Abstract

This program aims to enhance the skills of Early Childhood Education (ECE) teachers in Syiah Kuala District by utilizing household waste as a basis for Educational Play Tools (EPT). Implemented through training sessions, the program includes EPT creation materials, waste processing techniques, and guidance to design creative and functional tools. The results indicate a significant increase in participants' understanding and ability to process household waste into safe, engaging educational tools for children. The impact is evident from increased teacher creativity and active participation in using waste as environmentally friendly learning media. This program contributes to household waste management and enriches ECE teaching methods in the area.

Abstract

The training on the calculation of the cost of goods sold (COGS) at Koperasi Jeumpa Puteh aimed to enhance the economic capacity of its members, particularly women, in managing their micro-businesses. The activity provided basic understanding of COGS, simple financial management, and product marketing techniques. The program also included training in producing antiseptic soap from used cooking oil waste, adopting a circular economy concept to reduce waste and increase product competitiveness. The training results showed an improvement in the members' understanding of COGS, allowing them to calculate production costs and set more accurate selling prices. Furthermore, the members also gained skills in financial management and digital product marketing. This program has had a positive impact on women's empowerment, improving family welfare, and supporting the sustainability of micro-enterprises at the community level.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of Return On Assets, Return On Equity, Net Profit Margin, and Total Asset Turnover on the stock prices of LQ45 companies. The population in this study consisted of 68 companies. Using the purposive sampling method, 24 companies were observed in this study. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicated that ROA, NPM, and TATO had a positive and significant effect on stock prices, while ROE did not have a significant effect on stock prices for LQ45 companies during the 2020-2024 period. Return on Assets, Return on Equity, Net Profit Margin, and Total Asset Turnover simultaneously influenced stock prices in LQ45 companies for the 2020-2024 period.
