Abstract

Financial distress is a phase of decline in financial condition that occurred before the onset of bankruptcy. This study aims to examine the effect of liquidity, leverage, operating capacity, sales growth and firm size of financial distress. This research was conducted at the companies listed on the stock exchange in 2016-2017. The samples used were as many as 108 company observations selected using purposive sampling method. Data collection was done by using the documentation obtained from bei website. The analysis technique used is logistic regression that is helped by e-views 9 program. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that the liquidity, the operating capacity, sales growth and firm size ratios are able to affects the financial distress of manufacturing company with negative direction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find empirical evidence about the effect of financial performance and capital structure on firm value and whether company size can moderate the influence of financial performance and capital structure on firm value. The sample in this research is the trading, service and investment companies which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in period 2016-2018. The research sample are 33 companies using purposive sampling technique. The analysis methods of this research used multiple linear regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) to test the moderating variables. The results showed that financial performance and firm size had a positive effect on firm value. Capital structure has a negative effect on firm value. And the firm size can not moderate the financial performance and capital structure of the firm's value..

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze work stress on work stress. To analyze the effect of workload on work stress. Analyze the effect of job insecurity on turnover intention. Techniques regarding datausing a questionnaire by applying a questionnaire to PT.DVN employees. Abstract

This study purpose to analyze the effect of motivation and employee engagement on organizational commitment and OCB, as well as the mediating effect of commitment on the effect of motivation and employee engagement on OCB of Bank Jateng Purbalingga employees. The technique of determining the sample is saturated sampling so that all the population becomes a sample of 44 people. The analytical tool used is Partial Least Square with t test and mediation test using VAF method. The results showed that there was an influence of motivation and employee engagement on organizational commitment and OCB, and commitment to mediate the influence of motivation and employee engagement on OCB for Bank Jateng Purbalingga employees with an overall significance value of less than 0.05.

Abstract

Environmental problems such as air pollution, global warming and water scarcity pose a threat to environmental sustainability. One of the causes is the administration of public services. To reduce environmental damage, public organizations must support the implementation of activities that are more environmentally friendly and their employees must display pro-environmental behavior. The research was expected to contribute practical ideas in the form of optimal implementation of environmentally friendly office programs, and theoretical contributions because there were still few researches on pro-environmental behavior of public employees. The study examined the influence of Perceptions of Regulations on the Implementation of Environmentally Friendly Office Programs and Public Service Motivation on the Pro-Environmental Behavior of Civil Servants through Organization Citizenship Behavior Toward Environment (OCBE) as Intervening Variables. The research sample was West Semarang KPP Pratama employees who had implemented an environmentally friendly program. The theoretical basis was TPB (Theory of Planned Behavior) which had been widely used to test pro-environmental behavior. The results showed that the perception of regulation had no significant effect on pro-environmental behavior. Meanwhile, Public Service Motivation and OCBE had a significant influence. Then OCBE mediated the perception of regulation with pro-environmental behavior  fully, and public service motivation partially mediated pro-environmental behavior partially.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Leader Member Exchange and Employee Engagement on Performance with Organizational Culture moderation. The number of samples as many as 97 respondents obtained from the sampling technique of the sensus method. Technical data analysis includes validity test through factor analysis, reliability test and continued with multiple linear regression test. Four hypotheses were proposed in this study. The results of the statistical test stated that all indicators were valid and reliable. Furthermore, in the regression test, it is found that Leader Member Exchange and Employee Engagement are proven to contribute to explaining performance. In the f test, it is confirmed that Leader Member Exchange and Employee Engagement have a simultaneous effect on performance. The t-test proves that there is a positive and significant influence of Leader Member Exchange on performance as well as a positive and significant influence of Employee Engagement on Performance. Furthermore, in the moderation test, it was found that Organizational Culture was able to become a Moderating Variable and was reinforcing on the Influence of Leader Member Exchange on Performance and Organizational Culture was able to be a Moderating Variable and was reinforcing on the influence of Employee Engagement on Performance.

Abstract

Indonesia memasuki revolusi 4.0 yang membawa banyak sekali perubahan di segala bidang termasuk bidang teknologi. Teknologi keterbaharuan terbesar bersifat terdesentralisasi dengan ciri transparan, nyaman, permanen serta tidak bisa diganti yang biasa dikenal dengan Blockchain. Blockchain sudah diterapkan di banyak bidang semacam cryptocurrency, akuntansi serta tata kelola pendidikan. Tetapi, teknologi Blockchain saat ini sedang dalam sesi percobaan serta mempunyai sebagian permasalahan yang wajib dituntaskan tercantum kapasitas pemrosesan informasi yang terbatas, kerahasiaan data, serta kesusahan regulasi. Artikel ini menerangkan tentang kemampuan pelaksanaan teknologi Blockchain dalam akuntansi keuangan pendidikan pendidikan. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini mengusulkan desain framework bagi finansial pendidikan tinggi agar keamanan buku besar dapat ditingkatkan. Dalam jangka panjang, platform ini secara efisien bisa kurangi kesalahan dalam pengungkapan serta manajemen laba, tingkatkan mutu data akuntansi pendidikan serta kurangi asimetri data. Metode analisis dengan perhitungan skor SUS terhadap sistem Blockchain akuntansi menunjukkan 85, sehingga framework ini termasuk dalam kategori Net Promoter. Hasil akhir penelitian ini mampu mengoptimalkan finansial keuangan pada pendidikan tinggi dengan menggunakan Blockchain.  Indonesia is entering the 4.0 revolution, which brings many changes in all fields, including technology. The most extensive new technology is decentralized with transparent, convenient, permanent, and irreplaceable characteristics, commonly known as Blockchain. Blockchain has been applied in all fields, especially in the field of technology. But Blockchain technology is currently still in the pilot stage which has some issues and needs to be resolved. These include regulatory difficulties, limited information processing capacity, and data confidentiality. This article describes the ability to implement Blockchain technology in educational, financial accounting. Therefore, this study proposes a framework design for higher education finance to improve the security of the ledger. In the long term, this platform can efficiently reduce disclosure and earnings management errors, improve the quality of educational accounting data, and reduce data asymmetry. The analysis method by calculating the SUS score against the accounting Blockchain system shows 85, so this framework is included in the Net Promoter category. The final result of this research can optimize financial finance in higher education by using Blockchain.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh online customer review, online customer rating, dan diskon terhadap keputusan pembelian dan peran kepercayaan konsumen memediasi pengaruh online customer review, online customer rating, dan diskon terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini diadakan di Kota Bandung. Kuesioner yang telah sudah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya ditujukan kepada 100 orang responden. Cara pengumpulan datanya memakai kuisioner. Sedangkan pengukuran analisis datanya memakai aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil pengukuran antar variabel t-statistik menghasilkan (1) Online customer review dan diskon berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan konsumen. (2) Online customer rating tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan konsumen maupun keputusan pembelian. (3) Online customer review tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. (4) Diskon dan kepercayaan konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. (5) Kepercayaan konsumen signifikan memediasi hubungan online customer review maupun diskon terhadap keputusan pembelian, namun tidak signifikan memediasi hubungan online customer rating terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh bukti secara empiris pengaruh program laku pandai terhadap penghimpunan dana pihak ketiga untuk memperoleh bukti secara empiris pengaruh inflasi terhadap penghimpunan dana pihak ketiga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Jenis dan Sumber Data Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder, yakni dokumen perusahaan berupa laporan keuangan triwulanan dan annual report perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini, populasi mencakup seluruh perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode regresi liner berganda.

Abstract

The significant growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Semarang City, totaling 91 thousand licensed units, plays a crucial role in job creation and income generation. However, the majority of MSMEs face challenges in financial management, particularly due to low education and a lack of financial knowledge. About 70% of MSMEs start due to economic pressures rather than innovative products or specific skills. The Financial Management Awareness for MSMEs aims to enhance business practitioners' knowledge of financial management principles, cash flow management, financial planning, cash risk management, and financial performance measurement.The implementation method involves 44 participants from BRI Incubator, focusing on financial management, marketing, and business strategy training. The training took place on September 18, 2023, at the BRI State-Owned Enterprise House in Semarang. The evaluation shows a significant improvement in understanding, with participants stating the usefulness of overcoming financial challenges. This activity successfully empowered MSMEs, supported local economic growth, and created a positive impact on the community. The conclusion suggests recommending group mentoring tailored to business fields to enhance the specificity of financial reports.Keywords: Community Service, Financial Management, SMEs, BRI Incubator Training
