Abstract

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan (1) kesulitan belajar keterampilan menulis teks anekdot dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia yang dialami oleh siswa kelas X IPS 2 SMA Negeri 2 Percut Sei Tuan Medan tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 dan (2) faktor yang menyebabkan kesulitan belajar keterampilan menulis teks anekdot dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia yang dialami oleh siswa kelas X IPS 2 SMA Negeri 2 Percut Sei Tuan Medan tahun pelajaran 2017/2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan deskriptif kulaitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X IPS 2 dan guru bahasa Indonesia. Objek penelitian ini adalah kesulitan dan faktor-faktor penyebab kesulitan belajar dalam keterampilan menulis teks anekdot. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) ada tujuh kesulitan belajar dalam menulis teks anekdot yang dialami oleh siswa kelas X IPS 2. Kesulitan tersebut yaitu (a) kesulitan dalam menentukan tema yang menarik, (b) kesulitan mengawali dan mengembangkan ide dan  gagasan ke dalam sebuah teks (c) kesulitan mencari inspirasi karena siswa sering merasa “buntu” di tengah jalan, (d) kesulitan dalam menentukan kaidah kebahasaan, (e) kurang memahami mengenai struktur teks anekdot, (f) kesulitan mengunakan bahasa yang santun, dan (g) kesulitan menentukan kata sindiran yang sesuai dan tepat.  (2) ada tiga faktor yang menyebabkan adanya kesulitan belajar. (a) faktor yang bersumber dari lingkungan sekolah, (b) faktor yang bersumber dari lingkungan keluarga, dan (c) faktor dari yang bersumber dari lingkungan masyarakat. Secara umum, siswa memiliki kesulitan belajar dan faktor penyebab kesulitan belajar dalam keterampilan menulis teks anekdot. Dengan adanya kesulitan dan faktor penyebab kesulitan belajar tersebut, guru diharapkan mampu mengatasi kesulitan yang dialami oleh siswa dan mengatasi faktor penyebab kesulitan belajar tersebut.

Abstract

Sejak ditemukannya Covid-19 di Indonesia pada bulan Maret 2020 beberapa aspek kehidupan terdampak dari adanya wabah Covid-19, diantaranya yakni dunia pendidikan, yang kemudian muncul kebijakan dari pemerintah salah satunya Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ). Dari Our World in Data dan JHU CSSE COVID-19 Data pada tanggal 7 Juni 2021 total kasus di Indonesia ±1,87 juta jiwa, total sembuh ±1,72 juta jiwa, dan yang meninggal dunia ±51.992 jiwa. Kemudian banyak masalah baru muncul dengan diberlakukan sistem pembelajaran jarak jauh, karena pembelajaran jarak jauh sendiri sangat tergantung pada sistem daring, sehingga membutuhkan banyak adaptasi dari berbagai pihak. Metode pengambilan data yang dilakukan menggunakan menyebarkan Google Form need asesment, kemudian disebarkan kepada siswa SD Islam Al-Firdaus Magelang, SMP N 1 Kalikotes Klaten, SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Weleri, dan SMK N 1 Bawen. Setelah disebarkan dan diisi oleh para siswa kemudian di analisis. Hasil dari data yang diperoleh yaitu guru yang hanya memberikan tugas yang banyak dan membuat siswa kewalahan dalam mengatur jadwal sehari-hari; system pembelajaran yang kurang siap karena pandemic yang terjadi secara tiba-tiba.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the influence of Brand Credibility and Brand Experience on Brand Loyalty, either directly or through mediation through Attitude Towards Brand. Methodology: Design of this research is cross sectional where data is collected from respondents at a certain time, data collection uses side simple random to 232 respondents randomly in Indonesia, data analysis method uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) to test the hypothesis. Findings: The results show that brand credibility has a positive effect on attitude toward brand and brand loyalty, brand experience has a positive effect on brand loyalty. Attitude toward the brand mediates the effect of brand credibility and brand brand loyalty, either partially or fully through mediation. Implications: Thisxstudyxprovides a practicalxframeworkxforxthe marketing department of each android smartphone manufacturer that can explain how a brand credibility and brand experience created by the company can form brand loyalty, which is influenced directly or through mediation from attitude toward brand. consumers to each of these companies. So, the companies that oversee smartphone brands such as Samsung, Xiaomi and Oppo can maintain current policies to achieve a better level of brand loyalty in the future. In the long term, research on these variables will also help the marketing department to periodically check the proposed level of influence and compare it with previous results. If the value of the proposed influence can increase or remain at the same level, then the company can maintain the current policy on these variables. Originality: This research can contribute by proposing brand credibility, attitude toward brand and brand loyalty in a single model or separately. In addition, this study adds to other literature that also influences brand loyalty, namely brand experience because the experience of today's consumers is also an important thing that cannot be ignored

Abstract

Pada masa pandemi COVID-19, motivasi belajar mahasiswa memiliki perubahan dikarenakan pembelajaran daring yang menyebabkan mahasiswa tidak terlalu termotivasi dalam belajar. Pembelajaran yang dilakukan di rumah dirasa kurang efektif. Oleh karena itu, perlu diperhatikan faktor yang dapat membuat motivasi belajar mahasiswa kembali stabil selama pembelajaran daring pada saat pandemi COVID-19. Beberapa penelitian sebelumnya diketahui terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial dengan motivasi belajar mahasiswa juga konsep diri dengan motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dukungan sosial dan konsep diri terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Partisipan penelitian ini terdiri dari 474 mahasiswa dengan rentang usia 18-25 tahun yang berasal dari universitas negeri maupun swasta dan sedang menjalani perkuliahan daring. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Academic Motivation Scale, Multidimentional Scale of Perceived Social Support, dan Personal Self-Concept (PSC) Questionnaire. Pengambilan data menggunakan teknik sampling convenienve sampling dengan jenis penelitian yaitu kuantitatif non-eksperimental. Pengujian analisis menghasilkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis dapat diterima yaitu, (1) dukungan sosial mempengaruhi motivasi belajar mahasiswa sebesar 15.2%, (2) konsep diri mempengaruhi motivasi belajar mahasiswa sebesar 1.4%, dan (3) dukungan sosial dan konsep diri mempengaruhi motivasi belajar mahasiswa sebesar 15.3% serta 84.7% lainnya dipengaruhi dari faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.   During the COVID-19 pandemic, college students learning motivation has changed because of online learning which makes college students not very motivated to learn. Learning at home felt less effective. Therefore, important to note the factors that can make college students’ learning motivation back stable during online learning on the COVID-19 pandemic. Some previous research shows that there is a significant relationship between social support and college student learning motivation as well as self-concept and college student learning motivation. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of social support and self-concept on college student learning motivation during the COVID-19 pandemic. The participants of this study consisted of 474 college students with an age range of 18-25 years from the public nor private universities and currently doing an online college class. The researcher uses three instruments, those are Academic Motivation Scale, the Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support, and the Personal Self-Concept (PSC) Questionnaire. Retrieval of data using convenience sampling technique with the non-experimental quantitative as the type of this research. Analysis of the hypothesis shows that all the hypotheses can be acceptable, that is, (1) social support significantly affect college student learning motivation in the amount of 15.2%, (2) self-concept significantly affect college student learning motivation in the amount of 1.4%, and (3) social support and self-concept significantly affect college student learning motivation in the amount of 15.3% and the other 84.7% is affected by another factor that is not discussed in this research.

Abstract

Berdasarkan data Asosiasi Penyelenggara Jasa Internet Indonesia (APJII) tahun 2022, diketahui bahwa jumlah pengguna internet pada anak usia 5-12 tahun adalah 64,43%. Besarnya penggunaan internet ini tidak hanya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan anak dalam mengakses informasi dan belajar, melainkan juga sebagai media hiburan dan juga sebagai sarana sosialisasi bagi anak. Namun demikian, tingginya interaksi dengan media digital ini juga berpotensi untuk membuat anak terpapar dengan konten-konten negatif di internet. Hal ini menimbulkan tantangan tersendiri bagi orang tua terkait cara pengasuhan orang tua dalam penggunaan media digital pada anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif dengan metode pengambilan data adalah dengan Focus Group Discussion. Partispan dari penelitian ini adalah 6 orang ibu yang berdomisili di Jabodetabek. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan beberapa temuan antara lain: a) orang tua (ayah/ibu) adalah pihak yang mengenalkan gawai pertama kalinya pada anak; b) sebagian besar orang tua memiliki persepsi bahwa anak mereka sudah memiliki ketergantungan terhadap gawai; c) orang tua berpendapat bahwa penyebab ketergantungan anak terhadap gawai adalah adanya kebutuhan yang semakin tinggi terkait dengan pembelajaran jarak jauh, serta tuntutan pertemanan atau sosialisasi bagi anak; d) nilai/ajaran yang ingin ditanamkan orang tua pada anak mereka antara lain kejujuran, tanggungjawab, kepercayaan, komunikasi, keterbukaan dan religiusitas; e) aturan yang dibuat orang tua terkait penggunaan gawai antara lain adalah adanya pembatasan waktu dan konten, adanya diskusi terhadap konten yang dilihat anak, serta pemberian konsekuensi jika anak melanggar aturan yang telah disepakati bersama

Abstract

This service is an academic activity that has a definite theme and program in a condition where the activity partners are aligned with the implementation of research programs and community service. From the data obtained by researchers, the research location really needs to improve nutrition because there are still many children affected by stunting and pregnant women who suffer from chronic energy deficiency (CED) and so the research location was chosen as a Stunting Prevention center for approximately 45 days. So that the community in Lembang and the community health center implement the Happy Kitchen to Prevent Stunting. This research aims to support the community to participate and involve active participation from the community, government, health institutions and related stakeholders to achieve maximum results in preventing stunting in Lembang Rindingallo. The research subjects are the people at the research location. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The method used in this research is providing education, providing healthy food through the Dapur Bahagia Prevent Stunting program for children who fall into the stunting group and pregnant women with KEK. One of the work programs that we implement is Stunting Prevention. Through this work program, it is hoped that with the Happy Kitchen program to prevent stunting, the needs and health of children affected by stunting and pregnant women with KEK in Lembang Ridingallo can be prevented.

Abstract

Moderation in religion, as a key concept in maintaining harmony amid Indonesia's plurality, is an important value that must be instilled from an early age through formal education. The Merdeka Curriculum, which provides flexibility for teachers to develop contextual learning, presents an opportunity to integrate values of religious moderation, such as tolerance, love, and peace, into the materials of Christian Religious Education (CRE). This study aims to examine strategies for building the character of religious moderation through CRE within the Merdeka Curriculum. This research employs the literature review method by analyzing relevant literature related to religious moderation, Christian Religious Education, and the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. The findings indicate that the integration of moderation values into CRE can be accomplished through several strategies, including: developing contextual materials, interfaith dialogue-based learning, experiential education, and the role of teachers as models of moderation. The implementation of these strategies has the potential to shape students' characters to be moderate, tolerant, and able to live harmoniously in a diverse society. Thus, Christian Religious Education within the Merdeka Curriculum plays a strategic role in supporting the creation of social harmony through the strengthening of religious moderation values.

Abstract

Bureaucratic reform requires changes in mindset, work patterns and performance of every state apparatus. However, often the implementation is still far from what is expected from the objectives of implementing bureaucratic reform. The aim of this research is to determine the extent to which bureaucratic reform has been implemented in order to realize good governance in the Kulon Progo Regency Government. This research uses a qualitative methodology by prioritizing interviews and documentation. As for the research results, it can be concluded that the implementation of Kulon Progo district bureaucratic reform has gone well with the achievement of a "BB" score of 78.05 from the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform. Changes to the RB Road Map for 2023-2026 to ensure that RB management runs effectively, is more structured, systematic and massive to achieve bureaucratic reform targets. However, there are still obstacles in its implementation, including implementation that is not evenly distributed because it is still considered the task of certain work units only, partially and individually, participation of leaders and subordinates is not yet optimal and the implementation of reforms is still largely a formality.

Abstract

Uric acid is a byproduct of purine metabolism in the body, typically excreted through urine. However, excessive uric acid can lead to the accumulation of crystals in the joints, resulting in gouty arthritis, particularly in individuals of productive age. This article aims to discuss a community service initiative to prevent elevated uric acid levels through routine screenings and education on healthy lifestyles. The initiative employed the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) approach, encompassing counseling, uric acid level examinations, and iterative evaluations, thereby enhancing public awareness of the importance of maintaining normal uric acid levels and understanding healthy lifestyle practices. Education and early detection of uric acid levels can help the community comprehend actionable steps to reduce the risk of long-term health complications.

Abstract

This study explores the meaning and role of the Nahunan tradition in maternal and infant care among the Dayak Ngaju community. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, utilizing literature review and field interviews. The findings reveal that Nahunan is not merely a naming ritual, but also symbolizes spiritual protection and social acceptance of the child. The practice involves traditional leaders, herbal remedies, and natural symbols. However, modern influences have diminished the younger generation’s understanding of its values. Preserving local culture within healthcare services is essential to maintaining community identity.
