Abstract

This study discusses the teaching-learning process seen from the humanistic education theory from Carl Ransom Rogers at Asmaul Husna Learning Park, South Jakarta. This paper focuses on the educational perspective's operation through fun learning techniques, integrated learning, and thematic learning. In this paper, the data sources are obtained through field observations and structured interviews from January to July 2019 using the case study method. Through the humanistic educational theory approach, this educational study is the importance of understanding the character and potential of early childhood to optimally develop children intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence. Although sometimes some students are disobedient or lazy to take part in learning, teachers and institutional managers anticipate this by presenting information about child development. Even to a certain extent, the institution also includes parents to participate in learning activities together. Here is also the importance of a teacher's creativity in communicating, choosing parenting styles, and various other stimulations when carrying out the teaching and learning process in class and outside the classroom. Without teachers' creativity in teaching and learning, the improvement and enhancement of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects will not be optimal. An educational perspective places the humanization aspect as the basis for transferring knowledge, transferring human values, and transferring happiness.

Abstract

This paper discusses Sufism reasoning in Islamic education which is based on the meaning of ihsan as the basis for character building, referring to the Al-Quran as the main source of guidance for Muslims. Sophistication of ihsan as an approach, presupposes a close relationship between the heart and psychology. Through the intellectual approach, it can develop personality, and mental health that can increase piety, laughter, sincerity, gratitude, and other good deeds. This literature study confirms that ihsan as an educational approach is not only based on rewards and punishments, but rather based everything. His activities on love and affection. Although ihsan is understood as a means of getting closer to God in the world of Sufism, but to some degree ihsan can be a practical approach in the world. Character education. Here Ihsan can become a model of Islamic psychotherapy useful for preventation, curation, and mental rehabilitation, such as stress, traumatic, psychosis, psychoneurosis, frustration, and depression with love as the main foundation. Educators must instill an understanding of love and love to students through an ihsan approach, because without it, no matter how sophisticated the educational approach is. Used unsuccessfully. Therefore, ihsan can be one of the approaches in character education that teaches learners about love and love. A perspective that sits love as a symbol of communication and interaction between each other.

Abstract

The aim of the study is to explore gender communication through understanding non-misogynistic interpretations so that a liberative, just and harmonious Muslim society is created. Based on qualitative research and literature studies on classical and contemporary interpretations, gender communication is generally described as having equal potential to become destructive or constructive behavior, both in private and public spaces. An interesting finding in this study is that, from the perspective of the Qur'an, each male and female communication character is described as having a binary opposition dimension – positive-negative, strong-weak, rational-emotional, subjective-objective, and private-public. which then became the trigger for debate from among the clergy to academics which had implications for the function and position of the two sexes on earth. The Qur'anic perspective on the area of gender communication in relation to acts of violence or discrimination, found comparisons and solutions in two communication cues, namely: a) verbal (qawlan ma'rufa, qawlan baligha, qawlan maysura, qawlan layina, qaulan karima, qawlan sadida, qawlan tsakila, and qawlan adhima) and b) nonverbal (facial/expression (ghadul bashar), proxemic (ikhtilat, 'ijtima, nfishal), kinesthetic (khithab), artificial/performance (tabaruj), touch sensitivity, and others This study has the same views as: al-Maraghi, as-Suyuthi, al-Zuhaili, Wadud, Umar, Hamka, Shihab and others who revealed that potential differences in several types of verbal and nonverbal humans determine differences in communication gender, but in position, position, and role do not have differences intellectually, emotionally, and transcendentally.

Abstract

Pegayaman, the sole Muslim village in Bali surrounded by Hindu communities, offers a unique context for exploring the interaction between Islamic law and local Hindu cultural traditions. The study examined how Islamic law is negotiated and practiced in the context of Hindu cultural dominance. Using an empirical legal research framework with a socio-legal approach, data were collected through field observations and in-depth interviews with Muslim traditional leaders, religious figures, residents, and migrants. The findings indicated that syncretic practices in Pegayaman do not undermine the Islamic creed (‘aqidah) but rather reflect a process of internalizing and negotiating Islamic values within the local cultural context. Rooted in the base meme philosophy emphasizing cultural heritage, tolerance, and social harmony, these practices manifested in religious celebrations and social rituals. From an Islamic legal perspective, such adaptations may be regarded as ‘urf sahih provided they do not conflict with Sharia principles. Thus, the study highlighted the significance of contextualizing Islamic law in pluralistic societies, demonstrating that cultural accommodation need not imply theological compromise.
