Abstract

his study aims to test the effect of motivation, work discipline and motivation on employee performance. The number of samples in this study were 89 operational employees at PT. Generation of Java-Bali UP Gresik, using the technique method Probability Sampling of Random Sampling type. Data collection in this study was using questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study conclude that the results of simultaneous testing of motivation, work discipline and training have a significant effect on performance. Partial test results Motivation has an effect and is significant on performance, work discipline also has an effect and is significant on performance and training also has an effect and is significant on performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of motivation and work discipline and job satisfaction on performance. The number of samples in this study were 78 employees at PT. Bank Pengkreditan Rakyat Syariah Mandiri Gresik, using the technical method Probability Sampling type Simple Random Sampling. Collecting data in this study is using questionnaire and interviews. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study concluded that the results of simultaneous testing of motivation, work discipline and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance. Partial test results Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline also has a significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Beban Kerja dan Disiplin Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMA Swasta X di Gresik. Untuk memenuhi hal tersebut dilakukan kajian literatur dan disposisi hipotesis, serta pengolahan data dari kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 55 orang guru. Pemeriksaan dilakukan dengan menggunakan Total Sampling. Pengujiannya dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja guru, Lingkungan Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, Beban Kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja guru, Disiplin berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja guru. Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Beban Kerja, Kedisiplinan, Kinerja Guru ABSTRACT This research was conducted to examine the influence of organizational culture, work environment, workload and discipline on the performance of teachers at Private High School X in Gresik. To fulfill this, a literature review and hypothesis disposition was carried out, as well as data processing from questionnaires distributed to 55 teachers. The examination was carried out using Total Sampling. The test uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that Organizational Culture has a direct effect on teacher performance, Work Environment has no effect on teacher performance, Workload has a direct effect on teacher performance, Discipline has a direct effect on teacher performance.
