (analisis strategik, pilihan strategik yang berhubungan dengan perumusan aneka macam arah tindakan, evaluasinya, implementasi strategi). Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif dan jenis penelitiannya adalah action research. Adapun hasil penelitian pengembangan model manajemen strategik efektif dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang kompleks disekolahan dan maksimalnya peran kepala sekolah dalam menjalankan strategi sekolah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the importance of independent learning in virtual learning. The protracted pandemic period makes students miss learning. Students must quickly adapt to technology and learn without a classroom. To overcome this, students are needed with independent learning in virtual classes using media that are adapted to the material presented by the teacher. This study uses quantitative research with a sample of 17 students in grade IV SD Muhammadiyah 1 Ngimbang . The results are obtained from the calculation of the questionnaire with a percentage of 94% of students answering 'YES', and the results of t-count with a price of tcount 0.150 > ttable 2.119, which means H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. And the results of the influence of variables on the value of R Square are 0.255, which means that the virtual classroom learning media variable has an effect on student learning independence by 25.5%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the presence or absence of and how much influence the flipped classroom learning model had on the mathematics learning outcomes of fractions. This research was conducted at MI Nurul Huda Candi Sidoarjo for the 2020/2021 Academic Year. This study uses quantitative research with a sample of 40 students. The data collection after the treatment was carried out using the Mathematics Learning Outcomes Test for fractions. The results showed that there were differences in learning outcomes between students who were taught using the flipped classroom learning model and students who were taught using the conventional learning model with a value (tcount = 2,041 > ttable = 2, 024) at a significance level of 5%. it can be concluded that there is an effect of the flipped classroom learning model on the mathematics learning outcomes of fifth grade students at MI Nurul Huda Candi Sidoarjo. The large influence of the flipped classroom learning model on the mathematics learning outcomes of fifth grade students at MI Nurul Huda Candi Sidoarjo is 6.87%.

Abstract

The principal plays an important role in an institution, including in building school culture. The existence of an effective school culture will have a positive impact on the formation of student character so that good habits emerge in the school that can be used as excellence in the school. This study aims to analyze the role and implications of the principal in building a school culture as a school excellence. The approach used is qualitative with the number of respondents 26 teachers, 123 students. data collection techniques using interviews, questionnaires, observation and documentation. The results of this study seen from the results of the percentage table of 93% indicate that the role of the principal of MI Muhammadiyah 1 Jombang in building a school culture as a superior school is by applying the primacy of the duties and functions of the principal as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator and motivator. well. And 80% of the implications of the principal in building a school culture as a superior school have a positive impact on student behavior. The findings are a framework chart of the principal's role based on existing theories and research results so that a school culture emerges. This success is juxtaposed with consistency and continuous effort so as to provide an effective school culture.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Faculty of Islamic studies in the planning of the courses of instruction. Research using a sample of 94 respondents consisting of Prodi PAI, PGMI, and PBA. Types of quantitative research using path analysis. The findings in this study are learning with the Flipped Classroom make meetings in a more effective and meaningful class. Students may compose an RPP in accordance with their respective speeds, flexible but responsibly, and have the freedom to obtain in-depth study based on the processed data acquisition and projects that are being done outside of the classroom. The results of the analysis showed a strong relationship between the model flipped classroom, teaching style, motivation and interest in learning to learning outcomes i.e. form RPP. Overall results show that the minimum hours of lectures and practical limitations on MK Planning Learning can be used as classroom flipped the model strategies are effective in maximizing the responsibility students dig learning materials online so support the motivation and interest in producing the project.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi abad 21 menuntut pendidik untuk segera beradaptasi dengan kemajuan teknologi digital. Dibutuhkan model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan percepatan kemajuan teknologi dan menghubungkan pembelajaran didalam dan diluar kelas. Flipped Classroom melibatkan pergeseran energi dari instruktur menuju keaktifan siswa dengan memanfaatkan teknologi untuk meningkatkan lingkungan belajar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang desain lingkungan belajar berbasis Flipped classroom. Desain ini memberikan gambaran alur pembelajaran yang sistematis berdasarkan pada kajian flipped classroom dan lingkungan belajar yang telah dibangun oleh peneliti sebelumnya. Penelitian ini merupakan literature review dan telah melalui proses perancangan dan validasi para ahli. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desain lingkungan belajar berbasis flipped classroom terbukti layak, valid, dan praktis untuk diterapkan di sekolah.

Abstract

Curriculum management is an inseparable part of the education unit level curriculum (KTSP) and school-based management (SBM), curriculum implementation will run well if there is good management as well. This study aims to describe the implementation of the tahfidz quran curriculum management and what competencies are possessed by the outputs or graduates of SDTQ Al Aqsha Krian Sidoarjo. This research method uses descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach and analysis and interpretation techniques of Miles and Huberman model data, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that there is a link between the implementation of the tahfidz quran curriculum management with the results of SDTQ Al Aqsa graduates who have special competencies, namely having at least 2 (two) juz memorization of the Koran in graduating students.

Abstract

This thesis writing discusses the tahfidz qur'an program applied in SD Muhammadiyah 2 socah which bears the values of patience. The problem in this case focuses on the values of patience as a result of the Qur'anic tahfidz program. This type of research is qualitative phenomenology, in this case the author found a unique thing to discuss because the values of patience can arise from the qur'anic tahfidz program. Data collection techniques use observation, interview and sokumentation. The data analysis techniques used are data validation, data reduction, presenting findings and validation of findings. The results of this study found that in the implementation of the qur'an tahfidz program formed a patient character in muhammadiyah 2 socah elementary school students, namely: the stage of planning, implementation, and assessment related to the qur'an tahfidz program with the values of patience. The advantages and disadvantages of the methods used in teaching, the advantages that many bring patience to learners than before, the lack of teachers still has difficulty understanding students who are really lancer and fluent in memorizing the Qur'an.

Abstract

Discipline is the attitude of obeying the rules in forming moral character. Therefore, discipline becomes an important issue. In this regard, the role of teachers in schools is very necessary to form a strong student character. The aims of this study are to: (1) play the role of the teacher in shaping the discipline of fifth grade students of SD Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo, (2) support the supporting factors and the formation of disciplinary character of students in class V of SD Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo. A qualitative approach is a type of qualitative descriptive research used to achieve the above objectives. The central tool is the researcher himself and the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis by organizing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that (1) the teacher's role in shaping the discipline character of fifth grade students at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo included compliance with rules, punctuality, and responsibility in carrying out tasks; ricefield. (2) The factors that shape the character of this field include supporting school programs, building good partnerships in the school environment, and playing an active role in student development to support teachers and parents. In addition, barriers include lack of proper parental cooperation, limited teacher supervision of students, influential peers, and lack of technology use.
