Abstract

Anemia in pregnancy can have devastating effects on both the mother and the fetus. The prevalence of anemia cases in pregnant women nationwide in 2018 was 48.9%. Anemia cases of pregnant women at Banjar Puskesmas in 2019 amounted to 62.22% and cases of anemia for pregnant women at BPM Hj. Eniyati in 2020 amounted to 67.81%. The average value of hemoglobin levels of pregnant women in the control group before treatment (pretest) was 9.85 gr / dl and after treatment (posttest) was 10.52 gr / dl. Whereas in the intervention group the average value of hemoglobin levels for pregnant women before treatment (pretest) was 9.74 gr / dl and after treatment (posttest) was 11.15 gr / dl. The statistical test results obtained p value = 0.000. There is an effect of consumption of sweet starfruit juice on hemoglobin levels in pregnant women at BPM Hj. Eniyati, Banjar District, Pandeglang Regency in 2020. It is recommended for pregnant women to check their Hb levels regularly and regularly consume Fe tablets of at least 90 tablets during pregnancy accompanied by consuming fruits containing vitamin C, one of which is sweet star fruit, which can increase hemoglobin levels.

Abstract

The Coverage Of Exclusive Breastfeeding Nationally In 2018 Was 67%, In Banten Province In 2019 It Was 71.32%, In Pandeglang Regency It Was 70.93% And In Saketi Health Center It Was 66.90%. This Coverage Is Still Far From The National Target Of 80%. The Results Of Interviews With 10 Breastfeeding Mothers In The Saketi Health Center Work Area, It Was Found That 60% Of Them Had Problems With Milk Production. To Determine The Effect Of Consumption Of Kepok Banana Heart Stew On Breast Milk Production In Breastfeeding Mothers In The Saketi Community Health Center, Pandeglang Regency In 2020.The Research Design Used A Quasi Experimental One Group Pretest And Posttest Design. The Sample In The Study Was 50 Respondents. The Sampling Technique Used Total Sampling. Data Were Collected Using Observation Sheets. Parametric Test Using Paired T-Test.The Average Milk Production Of Breastfeeding Mothers Before Consuming Kepok Banana Heart Stew (Pretest) Was 3.40 And After Consuming Kepok Banana Heart Stew (Posttest) The Average Value Of Breastfeeding Mother's Milk Production Was 8.32. The Statistical Test Results Obtained The Sig Value. (2-Tailed) = 0.000 (<Α 0.05), Meaning That There Is A Significant Effect Of Consumption Of Kepok Banana Heart Stew On Breast Milk Production In Breastfeeding Mothers At Saketi Health Center, Pandeglang Regency In 2020.

Abstract

Integrated Management of Young Infants (MTBM) aims to accelerate the reduction in child mortality, improve child health services, to find out whether children need to be referred or not, to provide the ability for families and communities to be able to carry out care at home. The achievement of MTBM at Gadog Health Center during the last three years has decreased and has not yet reached the expected target indicators.To determine the factors that affect the effectiveness of Integrated Management of Young Infant (MTBM) services at Gadog Health Center, Garut Regency, West Java Province in 2020. This research is an analytical survey with a cross sectional design. The research sample was 60 respondents. The sampling technique was carried out by total sampling. Data were collected using interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate. The results of statistical tests showed that there was a significant relationship between completeness of facilities (p = 0.011), training (p = 0.003), competence (p = 0.027), motivation (p = 0.001) and the role of leadership (p = 0.035) with the effectiveness of Integrated Management services. The ineffectiveness of MTBM services at Gadog Health Center, Garut Regency is influenced by the completeness of facilities, training, competence, motivation and leadership roles
