Abstract

Today competition in higher education appears increasingly stringent. Rapid global changes in terms of technological advances (products, services or processes) as well as the social and economic life of society, should encourage the holding of a precaution through policy and strategy of college so that later can still survive in all fields. This study aims to determine the effect of a positive and significant changes in any obtained against the student learning process and the positive and negative impacts on the efficiency ime learn than when using a manual system and to find out the variables which have an influence on the infrastructure domain. The research conducted is in the form of an explanatory research which means research that explains the whole of the object under study in certain limits. Data collection method used is survey method used simple random sampling technique (simple random sample) with a target Respondents are end users (end-users) in all types of organizations either (Government, Education, Perusahaah and social), which is commonly used as an information system AIDS. The population in this study were all students and faculty in particular the Multimedia Studies Program in their full amount to 130 people and a sample of this research for a number of students taken a number of 87 students. The samples in this study is called stratified random sampling, which means that if a diguankan study population showed a good startifikasi strata of large, medium small maupu against the population. In general, the purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of infrastructure especially in the way the Wifi Zone's global communication challenges of globalization are expected to be online that can be applied. Data collection method used is survey method using simple random sampling (simple random sample) with a target respondents are end users (end-users) in all types of organizations (government, education, enterprise and social) that regular use of information systems as a tool Bantu. In this study the technique of determining the sample taking of the semester I and III and the teaching staff penelitaian The results showed that the average value of the overall score obtained for the independent variables representing the level of satisfaction waifi use and effect singnifikan with Kuwat enough correlation to the efficiency of the use of technology wifi on the teaching and learning process is the stability / reliability, accuracy, timeliness of documentation and support system.   Keyword: Wifi, Simple Random Sampling Technique, singnifikan.

Abstract

Police Station is one of institution community, has the function to serve the community as a community needs to police. The reality, a few people know where the location of the nearest police station in the city of Pekanbaru Riau and get information from every police station. It take a long time to get the right information, where is the right information about that police station. This study is applying geographic information system that provides information to the police station regarding to location, category of the police station and other information. This system was implemented using Location Based Service (LBS) on android mobile technology with Google Map is used to facilitate the search location, distance of the police station. This application was successfully mapping of police station in Pekanbaru Riau, its help community more easily to find the police station in accordance with wishes category information.

Abstract

Seni budaya yang terdapat di Provinsi Riau sangatlah beragam. Namun, sebagian masyarakat masih kurang mengenal seni budaya yang terdapat di Provinsi Riau. Penyediaan informasi mengenai seni dan budaya Provinsi Riau yang menggunakan teknologi multimedia dirasa masih kurang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat aplikasi multimedia seni budaya Provinsi Riau. Pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakan Adobe Flash CS4 Professional, sedangkan untuk perancangannya menggunakan perancangan multimedia yaitu Storyboard, Flowchart, dan Strukur Navigasi Hirarki. Aplikasi Multimedia Pengenalan Seni Budaya Provinsi Riau ini dapat membantu kalangan usia sekolah dan masyarakat untuk menambah wawasannya tentang seni budaya provinsi Riau. Aplikasi ini juga diharapkan menjadi sarana informasi mengenai kesenian dan  kebudayaan di Provinsi Riau.

Abstract

One tour that can support the regional economy found in Kampar Regency is Teluk Jering which is located in Dusun III in Teluk Kenidai Village, Tambang District, Kampar Regency. The location is also called Pantai Cinta because the sand on the edge of the river has white sand and clean beach. Many residents who came from Pekanbaru and other areas deliberately visited Teluk Jering. The development is carried out by making road directions to the location of attractions, gates, photo spots, information signs, the website of the Teluk Jering village and promotion and publication on social media. The development and tourism of Teluk Jering will have an impact on the arrival of visitors to the Teluk Jering tourist attraction will increase the income of the people of Teluk Jering Village. The tourism sector is a potential sector to be developed as a source of regional income. The development of tourism depends on the visits that come to visit the place. The increase in the number of visits that occur is a reflection of the continued development of tourism, to maintain and increase the number of tourist visits

Abstract

Pada umumnya kran digerakan secara manual dengan diputar menggunakan tangan. Sistem kran yang manual ini bisa menjadi penyebab penyebaran virus covid-19, karena virus ini dapat bertahan pada sebuah media dan menularkannya lagi ke orang lain yang memegang kran tersebut. Untuk meminimalisasi kontak lewat benda, maka dibuatlah inovasi kran otomatis menggunakan sensor ultrasonic. Dengan jarak maksimal pendeteksian sensor ultrasonic 10 cm, orang yang akan menggunakan air tidak perlu lagi memegang kran untuk memutarnya secara manual, karena sensor akan memberikan intruksi untuk membuka katup pada selenoid valve secara otomatis apabila ada objek yang terdeteksi pada jarak kerja sensor tersebut, dan akan menutup kembali secara otomatis apabila sensor ultrasonic tidak mendeteksi adanya objek. Tahapan yang akan dilakukan dalam enelitian ini adalah melakukan surver ke tempat-tempat umum yang sering menggunakan kran manual seperti, mesjid, sekolah, minimarket dan tempat lainya yang memberikan fasilitas untuk mencuci tangan. Sedangakan luaran yang akan dihasilkan nantinya adalah sebuah produk kran air otomatis yang siap pakai, tanpa melakukan perubahan pada installasi air yang telah terpasang sebelumnya. Dengan digunakannya kran otomatis ini bagi masyarakat umum, sehingga dapat meminimalisasi berkembangnya wabah pandemi covid-19

Abstract

The development of information technology has now reached the world of education. One of the information technology that is developing at this time is SMS Gateway. In the world of education, SMS Gateway is needed because it can present a variety of information related to studentdevelopment.In this information system discusses about how the process of sending students academic value via SMS, sent from the system automatically (if students send SMS request value using a certain format)by using computerization.Assessment System on SDIT Sakinah ie, students get three report cards in each semester, consisting of two monthly report cards and semester report card. The distribution of semester report cards is distributed directly to the parents of the students at the end of each semester, while the monthly report card is given directly to the students without the accompanying parent/guardian who is sometimes not on time. Therefore, some of the problems that arise such as, after the test is held, students will come and always ask the teacher who teaches about the value obtained. This makes the inefficient time spent by students and teachers who teach.By using SMS gateway is expected to help students and also the school to streamline the time, and help parents/guardians to monitor the learning activities of children in school. So as to enhance the student's academic value.

Abstract

Penentuan dosen pembimbing untuk Mahasiswa/i sangat berpengaruh dalam menyelesaikan Tugas Akhir/Skripsi. Dosen pembimbing yang kompeten dan sesuai dengan bidang tugas akhir mahasiswa mampu mengarahkan dan menentukan keberhasilan tugas akhir mahasiswa tersebut. Dalam skripsi ini text mining digunakan untuk mengklasifikasi dosen pembimbing yang tepat untuk mahasiswa/i dalam menyelesaikan tugas akhir. Klasifikasi diterapkan pada judul tugas akhir mahasiswa berdasarkan pengalaman, keahlian dan bidang dosen pembimbing. Algoritma yang digunakan adalah algoritma naive bayes classifier (NBC). Sebelum dilakukan klasifikasi data terlebih dahulu diproses pada tahap text preprocessing, yang terdiri dari case folding, stopcharacter removal, stopword, stemming dan pembobotan. Evaluasi untuk mengukur akurasi pada sistem ini menggunakan confusion matrix yang menghasilkan akurasi 78% pada dosen pembimbing dan menghasilkan akurasi 95% pada bidang keahlian.

Abstract

Penggunaan bibit unggul berpengaruh besar dalam produktifitas usaha tani, salah satunya bibit unggul jagung pipil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah SPK (sistem pendukung keputusan) pemilihan bibit unggul jagung pipil dengan menggunakan metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) berbasis web. Pengguna dapat melakukan input perbandingan berpasangan antar kriteria, sistem akan memberikan hasil rekomendasi bibit unggul jagung pipil terbaik berdasarkan perhitungan metode AHP dan metode SAW. SPK berbasis website ini dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP, HTML serta menggunakan framework Laravel dan database MySQL. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan metode AHP urutan prioritas bibit unggul jagung pipil secara berturut yaitu Bisi 18 dengan bobot 0,3922 lalu Pioneer 23 dengan bobot 0,3185, Betras 4 dengan bobot 0,1662 dan NK 99 dengan bobot 0,1231 sehingga jenis bibit unggul jagung yang disarankan adalah Bisi 18. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan SAW hasil perangkingan yang sudah diurutkan berdasarkan bobot yang paling besar, dapat dilihat bahwa urutan alternatif terbaik yaitu sama dengan alternatif metode AHP yaitu basis 18. Bobot dimetode SAW 0,8085 lalu Pioneer 23 dengan bobot 0,6506, Batras 4 dengan bobot 0,3434 dan NK 99 dengan bobot 0,2528.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi bagian penting bagi Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Pekanbaru dalam melakukan dan mengelola kegiatan perekaman E-KTP. Pemanfaatan TI yang tepat pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Pekanbaru dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan efisiensi proses perekaman E-KTP . Oleh karena itu, penting bagi Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Pekanbaru untuk melakukan evaluasi, pengarahan, dan pemantauan TI. Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Pekanbaru memiliki tujuan dan rencana strategis yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan teknologi informasi dalam melakukan dan mengelola proses perekaman E-KTP. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tata kelola teknologi informasi Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Pekanbaru dalam melakukan pengawasan TI, pemantauan manajemen risiko TI, penentuan standar TI, serta manajemen SDM TI menggunakan framework COBIT 5. Penelitian ini berfokus pada proses domain EDM yang menekankan pada penilaian Tata Kelola TI, optimasi resiko dan sumber daya yang mencakup praktek dan kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pilihan strategis dengan lima subdomain (EDM01, EDM02, EDM03, EDM04 dan EDM05) yang berupa optimalisasi kerangka Tata Kelola, optimalisasi manfaat TI, optimalisasi risiko TI, optimalisasi sumber daya TI, dan transparansi pemangku kepentingan dalam perekaman E-KTP . Hasil dari analisis Tata Kelola Teknologi Informasi Ini berupa 60 rekomendasi untuk pencapaian kapabilitas level 1 pada sub domain EDM03 dan EDM05, dan pencapaian level 3 pada sub domain EDM01, EDM02, dan EDM04. Kata Kunci: Analisis COBIT 5, Domain EDM, Kapabilitas, Tata Kelola TI, Dinas kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Riau Province has a population of 6,642,874 and a diverse geography, which poses significant challenges in optimizing Islamic preaching activities. Traditional assignment methods often lead to inefficiencies due to misalignment between the preacher’s expertise and congregational needs, as well as logistical issues. This study integrates K-Means clustering and DBSCAN algorithms with interactive geographic visualization to optimize the assignment of preachers to mosques. We collected 435 data points, including 185 mosques and 250 preachers. K-Means was evaluated using the Elbow Method and Silhouette Score, identifying 10 clusters as optimal with a Silhouette Score of 0.435654. However, K-Means does not handle outliers effectively, as indicated by zero outliers in all configurations. DBSCAN was tested with various epsilon (eps) and minimum sample values. The optimal configuration with eps of 1.5 and 5 minimum samples resulted in 10 clusters with a Silhouette Score of 0.381108 and 60 outliers. DBSCAN effectively manages outliers and varying densities. Although K-Means is advantageous for its simplicity and higher Silhouette Scores, it is unable to handle outliers effectively. DBSCAN provides robust clustering for noisy data. Therefore, it can be concluded that hybridizing unsupervised learning algorithms with geographic visualization can potentially improve the effectiveness of preaching activities in Riau Province and enhance preacher assignment.
