Abstract

Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Sragen memiliki tugas dan fungsi secara umum adalah membantu Bupati dalam melaksanakan urusan pemerintahan bidang perindustrian dan perdagangan. Di Kabupaten Sragen terdapat berbagai jenis industri kecil yang dikelola oleh masyarakat. Berdasarkan jumlah Industri Kecil dan Menengah (IKM) pada tahun 2017 sebanyak 17.012 unit. Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Sragen mengalami kerepotan dalam melakukan pendataan, pengolahan, pengarsipan dan pelaporan data IKM. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut maka Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Sragen bekerjasama dengan tim melakukan penelitian untuk mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pendataan Industri Kecil dan Menengah (SIM-IKM). SIM-IKM telah berhasil diteliti dan dikembangkan oleh tim pada beberapa bulan yang lalu. SIM-IKM yang berhasil dikembangkan oleh tim, maka pada saat ini SIM-IKM dimplementasikan. Untuk mengimplementasikan SIM-IKM maka perlu diadakan pelatihan untuk Admin dan Tenaga Penyuluh Lapangan. Pelatihan dilakukan selama 1 hari dan tim memberikan pendampingan sampai 1 bulan. Pada saat pelatihan diikuti oleh Kepala bidang Perindustrian, Kasi. Industri Agro, Hasil Hutan dan ESDM, Staf Industri Agro, Hasil Hutan dan ESDM dan Tenaga Penyuluh Lapangan. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan pengabdan kepada masyarat ini adalah: (1). Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat telah berhasil dilaksanakan di Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Sragen, (2). Tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat telah menyusun laporan akhir, (3). Hasil pelatihan telah dimasukan pada jurnal nasional ber ISSN saat ini menunggu publikasi.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi, yang ditandai dengan perkembangan teknologi komputer dan teknologi komunikasi serta transportasi, membuat setiap pelaku bisnis dituntut memiliki infra struktur teknologi informasi, sebagai tuntutan kemajuan zaman. Di era globalisasi sekarang ini, seluruh sistem pelayanan diotomatisasi dengan peralatan yang bersifat efisien dalam waktu dan tenaga. Hal ini diharapkan akan memuaskan keinginan konsumen dan proses permintaan pasar sehingga menjangkau keseluruh bidang kehidupan. Pada kegiatan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini tim bekerjasama dengan mitra “Yudhi Mebel” yang beralamatkan di Desa Guworejo, Kec. Karangmalang, Kab. Sragen, Jawa Tengah. Yudhi Mebel merupakan Industri Kecl dan Menengah (IKM) yang melakukan produksi dan finishing mebel. Yudhi Mebel menyediakan berbagai macam furniture dan mebel. Saat ini berkembang sangat pesat dengan banyaknya pemesanan produk seperti halnya satu set kursi tamu, meja makan, meja belajar, almari dan masih banyak lagi, sebelumya Yudhi Meubel mengabil produk mentah dari jepara dan selanjutnya di finishing di Yudhi Mebel. Permasalahan yang timbul saat ini adalah: (1) Mebel yang diproduksi belum banyak dikenal di masyarakat, (2) Metode promosi dan pemasarannya masih menggunakan cara tradisional, (3) Pengelolaan keuangan belum menggunakan pembukuan yang baik dan tidak tertib, sehingga sulit untuk mengontrolnya, (4) Variasi produk sedikit, (5), Kurangnya tenaga kerja yang diserap oleh IKM Yudhi Mebel, (6) Kesulitan untuk mendapatkan modal tambahan. Kegiatan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) di Yudhi Mebel telah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Kegiatan yang telah dilakukan adalah: (1) Pengembangan website promosi secara digital, (2) Pengembangan sistem informasi keuangan berbasis komputer, (3) Pelatihan penggunakan website promosi, (4) Pelatihan penggunakan sistem informasi keuangan berbasis komputer, (5) Pelatihan desain mebel. Saat ini tim melakukan pendampingan dalam menggunakan sistem informasi tersebut. Sedangkan luaran yang dihasilkan adalah publikasi artikel ke jurnal, publikasi ke media cetak dan elektronik, publikasi kegiatan di youtube.

Abstract

Mas Bagong Building Store is one of the building shops loated in Kartasura that provides various kind of building raw materials. Current problems with Mas Bagong Building Store is the diffictulty in inputting reports on sales, purchases and stock of goads. Mas Bagong Building Store uses Microsoft Exel as a dataformulas. The purpose of this research is to provide solutions to Mas Bagong Building Store owners and create a website-based Point Of Sales (POS) system that is easy for users to operate. The research method used by interview, documentasion and observation. The system development model used in this study is the Waterfall model. This method has sereval stages, namely needs analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation. After conducting a needs analysis, a POS system was designed using the Native Framework, system development using PHP and MySQL, and using XAMPP as a server. With the existence of a Point Of Sales (POS) system, it is hoped that it will simplify the process of sales, purchases and reports

Abstract

This study is to develop a web-based inventory management information system for grocery merchants in order to speed up the stock recording process. The system is built according to the waterfall style of system development, using PHP and MySQL. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and literature research. As a result, store managers can improve operating efficiency and reduce errors in manual stocktaking by using a system that allows real-time product stock input, updating, and monitoring. This study provides a practical digital solution to support the digitization of small businesses in Indonesia.

Abstract

This article examines the case of Warung Sate Kambing in Mojosongo, Solo, with an emphasis on operational activities, business strategies, customer satisfaction, and opportunities for creating applications for digital ordering and payment. The research took a descriptive qualitative approach, applying interview, observation, and literature review techniques. The analysis of this research shows that the application of digital technology, through the creation of web-based applications and the integration of the QRIS digital creation system, can improve service efficiency and expand outreach to customers. The development process is carried out using the Waterfall method to be more organized and systematic.

Abstract

This article discusses the development of an e-commerce website for a batik store as an effort to digitize marketing and improve operational efficiency. The study focuses on system development strategies, integration of essential features such as product catalogs, shopping carts, digital payment methods, and their impact on customer accessibility. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, employing observation, interviews with the store owner, and a literature review related to e-commerce and digital marketing for MSMEs. The analysis results show that the implementation of a web-based digital platform can expand market reach, enhance customer convenience in shopping, and support more organized and structured transaction recording. The website development was carried out using the Waterfall method to ensure a step-by-step and structured process. These findings indicate that digital transformation through an e-commerce website is a strategic solution for batik MSMEs in facing modern market challenges.

Abstract

Digitalization demands the MSME sector, including barbershops, to adopt technology in reservation management and marketing. Many barbershops still use manual systems, causing problems such as irregular queues, service delays, and suboptimal promotions. This study formulates how to design an information system that can integrate reservation and marketing functions into a single web-based platform. The objective is to produce an efficient, secure, and user-friendly information system design for both barbershop managers and customers. The method used is the Design Science Research approach with a waterfall system development model, involving needs analysis, system design, database design, and user interface design. The design results were validated by experts and users with a satisfaction rate of over 85%, indicating that the designed system aligns with the operational needs of barbershops. The conclusion is that the developed information system can enhance operational efficiency and customer experience, and is suitable for implementation in the barbershop service sector of SMEs.

Abstract

Manual inventory management at Toko Terang Abadi presents various challenges, including delays in reporting and high recording errors. This study aims to improve accuracy and efficiency in stock management by creating a web-based inventory information system using the Waterfall method. Data collection was conducted through interviews, direct observation of store activities, and literature review. The system was designed and implemented using PHP and MySQL, and tested using black-box testing methods to ensure all functions work according to user needs. Implementation results show that recording efficiency increased by 50% and input errors decreased by 90%. These findings support previous research highlighting the importance of digitalizing inventory systems in the SME and retail sectors to improve effectiveness and accuracy in managerial decision-making.

Abstract

Incomplete medical records remain a significant challenge in achieving efficient and accountable healthcare services. This study aims to design a web-based return system for incomplete medical records at the Medical Record Installation of RSUD dr. DradjatPrawiranegara, Serang Regency. Using data collection through observation, interviews, and literature review, the system is designed to document incompleteness, return processes, and file status tracking digitally. The design results show that the system can speed up the identification and reporting process of incomplete records, improve staff efficiency, and facilitate auditing and archiving. The conclusion is that a web-based system can serve as a strategic solution in managing incomplete medical documents.

Abstract

X Health Center has implemented EMR on SIMPUS since 2009-2010. However, from the preliminary study, it was found that there were obstacles such as network trouble, long loading when many users were pulling data on the system, and there was no SOP for down time: The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of Electronic Medical Records at X Health Center, Semarang City in the aspects of Human, Organization, Technology, Net-benefit. Methods: This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with interviews, observations and documentation studies. Results: The results of research at X Health Center show that there are problems in implementing EMR at X Health Center, in the human aspect, namely system training is still given only to representative officers such as IT and SIK staff. In the organizational aspect, namely limited facilities and lack of manpower. On the technology aspect, namely internet network instability, inconsistent electricity supply and generator unpreparedness and hardware limitations. While in the net-benefit aspect, the implementation of EMR has an impact on increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of X Health Center services. Conclusion: The implementation of electronic medical records at X Health Center is not yet fully optimal, namely in the aspects of human, organization and technology.
