Abstract

Tanoker is one of the traditional games in Indonesia which is one of the cultural heritages whose existence must be protected and preserved. The Tanoker community has begun to actively promote this traditional game to be introduced to the community. The purpose of this study is to examine the Tanoker community in their efforts to prevent the negative impact of online gaming culture through traditional games. This type of research using in this study is a qualitative approach with ethnographic methods was used in this study as well as by analyzing the text and interview results. The results showed that the Tanoker community played a role in communicating the traditional game of tanoker in the community as a counter culture movement to communicate traditional games in Ledokombo Jember. The Tanoker Ledokombo community is not anti-modern games, some of them who come with cell phones, there are only rules when activities are being carried out, their cell handphones cannot be used. This is where good values are internalized in children Tanoker aims to contribute solving problems, especially preparing children to live healthy, fostering a cooperative, discipline, and sportive sense, being smart and having prosperous lives.

Abstract

Pelayanan publik yang ada di Indonesia saat ini banyak sekali bentuk dan jenisnya. Salah satu pelayanan publik yang menjadi sorotan adalah pelyanan perizinan terpadu satu pintu (one stop service). Pelayanan ini adalah penyelenggaraan perizinan dan non perizinan yang proses pengelolaannya mulai dari tahap permohonan sampai ketahap terbitnya dokumen dilayani melalui satu pintu dan dilakukan dalam satu tempat. Salah satu Kabupaten yang telah menerapkan pelayanan perizinan satu pintu ini adalah Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Beberapa tahun belakangan ini, Banyuwangi banyak membuat perubahan dalam pelayan publik. Banyuwangi mulai menerapkan sistem pelayanan terpadu untuk memudahkan masyarakat memperoleh perizinan dalam satu tempat. Pelayanan terpadu ini telah memudahkan masyarakat yang dahulu harus melakukan banyak proses dan mendatangi beberapa kantor instansi pemerintah untuk mendapatkan dokumen perizinan, tetapi sekarang masyarakat cukup mendatangi satu kantor saja. Sasaran yang dituju dalam perizinan terpadu ini adalah untuk mewujudkan pelayanan yang cepat, efisien, dan transparan. Hasil penelitian ini telah menunjukkan bahwa Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu benar-benar transparan tetapi waktu penyelesaian masih membutuhkan waktu yang lama, tidak sesuai dengan SOP yang digunakan. Dengan adanya PTSP sangat berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan investasi di Banyuwangi. Sebab secara otomatis PTSP berkorelasi pada pertumbuhan investasi. Semakin mudah proses pengurusan izin disuatu daerah, semakin banyak investor berdatangan.Kata kunci: Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana implementasi Pemerintah Kabupaten Banyuwangi dalam Inovasi Program Ruang Rindu (Ruang Pemberdayaan Dan Perlindungan Ibu-Anak) Untuk Perempuan Korban KDRT dan Penurunan AKI dan AKB di Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Program ini sangatlah unik dan apresiatif karena layanan Ruang Rindu bersifat komprehensif. Bukan hanya konseling dan pendampingan hukum, medis, dan psikososial untuk perempuan korban kekerasan, tapi juga ada inovasi kemandirian ekonomi perempuan korban kekerasan. Problem perlindungan dan pemberdayaan perempuan merupakan hal yang multisektor, tidak hanya perlindungan, tetapi upaya pemberdayaan ekonomi perempuan dari hulu ke hilir, pemberdayaan ekonomi perempuan penyintas kekerasan serta pemberian alat usaha produktif untuk perempuan korban kekerasan. Banyuwangi mewujudkan melalui layanan Ruang Rindu yang terintegrasi dari sejumlah program yang melakukan fungsi perlindungan dan pemberdayaan pada perempuan dan anak. Banyuwangi Children Center (BCC) dan Pusat Pelayanan Terpadu dan Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Anak (P2TP2A), Bengkel Sakinah untuk program pemberdayaan perempuan. Pada awalnya program ini berjalan sendiri secara parsial, namun sekarang telah di integrasikan menjadi suatu program secara holistic dimana semua terlibat di dalamnya, mulai dari relawan BCC, P2TP2A, hingga aparat penegak hukum. Layanan tidak hanya layanan medis, hukum, dan psikososial dan rehabilitasi sosial, namun juga dilengkapi dengan pemberdayaan ekonomi. Sejumlah program telah disiapkan Pemkab untuk pemberdayaan perempuan korban kekerasan, mulai bantuan alat usaha produktif, warung naik kelas, hingga fasilitasi izin usaha mikro. Pendampingan medis, hukum, psikososial serta berbagai program pemberdayaan agar perempuan bisa mandiri. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengambil lokasi di Pemkab Banyuwangi. Metode pencarian data dilakukan melalui wawancara kepada informan terkait data yang dibutuhkan.

Abstract

The elderly are a vulnerable group who cannot carry out productive activities in their lives. Decreased physical condition, loss of social influence and function, and increased dependence on others, encourage the Elderly group as a target in social protection programs. Social protection serves as a guardian of the welfare of the elderly from poverty and hunger. The Rantang Kasih Program of Banyuwangi Regency is a food program for the elderly. This research aims to explain how the implementation of the Rantang Kasih policy/program in Pengatigan Village, Rogojampi District, Banyuwangi Regency. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. It was carried out for one month (May) by involving village officials and program target communities as informants, and literature study activities. This research is measured by Merilee S. Grindle's policy implementation theory. The results showed that the implementation of the Rantang Kasih program in Pengatigan Village in the year used funding sources from the Pengatigan Village budget (APBDes). The amount/ration of rantang food is once a day, the food is made from stalls closest to the homes of the elderly program recipients, and delivered by village officials and / or stall managers. The implementation of the Rantang Kasih program in Pengatigan Village has been in accordance with the guidelines regulated through the Regent Regulation.

Abstract

This PKM aims to solve the problems of Al Mumtaz problems with Disabilities Using Technology Based on Community Inclusion and Disabilities, People with Disabilities who are Blind and Mild Daksa Era of New Normal in Banyuwangi Regency. Braille Digital Marketing Umkm Al Mumtaz Disability Education Using AI Technology Based on Community Inclusion and Disabilities People with Visual and Mild Disabilities Era New Normal in Banyuwangi Regency, aims to overcome the problem of disabilities A / Blind and mild D (1) Lack of Partner knowledge related to Digital Marketing 2) Decrease in consumers using Al Mumtaz Disability Tourism Edu services and Decreased Handicraft Sales during the epidemic period (3) Unavailability of Braille Digital Marketing Module, no media aids that make it easier for A / blind and mild disabilities in marketing innovation for handicraft products ( 4) The lack of access to information and special AI technology media for the blind in terms of improving the quality and marketing of handicraft products. The activities carried out are by holding Braille Digital Marketing training and simulations using the Braille Digital Marketing Module, including training for Braille Digital Marketing workshops using the Braille Module, collaborating with other supporting partners who have computers and braille printers in compiling the Braille Digital Marketing Module, partner assistance ( UMKM Al Mumtaz) in optimizing potential. The resulting output is the increased understanding of the training participants, the Al Mumtaz youtube account of online media publications and print media, dedication articles in the form of national journals, photos and videos of activity documentation, blogs and websites.

Abstract

This study examines inclusive policies and governance in Banyuwangi Regency, focusing on the interaction between policy actors and sectors within an inclusive governance framework. The study analyzes the roles of key stakeholders, including the local government, legislative institutions, social services, civil society organizations, private sector, media, and community groups in shaping and implementing inclusive policies. The findings show that inclusive governance in Banyuwangi is strengthened by the synergy between multi-actor involvement and cross-sectoral integration. Key sectors include public service delivery, policy regulation, education and employment access, disability services, digital innovation, skills development, and participatory assessment mechanisms, that are interconnected and oriented toward addressing the needs of vulnerable and marginalized groups. There is a shift from a charity based approach toward a rights based and empowerment-driven model, supported by collaborative governance mechanisms and adaptive policy innovations. The effectiveness of inclusive governance depends on strong collaboration among stakeholders, alignment across sectors, and the capacity of governance systems to ensure equitable access, participation, and representation for all society.

Abstract

The low level of literacy among Indonesian students, particularly in creative writing skills, remains a significant challenge in education. To address this issue, a community service program titled Book Writing Movement was implemented at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Jember, aiming to promote students' productive literacy. The program consisted of two main stages: socialization and participant selection, followed by a creative writing workshop. Out of 40 students, 10 were selected based on interest and commitment to participate in a four-session intensive training. The workshop covered topics such as idea development, narrative writing structure, character building, language style, and basic editing. Results showed that 80% of participants were able to construct logically structured stories, and 70% demonstrated improvement in vocabulary and language style. On average, students' writing skills improved by 35%. Beyond cognitive gains, students also reported increased self-confidence and motivation to write independently. The program demonstrates that a structured, practice-based approach can effectively foster a culture of literacy in schools. For sustainability, it is recommended to provide ongoing mentorship, involve more students across grades, and engage teachers and publishers to support student publication

Abstract

This article's main focus research result is on the unpredictable public service in Covid-19 pandemic as a factor in the quick digitization of public services. During the Covid-19 Pandemic, in the Population and Civil Registry Office of Situbondo Regency adopted an online population management service information system (SILAO). Data for this study were gathered through observation and interviews using a qualitative methodology. Using qualitative descriptive analysis is applied to data collection and analysis. Face-to-face interaction has been displaced with electronic delivery of public services. The results of the study show that This article's main focus is on the unpredictable COVID-19 pandemic as a factor in the quick digitization of public services. During the Covid-19 Pandemic, the Population and Civil Registry Office of Situbondo Regency adopted an online population management service information system (SILAO). Face-to-face interaction has been displaced with electronic delivery of public services. This research found that the public service technology system that had been built during the pandemic did not always guarantee that the public service had been implemented successfully. Public service technology system, requires a stable internet signal. The power of the internet, which has been unstable, has affected the poor quality of public services. Fokus utama artikel  ini adalah pada ketidakpastian  pelayanan publik di masa pandemi Covid-19 sebagai faktor cepatnya digitalisasi pelayanan publik. Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19, di Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Situbondo mengadopsi sistem informasi pelayanan pengelolaan kependudukan secara daring (SILAO). Data untuk penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan menggunakan metodologi kualitatif. Menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif diterapkan pada pengumpulan dan analisis data. Interaksi tatap muka telah digantikan dengan penyampaian layanan publik secara elektronik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fokus utama artikel ini adalah pada pandemi COVID-19 yang tidak dapat diprediksi sebagai faktor dalam digitalisasi layanan publik yang cepat. Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19, Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Situbondo mengadopsi sistem informasi pelayanan pengelolaan kependudukan secara online (SILAO). Interaksi tatap muka telah digantikan dengan penyampaian layanan publik secara elektronik. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa sistem teknologi pelayanan publik yang telah dibangun selama pandemi tidak selalu menjamin bahwa pelayanan publik telah berhasil dilaksanakan. Sistem teknologi pelayanan publik, membutuhkan sinyal internet yang stabil. Kekuatan internet, yang selama ini tidak stabil, telah mempengaruhi buruknya kualitas pelayanan publik.
