Abstract

Background – In the dynamic era of the business world, achieving business growth and sustainability requires human resources who have innovative skills. SMEs play an important role in the economic growth of a country. However, the added value provided is still not significant because the human resources owned by SMEs are still relatively low in innovative abilities. The solution is to conduct learning orientation and innovative behavior with the mediating role of creative self-efficacy. Objectives - To provide new insights about the innovative behavior of SMEs, the extent to which learning orientation for innovative activities and creative self-efficacy influence the innovative behavior of SMEs. Design/method/approach – This study uses quantitative methods. Respondent data was collected using a questionnaire. The sample used was 105 SMEs in Surabaya using the purposive sampling technique. Hypothesis testing using Partial Least Square (PLS). Findings - The results of this study that learning orientation has a significant effect on creative self-efficacy and innovative work behavior, creative self-efficacy has a significant effect on innovative work behavior. Furthermore, creative self-efficacy plays a role in mediating learning orientation and innovative work behavior. Research Implications - For business continuity to be maintained, SMEs must produce products that are different from competitors. SMEs must increase learning opportunities to produce highly innovative work behavior. Research Limitations - This study only involved SMEs in Surabaya so that future researchers should conduct similar research in a wider area for more comprehensive results.

Abstract

Background - Retail development in the digital era occurs in business competitors, namely minimarkets and department stores. Before the existence of minimarkets, people were more interested in shopping at traditional markets, but now there is technological development, so many people or consumers move to modern markets. Purpose - This study discusses the Store Atmosphere, product prices on customer satisfaction Alfamidi Minimarket Taman Pondok Jati Taman Sidoarjo. Design / Methodology / Approach - The research sample is 84 respondents, where the respondents here are visitors who do shopping at the Alfamidi Taman Pondok Jati minimarket, Sidoarjo. The research analysis uses the Multiple Linear Regression approach. The reliability and validity test of the questionnaire was carried out to enforce the accuracy of the questionnaire given to the respondents. Results and Discussion - The results of this study for partial hypothesis testing of store atmosphere variables, product prices affect customer satisfaction. A comfortable, safe atmosphere, affordable prices, and satisfying service will influence customers to return to the Minimarket. Conclusion - Product diversity is the completeness of the goods sold and the availability of the goods. So the Alfamidi Taman Pondok Jati Taman Sidoarjo Minimarket, the more diverse its products are complete and the satisfying service, the more sales will increase. Research Implications - Research can be used as a reference for franchise companies in enforcing problems in the retail sector, namely evaluation materials for (a) Companies that establish franchises (b) Alfamidi Minimarket Services as a retail sales place to meet community needs (c) Determine service strategies, product prices and marketing for the company.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study explores the effect of creative self-efficacy and knowledge sharing on the innovative performance of SMEs in East Java. Creative interpretation is very important for SMEs because it is a business sustainability effort. A total of 132 SMEs in East Java as the research sample using the purposive sampling technique. This study uses a quantitative approach with Partial Least Square (PLS) to process the questionnaire results. The results of this study reveal that creative self-efficacy has a significant effect on creative performance. Creative self-efficacy significantly affects knowledge sharing, while knowledge sharing has a significant impact on creative performance. An important finding from this research is knowledge sharing as an intervening of creative self-efficacy on creative performance. Kinerja kreatif sangat penting bagi UKM karena sebagai upaya keberlanjutan bisnis. Sebanyak 132 pelaku UKM di Jawa Timur sebagai sampel penelitian dengan menggunakan  teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan alat Partial Least Square (PLS) untuk mengolah hasil kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa efikasi diri kreatif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja kreatif. Efikasi diri kreatif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap berbagi pengetahuan, sedangkan berbagi pengetahan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja kreatif. Temuan penting dari penelitian ini adalah berbagi pengetahuan sebagai intervening efikasi diri kreatif terhadap kinerja kreatif. Abstract

his study aims to test the effect of motivation, work discipline and motivation on employee performance. The number of samples in this study were 89 operational employees at PT. Generation of Java-Bali UP Gresik, using the technique method Probability Sampling of Random Sampling type. Data collection in this study was using questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study conclude that the results of simultaneous testing of motivation, work discipline and training have a significant effect on performance. Partial test results Motivation has an effect and is significant on performance, work discipline also has an effect and is significant on performance and training also has an effect and is significant on performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the perception differences of reputation and word of mouth between educational and non-educational program students in choosing UNIPA Surabaya as their place of study. Using quantitative approach with the survey method, we sample 172 educational program students and 164 non-educational program students. The data is processed using multiple regression by first going through validity, instrument reliability and classical assumption tests. Analysis showed that there are significant differences between educational and non-educational program students in choosing UNIPA Surabaya as their place of study seen from the word of mouth perception, but no significant differences seen from the reputation perspective.

Abstract

Keputusan mahasiswa untuk memilih studi di perguruan tinggi tidak lepas dari reputasi perguruan tinggi yang akan dipilih. Seperti halnya Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya yang merupakan salah satu perguruan tinggi di Jawa Timur yang berada pada 100 Perguruan Tinggi terbaik di Indonesia menjadi salah satu pilihan untuk studi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontribusi reputasi Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya terhadap keputusan mahasiswa untuk memilih studi. Melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dengan tipe penelitian survey, sampel berjumlah 189 mahasiswa. Data diolah dengan menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana yang sebelumnya dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa reputasi universitas mempunyai kontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan mahasiswa untuk memilih studi di Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya. Dapat ditunjukkan pada hasil analisis uji t yang telah dilakukan, dimana secara parsial berada pada tingkat signifikan 0,000<0,05 yang berarti secara signifikan dapat digunakan untuk menilai keputusan mahasiswa memilih studi karena posisi lebih kecil dari 5% dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa reputasi universitas berkontribusi positif terhadap keputusan untuk memilih Univeritas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa reputasi perguruan tinggi yang baik akan dapat mendorong calon mahasiswa masuk ke perguruan tinggi seperti halnya Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya. Abstract

Mahasiswa sebagai agent of change dapat memberikan peluang bagi masyarakat dalam peningkatan kapasitas perubahan sosial ekonomi seperti yang terjadi saat ini akibat adanya pandemi Covid-19. Melalui kewirausahaan sosial diharapkan mampu memunculkan penyelesaian masalah sosial melalui pendekatan bisnis. Tulisan ini berusaha mendeskripsikan karakteristik jiwa social entrepreneurship mahasiswa. Analisis dekriptif digunakan untuk menggambarkan karakteristik responden. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan simple random sampling, sedangkan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner sejumlah 121 mahasiswa UNIPA Surabaya yang sudah melakukan kegiatan wirausaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik mengarah pada jiwa social entrepreneurship (social value, civil society, innovation dan economic activity) terlihat pada usaha mahasiswa yang mengarah pada sifat saling menolong, terbuka terhadap kritik dan masukan, berusaha menjaga ketertiban dan sangat aktif pada kegiatan yang melibatkan masyarakat. Melalui penelitian pada mahasiswa, diharapkan nantinya dapat melanjutkan usaha yang pada akhirnya mampu mengkreasikan kebaruan usaha serta penambahan lapangan pekerjaan yang pada gilirannya dapat mengurangi pengangguran

Abstract

Dengan perkembangan teknologi manfaat penggunaan internet terasa bagi para pemakainya. Beberapa orang ketergantungan dengan adanya internet, termasuk aktivitas Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menegah (UMKM). Usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) merupakan salah satu bidang usaha yang dapat berkembang dikalangan masyarakat. Usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) menjadi wadah yang baik untuk menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan yang direncanakan oleh pemerintah, swasta dan pelakunya usaha perorangan. Tujuan Penelitian ini yaitu meningkatkan perekonomian melalui UMKM Buket Bunga di Desa Balonggarut. Hasil dari Program ini juga dapat membantu Warga Balonggarut dalam membangun ekonomi melalui UMKM Buket Bunga dengan potensi di Era Digital Desa Balonggarut. Abstract

This study aims to analyse the impact of self-efficacy on innovative behaviour and the moderating role of organisational support on self-efficacy and innovative behaviour. This study uses an explanatory research type. The respondents of this study were 149 lecturers at private universities in Surabaya. Data is collected using a questionnaire via a google form. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) software. The results showed that self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on the innovative behaviour of lecturers. Direct organisational support has a positive and insignificant effect on innovative behaviour. However, organisational support strengthens self-efficacy toward the innovative behaviour of private university lecturers in Surabaya. The study results follow the theory of social exchange. This research implies that faculty support given to lecturers will make them improve their self-efficacy and strengthen their innovative behaviour to produce their best performance.

Abstract

Bank Pengkreditan Rakyat Syariah Mandiri Gresik, using the technical method Probability Sampling type Simple Random Sampling. Collecting data in this study is using questionnaire and interviews. The results of this study concluded that the results of simultaneous testing of motivation, work discipline and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance.
