Abstract

Occupational Health and Safety is an effort to create a safe and healthy workplace so that it can increase work productivity. Occupational health is a condition where every worker must have a healthy state both physically, mentally and socially at work and must also maintain and protect health to work optimally and produce satisfactory work results. Based on the background of the problem, the author conducted a study to know how the relationship between the behavior of workers to the application of K3 in the Construction of the Polyclinic of the Faculty of Medicine, Pattimura University, Maluku, and whether the related Variables have a partial and simultaneous effect on the application of K3 or not. The methods carried out in this study there are 4 methods, namely: Validation Test, Reality Test, T-Test, and F Test. For the results of the Validation test, it is explained that all questions in the variables worker behavior and application of K3 are valid because the R count is greater than the R table and the Significance value does not exceed 0.05. For the results of the Reliability Test above, it is stated that the Question for Worker Behavior Variables, and Y is Reliable because the Cronbach Alpha value obtained exceeds 0.6. For the results of the T-test, it is known that the related variable has a partial effect on Variable Y. And from the results of the F test, it is known that the related variable has a simultaneous effect on Variable Y. The result of the study shows that there is a relationship between worker behavior and the application of K3, which is 95.1% and it is also known that the Worker Behavior Variable had a partial and simultaneous effect on the K3 Application Variable. Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the factors that affect labor productivity in the construction project of the Police flats building in the resort, East Seram Regency. In this study, there are four factors studied, namely management factors, technical factors, human factors and technical factors, which are related to labor productivity. Therefore, the workforce as one of the parties involved in construction projects in the field must be considered, especially the factors that affect labor productivity in the field, it is very important to know in order to increase productivity in construction projects. For this reason, it is very important to maintain labor productivity not to decline. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents. The method of data analysis starts from the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis to determine the hypothesis test, namely the t test and f test. The data analysis technique used is SPSS software version 26. The results of the T test show that there are three independent variables that significantly influence the dependent variable (labor productivity), namely management variables with t count (2.801) > t table (2.05), technical factors with t count (2.385) > t table (2, 05), human factor with t count (3.705) > t table (2.05). Simultaneously the four independent variables affect the dependent variable where the value of F count (44.956) > F table (2.74). And the most dominant factor seen from the results of the highest beta coefficient value, namely the human factor with a beta value of (40.8%), has a dominant effect on labor productivity.

Abstract

Handling road damage by overlaying the old road surface layer and planning a drainage system to improve the area value of the Waemital-Kawatu road section, West Seram Regency. The aim of the research was to determine the thickness of the overlay layer and the channel dimensions needed by the Waemital-Kawatu road section, West Seram Regency. The data used are primary data and secondary data then analyzed using the 2017 Road Pavement Design Manual Method for Additional Pavement Layers and the Rational Method for Drainage, then data processing is carried out referring to these regulations. Based on the results of this research, it was obtained that the CBR of class A aggregate foundation layer was 54%. So that with a design life of 20 years and a traffic value on the design lane of 801,068.59, the pavement layer thickness (overlay) with AC-WC = 40 mm, AC-BC layer thickness = 60 mm, class A aggregate layer thickness = 400 mm is obtained. . The results of the calculation of the drainage channel for a 5-year return period obtained a planned rainfall of 134,259 mm, with a population growth percentage of 1.1% per year so that the population of Waemital Village in 2026 is 7,443 people. From the results of the analysis of the drainage system, it was found that the planned discharge of the drainage channel on the Waemital-Kawatu Road Section was 0.0635 m3/sec, and the discharge of the drainage channel on the Waemital-Kawatu Road Section was 0.078197 m3/sec, then it was found that the discharge capacity of the channel was greater from the design discharge, so that the plan dimensions are declared safe.

Abstract

Liang Village is an area located in Salahutu District, Central Maluku Regency, Maluku Province. The increase in the population of the village of Liang led to rapid development, as well as causing an increase in the number of settlements. The conversion of land functions into settlements results in reduced water infiltration into the ground so that surface water runoff increases. In addition, an increase in population, housing also causes an increase in waste discharge, and has the potential to reduce water absorption and channel capacity. So it is feared that in the next few years the existing canal capacity will not be able to drain water. This study aims to analyze the existing canal capacity for the next 10 years. From the research results K1 & K2 channels meet the requirements because the channel's Planned Debit (Qr) < Existing Debit (QS). Channel K1 : Qr (0.61404 m3/sec) < Qs(2,14 m3/sec). Channel K2 Qr (1.176 m3/s) < Qs(1.48 m3/s). Channels K3 – K8 do not meet the requirements because the channel's Planned Debit (Qr) > Existing Debit (QS). Channel K3 : Qr (2.085 m3/s) .> Qs(1.63 m3/s). Channel K4 : Qr (1.6782 m3/s) .> Qs(1.63 m3/s). Channel K5 : Qr (1.7661 m3/s) .> Qs(0.60 m3/s). Channel K6 : Qr (1.2197 m3/s) .> Qs(0.61 m3/s). Channel K7 : Qr (1.5991 m3/s) .> Qs(0.82 m3/s). Channel K8 : Qr (1.8081 m3/s) .> Qs(1.20 m3/s).
