Abstract

Human realibility is a big tricky problem. Human failure rates depend on three main factors, namelyintrinsic, work environment, and stress. PT. X is a supplier for PT. LG Indonesia manufacturing productsmade from plastics. Human Realibility Assesment is conducted using HEART methods (Human ErrorAssessment and Reduction Technique). In the first phase, task analysis on operators’ activities is done usingHierarchical Task Analysis (HTA). The largest Human Error Probability was found when Operator No. 1did not insert the flash side carefully. The value of this probability is 0.53424. This factor is concluded as themain cause to shroud defectives, which results in customer penalyzing the company.

Abstract

PT X adalah satu perusahaan yang mempunyai spesialisasi produksi diffuser. Proses produksi pada setiap stasiun kerja sebagian besar dilakukan di lantai dengan posisi duduk atau berjongkok. Pekerjaan ini digolongkan pekerjaan ringan tetapi berulang dan dalam jangka waktu lama. Lebih dari itu tidak ada didukung dengan fasilitas pekerjaan yang baik sehingga menyebabkan meningkatnya resiko paparan ergonomi. Terdapat tiga stasiun kerja yaitu stasiun kerja 1 terdiri dari memotong, merakit, meneteskan badan diffuser dan pengelasan, stasiun kerja 2 terdiri dari memotong bagian diffuser, merakit dan meneteskan bagian sayap,dan stasiun kerja 3 terdiri dari mengumpulkan badan serta bagian sayap. Berdasarkan pada penilaian REBA, diindikasikan stasiun kerja 2, terutama sekali dalam proses perakitan mempunyai nilai REBA tertinggi yaitu 11 dan digolongkan level resiko sangat tinggi. Sementara itu berdasarkan pada kuesioner Nordic Body Map ditunjukan sebagian besar masalah terdapat di pinggang, leher bagian atas, bahu kanan,dan lengan bagian atas yang kiri dan kanan. Berdasar analisa metoda pekerjaan ditemukan cycle time 138,78 detik dengan ketidakseimbangan antara tangan kiri dan kanan . Tangan kiri menganggur atau berada pada posisi statis selama 89.72 detik.Terdapat resiko ergonomi yang memerlukan intervensi ergonomi untuk mengurangi kondisi tidak nyaman pada pekerja dan resiko ergonomi sehingga produktivitas dapat meningkatkan. Kata kunci : REBA, Nordic Body Map, resiko ergonomi     PT X is a manufacturer company which has specialization in diffuser production. Production process in each workstation were held mostly in the  floor with sitting or squatting position. The job was categorized light work but repetitive and in long duration. Moreover there were not supported with good work facilities causes increasing in risk of ergonomic exposure. There are three workstations which are workstation 1 consists of cutting, assembling, dripping body of diffuser and welding, workstation 2 consists of cutting the bosy of diffuser, assembling and dripping the flap,and workstation 3 consisst of assembling the body and the flap.  Based on REBA scoring, there was indicated workstation 2, particularly in assembling process, had the highest REBA score, 11 and categorized in very high risk level. Meanwhile based on Nordic body map questionnaire was indicated the most problem were are waist,upper neck, right shoulder,and  left and right upper arm. Based on work method analysis was found cycle time 138,78 second with unbalance between right and left hand.Left hand was idle  or in static position for 89.72 second.There was identified risk of ergonomic which needs ergonomic intervention to reduce uncomfortable condition for worker and risk of ergonomic therefore productivity can be increased. Abstract

PT. Ganding Toolsindo,sebuah perusahaan  manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang industri otomotif, mengalami permasalahan ergonomi berdasarkan tanda-tanda umum terjadinya permasalahan ergonomi yaitu apparent trend in accidents and injuries, incidence of CTD (cumulative trauma disorder), absenteeism & high turnover rates, employee complaints, poor quality,dan  manual material handling. Permasalahan  yang menjadi focus untuk diselesaikan oleh perusahaan adalah CTD. Penelitian  pada dua stasiun kerja utama  yang bermasalah  yaitu mesin chinfong dan ada yang menggunakan tiga tools yaitu Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA), Nordic Body Map dan pengukuran momen tubuh dengan software Mannequin Pro 7. Hasil dari ketiga tools ini menunjukkan perlu dilakukan intervensi ergonomi dengan pendekatan engineering control maupun administrative control. Intervensi dengan pendekatan engineering control dilakukan dengan meninggikan area kerja dan modifikasi bangku kerja, sedangkan pendekatan administrative control dilakukan dengan menerapkan rotasi kerja dan pemanasan tubuh sebelum bekerja. Hasil implementasi intervensi ergonomic menunjukkan adalanya penurunan pada skor RULA, persentasi keluhan tubuh dan penggunaan momen tubuh. Kata Kunci: CTD, intervensi ergonomi, engineering control, administrative control     PT. Ganding Toolsindo, a manufacturing company engaged in the automotive industry, ergonomics problems experienced by general signs of ergonomics problems are apparent trend in accidents and injuries, incidence of CTD (cumulative trauma disorder), high absenteeism & turnover rates, employee complaints, poor quality, and manual material handling. The problems to be resolved by the company's focus for the CTD. Research on the two main work stations that are problematic and aida chinfong machine uses three tools namely Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (Rula), Nordic Body Map and measurement of body moments with Mannequin Pro 7 software. The results of all three tools show ergonomics intervention needs to be done with engineering controls and administrative approach control. Intervention by engineering control approach conducted by elevating the work area and modification work benches, while the administrative approach to control is done by implementing job rotation and heating of the body before work. The results of the implementation of ergonomic interventions showed a decrease in scores adalanya Rula, percentage of body complaints and use of body moments. Abstract

Penelitian pendahuluan untuk mengidentifikasi risiko ergonomi yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa operator perakitan daun sirip diffuser di PT X menghadapi risiko ketidaknyamanan dan cedera pada tubuh bagian pinggang, bahu kiri dan pegelangan tangan kiri. Intervensi ergonomi dilakukan dengan memperbaiki metode kerja dan perancangan meja perakitan yang ergonomis. Dalam perancangan fasilitas kerja, Fuzzy AHP digunakan untuk memilih konsep terbaik dari rancangan meja perakitan. Hasil perhitungan dengan Fuzzy AHP didapatkan bahwa konsep 11 memiliki bobot terbesar (44.5%). Maka, konsep 11 akan dijadikan dasar untuk merancang meja perakitan. Konsep 11 memiliki spesifikasi : rangka terbuat dari alumunium, alas permukaan terbuat dari kayu, fixture terbuat dari alumunium, pijakan kaki terbuat dari kayu dan posisi peralatan terletak di posisi atas. Usulan perbaikan ini kemudian diimplementasikan pada stasiun perakitan daun sirip. Hasil dari implementasi dan evaluasi dengan skor REBA menunjukkan penurunan tingkat risiko menjadi  2 (Low). Selain itu keluhan pekerja terhadap tubuh bagian pinggang, bahu kiri dan pegelangan tangan kiri dapat tereliminasi dan terjadi penurunan presentase keluhan. Perbaikan metode kerja menghasilkan keseimbangan aktivitas tangan kiri dan tangan kanan dan penurunan waktu siklus setiap unitnya.  Kata Kunci : Fasilitas kerja, REBA, Intervensi ergonomi   Preliminary reaserch to identify ergonomic risk that have been done show that the leaves fin diffuser operator assembly in PT X facing risk injury on the body belt, left shoulder, and left wrist. Ergonomic Interventions undertaken to improve the working methode and design of the ergonomic table assembly. In the design of working facilities, fuzzy AHP is used to select the best concept of the draft table assembly. Result of calculations with fuzzy AHP was found that the oncept of 11 have the largest weight (44.5%). Then, the concept of 11 will be the basis for designing a table assembly. The concept of 11 has a specification: frames made of aluminum, the surface layer made of wood , fixture made of aluminum, stirrup made of wood and the position of the equipment located in the top position. Proposed improvement are then implemented on the leave fin assembly station. Results from the implementation and evaluation with REBA score Indicates a decrease in risk level become 2(low). Addition, complaints of workers against the body length, left shoulder, and left wrist can be eliminated and decreasing percentage of complaints. Improvement methods offer the best balance of activity of the left hand and right hand and a decrease in cycle time per unit.Keywords :work  facility, REBA, Ergonomic Intervension

Abstract

Distribusi gas LPG 3 Kg memerlukan perencanaan rute yang efisien untuk menekan biaya operasional, menghemat waktu, dan meningkatkan keamanan pengiriman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan pemilihan rute terpendek distribusi gas LPG 3 Kg dengan menerapkan Algoritma Sweep berbasis Python pada kasus Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem (CVRP). Data yang digunakan meliputi lokasi pelanggan, jarak antar titik, dan kapasitas angkut truk. Algoritma Sweep digunakan untuk mengelompokkan pelanggan berdasarkan sudut polar relatif terhadap depot, dilanjutkan dengan penentuan urutan kunjungan yang meminimalkan jarak tempuh sambil memenuhi batas kapasitas kendaraan. Hasil optimasi menunjukkan bahwa metode ini mampu menghasilkan tiga rute distribusi dengan total jarak tempuh 98,7 km, mengalami pengurangan sebesar 26,18 km atau sekitar 21% dibandingkan kondisi awal yang mencapai 124,88 km. Selain itu, jumlah armada dapat ditekan menjadi tiga truk tanpa melanggar batas kapasitas angkut. Implementasi berbasis Python memungkinkan proses penghitungan dan pemodelan rute dilakukan secara cepat, akurat, dan dapat diulang untuk berbagai skenario distribusi.
