Abstract

Distance learning is a solution to the conditions during the Covid-19 pandemic so that the educational process remains organized and productive. The purpose of the study was to obtain the results of the evaluation of distance learning at SMP Negeri Jakarta. This study used the descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques consist of observation, documentation, and interviews. The data collection process includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of the study show that the implementation of distance learning still faces technical and non-technical obstacles, such as the readiness of facilities and infrastructure, teaching materials, readiness of students and parents in providing internet networks, pedagogical and professional competencies of teachers that are relevant to knowledge and technological advances. However, overall, distance learning activities have had a significant impact on the achievement of educational goals.

Abstract

The management of educational institutions requires accountability for managing education costs related to the management of school financing. Accountability is a concept of openness in education management. This study aimed to determine the effect of planning, reporting, and standard operating procedures on the accountability of the management of education costs. This research used quantitative research. Participants were employees of the University of Indonesia. Data in the form of a questionnaire was taken using a survey method. Data analysis used regression analysis. The results of the study concluded that 1) there is a direct positive effect of planning on the accountability of the management of education costs (t-count 2.406 t-table 2.08), 2) there is a direct positive effect of reporting on the accountability of the management of education costs (t-count 2.981 t-table 2.08), and 3). there is a direct positive effect of standard operating procedures on the accountability of the management of education costs (t-count 2.547 t-table 2.08). This also impacts the efficiency level of accountability in education cost management at the University of Indonesia.

Abstract

Online learning has been carried out by all levels of education, starting from elementary school to higher education, applied to traditional and inclusive schools. The purpose of the study was to obtain the results of online learning evaluations for inclusive students at State Junior High Schools 36 Jakarta. This study used a descriptive analytical-qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and group discussion forums. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing/verification. The study results concluded that the implementation of online learning was carried out regularly by government standards in terms of planning, implementation, and evaluation. The students also did not experience any problems and were diligent in participating in online learning activities because of parental assistance. The study results also have implications for understanding the concept of cooperation between the school and parents in carrying out online learning activities so that students can take online classes regularly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran dan informasi tentang manajemen hubungan sekolah dengan pihak bisnis / industri di SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari 2018 sampai Juli 2018 dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Tahap analisis data dilakukan melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Pemeriksaan dan pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan melalui tahapan kredibilitas data, transferabilitas, dependabilitas dan konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan hubungan sekolah dengan pihak bisnis / industri dilakukan secara rutin setiap awal tahun ajaran baru melalui berbagai tahapan perencanaan dan persiapan dari pihak sekolah sebelum menjalin kerjasama. Pelaksanaan hubungan sekolah dengan pihak bisnis / industri dilakukan berdasarkan MoU dan menjalin komunikasi yang teratur antara kedua pihak serta memiliki berbagai kegiatan / bentuk kerjasama yang telah disepakati bersama. Evaluasi hubungan sekolah dengan pihak bisnis / industri dilakukan oleh sekolah dan pihak bisnis / industri untuk meningkatkan dan meningkatkan kegiatan hubungan sekolah dengan pihak bisnis / industri, menentukan arah dan program ke depan, serta menentukan keberlangsungan kerja sama. antara sekolah dan pihak bisnis / industri.

Abstract

The purpose of this research isto know aboutthe influence of supervision and Quality of Work Life (QWL) to the teacher’s motivation of work. To achieve these objectives, this study uses a quantitative approach and data collection technique using questioning form. The survey was conducted from December 2018until February 2019and involving 305 teachers from all national elementary school at District South Bekasi. The sample on this research is determined randomly by using the Slovinformula, andinvolved 173 teachers for test instruments. The results this study was findings: first, the existence of the positive influence of supervision directly and significantly to the teachers motivation of work with path coefficient 0.329. Second, the Quality of Work Life (QWL) positive directly influence to the teacher motivation of work with path coefficient 0.298. Third, the existence of supervision positive directly influence to the Quality of Work Life (QWL) with the coefficient 0.236.Based on the results of this research work, the teacher’smotivation can be improved by increasing the supervision of the principal that is capable of encouraging the development of motivation on teachers in carrying his duties as well as support teachers working environment is good.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to obtain information concerning to the effect of organizational communication and job satisfaction toward work motivation in Catholic Senior High Schools at West Jakarta.The research was conducted by using survey method with path analysis in testing hypothesis. In this research, 130 from 192 teachers had selected random sampling. The responders were involved by sending their feedback within the questionnaires.The results showed that: first, there are positive influences between organizational communication and work motivation; second, there are positive influences between job satisfaction and work motivation; third, there are positive influences between organizational communication and job satisfaction. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai pengaruh komunikasi organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja di Sekolah Menengah Atas Katolik di Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei analisis jalur dalam. Dalam penelitian ini, 130 dari 192 guru telah memilih sampel acak. Para responden dilibatkan dengan mengirimkan umpan balik mereka dalam kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: pertama, ada pengaruh positif antara komunikasi organisasi dan motivasi kerja; kedua, ada pengaruh positif antara kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja; ketiga, ada pengaruh positif antara komunikasi organisasi dan kepuasan kerja. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Komunikasi Organisasi

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of academic supervision and teamwork on the effectiveness of the work of State Junior High School teachers in Bekasi City. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach and data collection techniques using questionnaires involving 243 public junior high school teachers in Bekasi City as a research sample. The sample in this study was determined randomly using Slovin formula. Analysis and interpretation of data indicate; First, the influence of academic supervision is directly positive and significant for teacher work effectiveness with a path coefficient of 0.249. Second, the influence of teamwork is directly positive on teacher work effectiveness with path coefficients of 0.557. Third, the influence of academic supervision is directly positive on teamwork with a path coefficient of 0.383. Based on the results of this study, teacher work effectiveness can be improved with appropriate academic supervision. Teamwork through coordination, interpersonal activities, responsibility, support between individuals and collaboration can improve teacher work effectiveness. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi akademik dan kerjasama tim terhadap efektivitas kerja guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri di Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angketdengan melibatkan 243 guruSMP Negeri di Kota Bekasi sebagai sampel penelitian. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan secara acak dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Analisis dan interpretasi data menunjukkan indikasi; Pertama, adanya pengaruh supervisi akademik langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerjaguru dengan koefisien jalur0,249. Kedua, adanya pengaruh kerja sama tim secara langsung positif terhadap efektivitas kerja guru dengan koefisien jalur0,557. Ketiga, adanya pengaruh supervisi akademik secara langsung positif terhadap kerja sama tim dengan koefisien jalur 0,383. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, efektivitas kerja guru dapat ditingkatkan dengan supervisi akademik yang dilakukan secara tepat. Kerjasama tim melalui koordinasi, aktivitas interpersonal, tanggung jawab, dukungan antara individu dan kerjasama dapat meningkatkan efektivitas kerja guru. Abstract

The study aims to obtain information concerning the effect of locus of control and intrinsic motivation on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of Public High School teacher in district Bekasi City. The research with the quantitative approach used a survey method and data analysis with Path Analysis techniques. The data collection process is done by using the questionnaire as an instrument. There are 192 samples from 370 population was selected as the unit analysis which is determined by proportional simple random sampling techniques. Research result : First, there is a positive direct effect of locus of control on OCB with a correlation coefficient of 0.346 and a path coefficient of 0.268. This gives the meaning of an increase in the locus of control of state high school teachers in the city of Bekasi to be followed by an increase in its OCB. Second, there is a positive direct effect of intrinsic motivation on OCB with a correlation coefficient of 0.314 and a path coefficient of 0.218. This gives the meaning of increasing the intrinsic motivation of teachers of Public High Schools in Bekasi City to be followed by an increase in OCB. Third, there is a positive direct effect of locus of control on intrinsic motivation with a correlation coefficient of 0.359 and a path coefficient of 0.359. This gives the meaning of the increase in the locus of control of public high school teachers in Bekasi City, followed by an increase in intrinsic motivation. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Locus of Control dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) guru SMA Negeri di Kota Bekasi. Penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif ini menggunakan metode survey dan analisa data dilakukan dengan teknik analisa jalur (Path Analysis). Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai intrumen. Terdapat 192 sampel dari 370 populasi dipilih sebagai unit analisis yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik proporsional acak sederhana (propotional simpel random sampling). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : Pertama, terdapat pengaruh langsung positif locus of control terhadap OCB dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,346 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,268. Ini memberikan makna peningkatan locus of control guru SMA Negeri di Kota Bekasi akan dikuti oleh peningkatan OCB-nya. Kedua, Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif motivasi intrinsik terhadap OCB dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,314 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,218. Ini memberikan makna peningkatan motivasi intrinsik guru SMA Negeri di Kota Bekasi akan dikuti oleh peningkatan OCB-nya. Ketiga, terdapat pengaruh langsung positif locus of control terhadap motivasi intrinsik dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,359 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,359. Ini memberikan makna meningkatnya locus of control guru SMA Negeri di Kota Bekasi akan dikuti oleh peningkatan motivasi intrinsik-nya. Kata kunci: Locus of control, motivasi intrinsik, organizational citizenship behavior
