AbstrakWebometrics merupakan sistem pemeringkatan Perguruan Tinggi berbasis website yang dapat digunakan sebagai indikator kinerja global sebuah universitas. UNRI sebagai institusi yang memiliki visi untuk menjadi universitas yang unggul di bidang riset terus berupaya meningkatkan peringkat Webometrics-nya. Namun dalam beberapa dekade terakhir, peringkat Webometric UNRI menurun dari peringkat 8 menjadi peringkat 35 dalam dua tahun terakhir. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis dan benchmark sehingga dihasilkan strategi TIK untuk meningkatkkan peringkat Webometric UNRI berdasarkan permasalahan yang dialami menggunakan metode SWOT dan Gap Analysis. Beberapa faktor utama yang menyebabkan menurunnya peringkat Webometric di antaranya adalah kurang efektifnya mekanisme tata kelola website sehingga banyak konten-konten yang tidak dapat diindek dengan baik oleh mesin pencari. Selain itu perubahan metodelogi penilaian Webometric juga memberikan pengaruh, dimana pada tahun 2019 Webometric menyeimbangkan porsi komponen aktifitas dan impact website. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa strategi yang kemudian diturunkan menjadi rencana aksi untuk meningkatkan peringkat UNRI di antaranya penguatan tata kelola website, implementasi kebijakan SEO dan Open Access, dan penggunaan aplikasi MY UNRI sebagai media berbagi tautan untuk meningkatkan nilai Visibility. Setelah melakukan implementasi beberapa strategi tersebut, maka peringkat Webometric UNRI periode Januari 2021 mengalami peningkatan dari peringkat 35 menjadi 31. Kata Kunci: Analisa Gap,Peringkat Universitas, SEO, Strategi TIK, SWOT, WebometricAbstractWebometrics is the largest academic ranking of Higher Education Institutions by analyzing publicly available web data, combining the variables into a composite indicator, and with truly global coverage. UNRI, as Higher Education Institutions that has the vision to excel in research continues to strive to improve its webometrics ranking. However, in the last few decades, UNRI's Webometrics ranking has declined. This study aims to carry out analysis, benchmarks, and ICT strategy formulation to increase UNRI's ranking using SWOT and gap analysis. Some of the main factors that caused this decline in ranking include the ineffective website governance mechanism that causes much content to be indexed properly by search engines. Besides, the changes of the Webometrics ranking methodology also affect, wherein 2019 the Webometrics balance the portion of the activity component and website impact. The proposed strategy is implemented in the action plan to increase UNRI Webometric rank. Therefore strengthening website governance is very important to increase activity and implementation of SEO, Open Access policies, and the usage of MY UNRI, which are expected to increase the Impact and Excellence of UNRI. The result of these strategies is an improvement on UNRI Webometric Rank in January 2020 from 35th to 31th.Keywords: Gap Analysis, Higher Education Institutions Rank, ICT Strategy, SEO,SWOT, Webometrics

Ada beberapa tes bahasa Inggris yang digunakan untuk menilai kemampuan seorang individu. Tes ini digunakan untuk berbagai hal seperti mendapatkan beasiswa, pekerjaan, masuk perguruan tinggi dan pekerjaan di beberapa badan usaha milik negara. Hal ini mendorong banyak orang untuk mengikuti program belajar untuk persiapan tes tersebut. Namun dalam pemilihan lembaga kursus bahasa Inggris, masih menggunakan cara manual yang tidak efisien. Oleh karena itu penting untuk membangun sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode Weighting Product (WP) yang dapat membantu dalam menentukan lembaga kursus bahasa Inggris. Sistem ini dibuat dan dirancang menggunakan UML, pembuatan sistem menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan databasenya dengan MYSQL. Hasil akhir dari perhitungan WP adalah sebuah perangkingan yang diurutkan berdasarkan nilai preferensi setiap alternatif yang mempunyai nilai tertinggi. Berdasarkan data lembaga kursus TOEFL di kota Pekanbaru, maka alternatif LTI Yani Toefl-IBT yang direkomendasikan sebagai kursus bahasa Inggris TOEFL.

Quality test is a crucial phase in the system development process to ensure that system work as its requirement. Therefore, the Portal Kukerta (Kuliah Kerja Nyata) Universitas Riau, an information system to manage data and activities of Kukerta, needs to assess. In this research, Portal Kukerta has been assessed using the McCalls software quality framework. The aspect that is focused on this research is product operation. Product operation consists of correctness, usability, integrity, reliability, and efficiency. The data collected by distributing questionnaires to 67 participants. The results show that users give a positive response to two aspects, namely efficiency 99.90% and usability 64%. However, for the reliability factor 43%, correctness 48%, integrity 56% get a neutral value that there are aspects that are considered less by the user. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the Kukerta portal is very efficient in managing the data of Kukerta University of Riau and can be easily used by users. However, in terms of reliability, correction, and integrity need to be improved. The implication of the research are (1) providing a reference in assessing quality of a software and (2) specifically providing a recommendation for Portal Kukerta Universitas Riau for their system improvements.

PT. PLN (Persero) in serving society requires quality human resources. Quality of employees in supporting the advancement of a company is very important, so that many companies are working to have quality qualified employees. One way to overcome these problems is by capturing prospective employees in accordance with the criteria desired by the company, it's just that many companies are often problematic in the process of filing and sorting because it is done manually, the result becomes not in accordance with the desired criteria of a prospective employee company. So it takes a decision support system (SPK) with the method of Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) for selection of employees who have several criteria such as the Endurance Test, Academic Test, Psych Test, Lab Test, And Interviews. Results can be concluded that the DSS employee acceptance using TOPSIS method produced a system that could provide the best applicant's recommendations in accordance with the criteria specified

One tour that can support the regional economy found in Kampar Regency is Teluk Jering which is located in Dusun III in Teluk Kenidai Village, Tambang District, Kampar Regency. The location is also called Pantai Cinta because the sand on the edge of the river has white sand and clean beach. Many residents who came from Pekanbaru and other areas deliberately visited Teluk Jering. The development is carried out by making road directions to the location of attractions, gates, photo spots, information signs, the website of the Teluk Jering village and promotion and publication on social media. The development and tourism of Teluk Jering will have an impact on the arrival of visitors to the Teluk Jering tourist attraction will increase the income of the people of Teluk Jering Village. The tourism sector is a potential sector to be developed as a source of regional income. The development of tourism depends on the visits that come to visit the place. The increase in the number of visits that occur is a reflection of the continued development of tourism, to maintain and increase the number of tourist visits

The way that can be done is by recruiting prospective job seekers in accordance with the criteria desired by the company, it's just that so far many companies have problems in the filing and sorting process because it is done manually, so the results do not match the criteria for the desired job seekers So we need a decision support system with the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique method to provide recommendations for the best job seekers with the criteria for Endurance tests, academic tests, psychological tests, laboratory tests and interview tests. The final result of this SPK is that it can provide recommendations for the best job seekers in accordance with the specified criteria.

Dunia perguruan tinggi telah memanfaatkan informasi untuk mengefisiensikan proses-proses akademik yang ada di dalamnya yang disebut dengan Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAK). SIAK dalam kaitannya dengan proses pengembangan perangkat lunak adalah pada tahapan dalam melakukan pembangunan aplikasi SIAK tersebut dimana sebagian besar tahapan pembangunannya dan pengembangannya masih bersifat ad hoc. Jika dicermati, SIAK ini dibangun menurut kebutuhan yang dapat dilihat dari prosesnya. Dari analisis implementasi SIAK, pada beberapa institusi akan diperoleh beberapa proses yang umum. Proses yang umum ini akan merepresentasikan keumuman dalam kebutuhan spesifikasi perangkat lunak. Dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan analisis pada beberapa aplikasi SIAK yang digunakan pada beberapa institusi pendidikan tinggi untuk dilihat keumuman prosesnya. Fokus penelitian pada registrasi akademik sebagai bagian dari SIAK. Format representasi pattern yang diimplementasikan pada hasil analisis akan mengacu pada penelitian Eko K Budiardjo dengan Software Requirement Specification (SRS) Pattern-nya. SRS pattern yang berhasil diidentifikasi pada penelitian ini adalah Registrasi KRS/IRS Mahasiswa, Perubahan KRS/IRS mahasiswa, dan persetujuan KRS/IRS mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa SRS pattern bisa direpresentasikan dengan memahami proses registrasi akademik yang sudah diimplementasikan untuk mendapatkan kebutuhan software yang spesifik.

Hasil akhir dari perhitungan SAW adalah sebuah perangkingan yang diurutkan berdasarkan nilai preferensi setiap alternatif yang mempunyai nilai tertinggi. Berdasarkan data lembaga kursus TOEFL, IELTS dan TOEIC di kota Pekanbaru, maka alternatif LTI Panam Toefl 2 Reg yang direkomendasikan sebagai kursus bahasa Inggris TOEFL, alternatif LTI Panam Ielts yang direkomendasikan sebagai kursus bahasa Inggris IELTS, dan alternatif LTI Panam Toeic Reg yang direkomendasikan sebagai kursus bahasa Inggris TOEIC. Abstract: Scholarships are provided selectively according to the type of learning held. There are so many scholarships offered to students who are outstanding and poor, one of which is the scholarship provided by the University of Riau, named Bidikmisi scholarship. The evaluation process of prospective scholarship recipients is carried out by the committee directly and is still done manually. So that it allows the creation of a support system for the decision to accept Bidikmisi scholarships using the smart web-based method. The system created, designed using UML diagrams, the system has made using the PHP programming language and database. The resulting system can process using ten experimental data obtained a sequence of values from highest to smallest, with the highest amount of 0.75. Keywords: Bidikmisi; Decision Support System; Scholarship; Smart Method. Abstrak: Pemberian beasiswa dilakukan secara selekif sesuai dengan jenis beasiswa yang diadakan. Banyak sekali beasiswa yang ditawarkan kepada mahasiswa yang berprestasi dan kurang mampu, salah satunya beasiswa yang ditawarkan universitas riau yaitu beasiswa bidikmisi. Proses Penilaian calon penerima beasiswa dilakukan oleh panitia secara langsung dan masih dilakukan secara manual. Sehingga memungkinkan dibuatnya suatu sistem pendukung keputusan penerimaan beasiswa bidikmisi menggunakan metode smart berbasis web. Sistem yang dibuat, dirancang menggunakan UML diagram, pembuatan sistem menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database. Sistem yang dihasilkan mampu mengolah data mahasiswa, mengolah data calon penerima untuk dihitung dan laporan jumlah calon penerima yang diterima dan ditolak. Hasil akhir dengan menggunakan 10 data percobaan diperoleh urutan nilai dari yang tertinggi sampai terkecil, dengan nilai tertinggi 0,75. Kata kunci: Beasiwa; Bidikmisi; Sistem Pendukung Keputusan; Smart.

Abstract: The Employee’s performance appraisal is something that must be done by the company or organization to be able to evaluate the company's development. Permata Hati Duri Hospital conducts employee performance appraisals every month. This study aims to create an employee performance appraisal system that can facilitate the hospital when evaluating employee performance. The assessment criteria used are competence, professionalism, communication, management and friendliness with. This research uses TOPSIS method, PHP and MySQL programming as database. The sample used is 10 employees. The final result obtained in the system is the result of ranking employee. Keywords: employee performance appraisal; topsis. Abstrak: Penilaian kinerja karyawan adalah hal yang harus dilakukan oleh perusahaan atau organisasi untuk dapat mengevaluasi perkembangan perusahaan. Rumah Sakit Permata Hati Duri melakukan penilaian kinerja terhadap karyawan pada setiap bulannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat sistem penilaian kinerja karyawan yang dapat memudahkan pihak rumah sakit saat melakukan penilaian kinerja karyawan. Kriteria penilaian yang digunakan adalah kompetensi, profesionalisme, komunikasi, manajemen dan keramahan dengan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode TOPSIS, pemograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai database. Adapun sampel yang digunakan adalah 10 karyawan. Hasil akhir yang didapatkan pada sistem berupa hasil perangkingan nilai karyawan. Kata kunci: penilaian kinerja karyawan; topsis.
