The study aimed to analyze the effect of motivation, reward and academic supervision on the pedagogic competence of post-certified Islamic Religious Education teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah in East Lampung. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. The type of survey used was an explanatory analytic survey using cross-sectional. The population in the study were 176 certified Islamic Religious Education teachers from 90 schools, through simple random sampling to be 17 teachers from 9 schools. Tests and questionnaires did data collection. The data analysis technique was by analyzing data descriptions, testing assumptions/preconditions for linearity tests, and hypothesis tests, namely bivariate analysis and multivariate analysis. The study results indicated that the effect of motivation, reward, and academic supervision was 92.1% on pedagogic competence.

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the communication between the Head of Madrasah and staff, teachers both orally and in writing in increasing teacher professionalism at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin, Jatiagung District, South Lampung Regency. This research was conducted using a qualitative research approach. In carrying out this qualitative research how to build knowledge through understanding and discovery. The use of this qualitative research approach is carried out because it relates to the research process and understanding based on a methodology that investigates social phenomena and human problems. In this study, data sources were taken from observations, interviews, and documentation from parties related to this research. The results of the study show that the Madrasah Principal does communicate with the teachers orally and in writing at the Madrasah in increasing professionalism at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin, Jatiagung District, South Lampung Regency. While the form of communication carried out by the head of the madrasa with the teachers orally and in writing by the madrasa through internal communication using two forms, first the head of the madrasa carries out downward communication, namely communication that comes from the head of the madrasa to the teachers. The two madrasa heads also carry out upward communication, namely communication that comes from teachers to madrasa heads both orally and in writing.

This study aims to find out about the implementation of human resource management in improving the discipline of students at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School, South Lampung. This research includes field research. The method used in this study is to use the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model and data triangulation to check the validity of the data. The results showed that planning for implementing human resource management in improving student discipline at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School in Sidoharjo village was carried out and determined in the form of a joint management meeting for both men and women. Human Resource Development Program in Improving Disciplinary Competence of students which are routine and incidental, namely: 1) Congregational Prayer, 2) Morning Call, 3) Islamic Studies, 4) Training Motivation, 6) Routine evaluation, 7) Giving sanctions, 8), queue to eat according to the specified time. Evaluation of the Human Resource Development Management program in Improving the discipline of students at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School is carried out in the form of monitoring and supervision from the Management (ustadz and ustadzah) of the Islamic Boarding School and assessing the attitude of the students carried out by the administrators (ustad and ustadzah) at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School by means of notes through the black book and how many of these students have a letter of violation signed on the mat.

This research aims to find out Management of Human Resource Development in Improving Teacher Personality Competence at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sidoharjo Village, Jati Agung District, South Lampung Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The method used in this study is to use the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model and data triangulation to check the validity of the data. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that 1. Planning for Human Resource Development in Improving Teacher Personality Competence, namely by holding a deliberation meeting which is carried out at the new school year or at the beginning of the semester with the involvement of related parties, namely the Head of Madrasah, Deputy Head of Curriculum, Deputy Head of Student Affairs, Council of Teachers , and all educational staff. 2. The Program for Implementing Human Resource Development in Improving Teacher Personality Competence in Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin Based on the decision of the Madrasah head, there are 6 Activities for Implementing the Human Resource Development Program in Improving Teacher Personality Competence which are routine and incidental, namely: Dzuhur Prayer in Congregation, Apples Morning, Islamic Studies, MGMP, Motivation Training, Religious Tour or Walisongo Pilgrimage. 3. Evaluation of the Human Resource Development Management program in Improving Teacher Personal Competence at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin is carried out in the form of monitoring and supervision from the Madrasah head to Teachers and teacher attitude assessment carried out by students by voting or voting to obtain and obtain The title as the best and most favorite teacher will be announced at the commemoration of National Teacher's Day, which is on November 25.

The main objectives of this study are: 1) To find out the Madrasah Principal's Leadership Strategy in Increasing Teacher Professionalism at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin 2) To find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in Improving Teacher Professionalism at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin. This research method uses a qualitative approach, the method used in this research is using, Observation, Interview, Documentation. The results showed that the leadership strategy of the madrasa head in increasing teacher professionalism at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin, namely: creating conducive situations and conditions in the work environment, increasing discipline for all educators, carrying out strict selection of teaching staff, providing welfare guarantees for, Evaluate each activity that has been implemented. Supporting factors namely; apply the principles of respect for educators who have work creativity and innovation, have sufficient budget for madrasah development, have adequate and supporting facilities and infrastructure, educators have high work enthusiasm and innovation in carrying out their duties. The structured writing assignment as a learning method in English learning process applied by teacher in the classroom. The research was conducted to know what the teacher’s strategies and the students’ Perception of the Structured Writing Assignment. this research, the researcher used qualitative research, the researcher used observation and interview in collecting data and the thematic analysis in analyzing the data. The respondents in this research were the students of grade ten of A and B and an English teacher. The results of data collection and the data analysis, it showned that the teacher has applied his own design in implementing the Structured Writing Assignment. Those general steps are: (1) Explained the procedure text in details (2) Giving the themes (3) Giving the time limit (4) Evaluating. The students’ perception toward the Structured Writing Assignment were : (1) Assignment which demand the students’ autonomy (2) The presence of the Structured Writing Assignment has made the students interested and felt it is like challenging assignment (3) The Structured Writing Assignment as assignment’s that can improve the students’ vocabularies and grammar capability (4) It can also motivate the students to learn more at home optimally. The students’ problems/difficulties in the structured Writing Assignment are: (1) They lack vocabulary (2) The students have less sources to support their assignment (3) The students claimed that the time limit given by the teacher is not enough. The English teacher was expected to developed creativity and created pleasant condition in teaching/learning process. Then, they were also expected to develop the teaching strategy appropriately for students and design it in implementation the Structured Writing Assignment to be more interesting than before.
