Abstract

Karimun Regency is a coastal area where coastal coastal areas are one of the areas that have many problems, especially in the field of public health. Health problems in coastal areas are a very complex problem. Various efforts have been made by the Karimun District Health Office in improving health services and facilities, especially for tuberculosis prevention. However, overall tuberculosis cases in Meral District, Karimun Regency continued to increase from previous years. The implementation of the tuberculosis prevention program policy in Meral Subdistrict has not been carried out optimally even though tuberculosis officers in the Meral District have tried to run the tuberculosis prevention program. There are several obstacles in the implementation of pulmonary tuberculosis prevention programs including the lack of facilities and special health workers for tuberculosis, low awareness of tuberculosis sufferers to reduce tuberculosis transmission, and the patient's low knowledge of the risk of tuberculosis.

Abstract

Although acts of sexual violence are rife and have become a national issue, at the community level, this can be said to be relatively un holistically socialized. The community, especially parents who have children, should get complete, correct and accurate information on matters relating to sexual violence, given the data that the perpetrators tend to be the closest people who still have family relations such as brothers, uncles and even their own fathers. In addition to providing knowledge and understanding of sexual violence and prevention efforts, the purpose of this activity was also to encourage the community, especially parents, to become empowered and responsible figures for the safety of children to avoid acts of sexual violence. The method used of implementing activities through lectures or counseling for adult learning and Focus Group Discussion (FGD).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the work environment and self-efficacy both partially and simultaneously on the work productivity of lecturers at the Universities in Batam City. The analysis employed is associative analysis, and the research method is quantitative, in which the sample includes lecturers at four universities in Batam City, including Universitas Batam, Universitas Ibnu Sina, Universitas Universal, and Universitas Riau Kepulauan. The sampling methodology employs the stratified random sampling technique, a sampling method that takes into consideration the levels or strata in the population. This technique is used when the population comprises members or elements that are not homogeneous and stratified proportionally such that each stratum must be represented in the sample. Samples were collected from each of the two study programs at each institution, namely, Management and Accounting, with the functional position group of Head Lecturer with Lecturer, therefore the number of samples in this study was 40 respondents. The findings of this study show that: 1) the work environment has a partial and significant effect on work productivity; 2) self-efficacy has a partial and significant effect on work productivity; and 3) the work environment and self-efficacy both have a positive and significant effect on work productivity. The adjusted R square value of 0.884 can be called the coefficient of determination. This indicates 0.884 (84.4 percent) of work productivity may be gained and described by the work environment and self-efficacy. The other 15.6% can be explained by variables outside the model that were not explored.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh signifikan literasi keuangan dan pendidikan keuangan di keluarga terhadap perilaku keuangan mahasiswa prodi Keperawatan Stikes Hang Tuah Tanjungpinang semester II. Penelitian ini dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dalam pengumpulan kueisioner dan analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif serta regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan literasi keuangan dan pendidikan keuangan di keluarga terhadap perilaku keuangan mahasiswa yang signifikan.Kata Kunci: Literasi keuangan, pendidikan keuangan, perilaku keuangan
