Abstract

This study aimed to find out the difference of financial performance of banking companies whether they exist or not before and after the merger of PT Bank UOB Indonesia using risk approach (Risk-based Bank Rating). The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the published annual financial reports of PT Bank UOB Indonesia. This research was conducted at PT Bank UOB Indonesia for a period of 3 years before the merger (2008-2010) and 3 years after the merger (2011-2013). The variables in this study consisted of 6 financial ratios, namely Non Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Return on Assets (ROA), Net Interest Margin (NIM), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). The data analysis technique has been done by using paired sample t-tests using the SPSS 20.0 program. Based on the result of the analysis, there were 3 financial ratios which do not have any significant difference i.e.: LDR, GCG, and ROA. Moreover, there are 3 financial ratios which have significant differences i.e.: NPL, NIM, and CAR which shows that the financial performance of the company undergoes significant changes before and after the merger.

Abstract

This research is included in information system development research. The output product of this research is an Accounting Information System. The stages used in this study adapt the waterfall model from Pressman. Implementation of web-based system development using MySQL database on PHPMyAdmin. MySQL is one of the Database Management System (DBMS). The backend development of the accounting information system of this non-profit organization focuses on system logic starting from input, process and output. Input financial transactions in cash and bank as well as transactions that affect capital excluding income and costs. Automatically processes the inputted data in the report recapitulation according to the primary key that is set. Cash, bank, and capital transaction inputs are automatically recorded in the cash, bank and capital ledger, income ledger, expense ledger, income details, expense details, cash flow, and year-end reports. The output of the inputted report is a print preview to print the report by connecting to the hardware (printer). The testing procedure in this study was carried out with 2 tests, namely white-box testing, testing of the buttons on the system and black-box testing, testing of functions or processes that occur in the system. The data obtained from the results of filling out a set of instruments in the form of a questionnaire given to experts and users to assess the feasibility of the developed system. The results of the development research state that the accounting information system for non-profit organizations is feasible to be applied. This is evidenced by the results of the validation test of material experts, technology experts, and trials to users who are in the outstanding categories. The average on the material expert validation test shows the outstanding category with a score of 4.8. Technology experts show the outstanding category with a score of 4.78. Meanwhile, the trials on users belong to the very good category with a score of 4.7.

Abstract

In the process of mathematics learning, many students are less active, many are noisy, the work given is not completed, and the results of student evaluations are not satisfactory. For this reason, appropriate learning improvements are needed, namely by applying the think pair share cooperative learning model. This study aims to improve mathematics learning outcomes through think pair share cooperative learning method (think, pair, share) for Marsudirini Perawang  elementary school students. The research subjects were students of grade 3 (three) totaling 30 people. The type of research is classroom action research. The research procedure consisted of planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. The research instruments are learning tools and data collection tools (test sheets and student observation sheets).  The results showed that the students' scores had increased very well from 0% then 10% to 26%. In the daily test score of 1, the number of students who achieved the very good category increased by 10%. Meanwhile, in the daily test score of 2, the number of students who achieved the very good category increased to 26%. The average score of students on the second daily test increased above the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) that had been determined by the school (7370). Student activities in the aspects of answering questions, discussing student worksheets and reporting discussion results have increased. In the first cycle the average was 17.3% and 35.3%. While in the second cycle it rose to 53% and 73.3%. Overall, the average student activity in the first cycle was 18.12% and in the second cycle 63.33%. Thus, the application of think pair share cooperative learning model can improve mathematics learning outcomes in grade 3 (three) elementary school students.

Abstract

The learning process of science in grade V of Marsudirini Perawang Elementary School showed unsatisfactory learning results, which was not reaching the minimum completeness criteria, so that class action research was carried out by applying Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) to improve student learning outcomes. The research was held in October 2021 in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of two meetings. The research procedure consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were 32 students in grade V. The data collection instruments used were observation sheets. The assessment instruments used were formative test 1 and formative test 2, which were carried out at the end of each cycle. The pre-cycle score was 63.4, the average score of the first formative was 83.37, and the average score of second formative test was 86.78. The increase in student activity from the first cycle to the second cycle was 15%, and the increase in teacher’s activity was 5%. From these data, it is concluded that STAD model could improve the learning outcomes of Science at Marsudirini Perawang Elementary School grade V in the academic year 2021-2022.

Abstract

Konsep Blended Learning sebagai alternatif pendidikan yang menjanjikan dengan menggabungkan pembelajaran daring (online) dengan interaksi tatap muka (offline), sehingga membentuk pengalaman belajar yang komprehensif dan terintegrasi. Blended Learning memadukan konsep pembelajaran berbasis teknologi sehingga dibutuhkan platform pembelajaran atau e-learning untuk dapat  menyampaikan pesan, dapat merangsang pikiran, perasaan, dan kemauan mahasiswa juga untuk memudahkan serta mewujudkan tercapainya pemahaman materi kepada mahasiswa, menciptakan suasana pembelajaran efektif, kreatif dan menciptakan kemampuan penguasaan teknologi pada diri mahasiswa. UKSW menyediakan Learning Management System Flexible Learning (F-Learn) sebagai platform pembelajaran. Fitur yang disediakan perlu dipelajari oleh mahasiswa terutama mahasiswa baru sehingga diperlukan pendampingan dan pelatihan bagi para mahasiswa baru UKSW. Melalui penerapan flexible learning, pendekatan blended learning diperkenalkan secara holistik, memberikan pengalaman belajar yang terpadu antara pembelajaran daring dan tatap muka. Peran dosen sebagai fasilitator memiliki peran penting dalam membimbing mahasiswa dalam memahami dan mengakses platform flexible learning. Inovasi pembelajaran dapat membuka pintu gerbang menuju pembelajaran blended yang lebih efektif dan interaktif. Mahasiswa diberikan kesempatan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan adaptasi dalam lingkungan pembelajaran yang semakin beragam untuk menghadapi tuntutan pendidikan tinggi di era digital.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is an effort to improve science learning outcomes through an e-learning model using google meet media for class VIII-1 of Marsudirini Tualang Junior High School. This is because many students do not understand the teacher through google meet. The provision of learning materials delivered by the teacher through google meet causes science learning outcomes to be relatively low or stil below minimum completeness criteria, which is 70. This study uses classromm action research in the form of implementing e-learning model with google meet media with the aim of improving student learning outcomes for class VIII-1 Marsudirini Tualang Junior High School which consists of two cycles and each cycle consists of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The research subjects were students of class VIII-1 Marsudirini Tualang Junior High School. The number of students is 28 students consisting of 14 male students and 14 female students. The results showed that the application of the e-learning model with google meet media could improve science learning outcomes for class VIII-1 students of Marsudirini Tualang Junior High School. Judging from the results of the pre-cycle students who completed minimum completeness criteria, only 12 students (42,8%) and 16 students (57,2%) who had not. In the first cycle there are 17 students (60,7%) who have completed and 11 students (39,3%) have not completed, and in the second cycle there are 25 students (89,2%) who have completed and there are 3 students (10,8%) unfinished. From the improve in learning outcomes, this classroom action research was stopped in cycle II because it had reached the classical completeness criteria, namely 85% of the total number of students who had completed learning and were declared successful in improving science learning outcomes for class VIII-1 students of Marsudirini Tualang Junior High School. Abstract

The study aims to determine the use of the Poinku application as an attraction and shopping facility at Indomaret Sulursari, Gabus District, Grobogan Regency, Central Java Province. Research using descriptive qualitative method. The informants consisted of 11 participants, both users and non-users of the Poinku application. Data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation, by testing the validity of the data using triangulation. The results of the study show that the Poinku application attracts consumers in making purchases, especially with facilities such as promotions and points because it attracts consumers to make repeat purchases. Promotional factors through the Poinku application have an important impact on consumers as a strategy to increase purchases

Abstract

The research aims to evaluate business capital management strategies to increase production of MSME. This descriptive qualitative research uses a case study on Ina Konveksi, with the SWOT analysis and litmus test method. The analysis results identified nine main strategies, namely: (1) attending various online and offline marketing training; (2) attend various skills and expertise training in financial bookkeeping and sales; (3) preparation and training in the use of marketing technology; (4) establishing a place for coordination and sharing between convection entrepreneurs; (5) attend a low interest credit program to increase capital; (6) establishing good cooperation with good, affordable and trusted fabric suppliers; (7) attend assistance programs from the Regional Government and Provincial Government in the field of financing creative economy businesses; (8) delivery of important information such as training programs for the use of technology, marketing and bookkeeping; and, (9) making mutually beneficial agreements between convection entrepreneurs.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to produce digital learning media in the form of digital comics for economics subjects in senior high school grade 10 and equivalent to Demand and Supply subjects. The type of this research is development research. The research procedure uses the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages, including identification (analysis) stage, design stage, development stage, implementation stage, and evaluation stage. The software used in the development of digital comic media is Canva. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that economics learning, especially Demand and Supply materials based on digital comics is considered interesting and feasible to apply. This is proven by the results of the validation test of material experts, technological experts, and trials to 40 students who are in the good category. The average on the material expert validation test shows a good category with a score of 4.25. Technological experts indicate the category is quite good with a score of 3.75 while the trials on students were in the good category with a score of 4.0.  BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran digital berupa komik digital untuk mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas 10 SMA dan setara dengan mata pelajaran Permintaan dan Penawaran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan. Prosedur penelitian menggunakan model ADDIE yang terdiridari lima tahap, meliputi tahap identifikasi (analisis), tahap desain, tahap pengembangan, tahap implementasi, dan tahap evaluasi. Perangkat lunak yang digunakan dalam pengembangan media komik digital adalah Canva. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran ekonomi khususnya materi Permintaan dan Penawaran berbasis komik digital dinilai menarik dan layak untuk diterapkan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji validasi ahli materi, ahli teknologi, dan uji coba kepada 40 siswa yang berada pada kategori baik. Rata-rata pada uji validasi ahli materi menunjukkan kategori baik dengan skor 4,25. Pakar teknologi menunjukkan kategori cukup baik dengan skor 3,75, sedangkan uji coba pada siswa berada pada kategori baik dengan skor 4.0.
