Abstract

Penggunaan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) pada proyek konstruksi merupakan program pemerintah dalam upaya mendukung keselamatan pekerja saat di lingkungan proyek konstruksi. Permasalahan utama yang menyebabkan kecelakaan adalah rendahnya pemahaman K3 yang juga berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Pembahasan dari penelitian ini adalah pengaruh penggunaan K3 terhadap kinerja pekerja pada proyek konstruksi Pembangunan Gedung Asrama dan Kelas Baru Balai Pelatihan Kesehatan (BAPELKES). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan K3 di lingkungan proyek tersebut dengan survei pengisian kuesioner oleh pekerja proyek tersebut sebanyak 50 responden. Hasil uji regresi berganda menggunakan program SPSS menghasilkan nilai koefisien regresi (X1) faktor komitmen top managemen terhadap K3 sebesar 0.414, (X2) faktor lingkungan kerja sebesar 0.582, (X3) faktor keterlibatan pekerja dalam K3 sebesar 0.670, (X4) faktor peraturan dan prosedur K3 sebesar 0.468. Sedangkan hasil pengaruh penggunaan K3 dari hasil koefisien determinsi R Square yaitu sebesar 0.587 mendefinisikan pengaruh sebesar 58,7% terhadap variabel (Y) kinerja pekerja proyek konstruksi.

Abstract

The development of the transportation system in Banda Aceh City every year experiences a very significant development. This has an impact on inadequate transportation facilities and infrastructure. This problem urges the Banda Aceh city government, especially agencies related to the Department of Transportation, to be able to overcome problems that arise such as congestion and limited parking space. This study aims to determine the role of the Banda Aceh City Transportation Service, the factors that support and hinder the implementation of electronic off-street parking in Banda Aceh City and the amount of PAD received from the off-street parking sector. The result of this research is that the Banda Aceh City Transportation Service is responsible for offstreet parking management management on Jl. T. Panglima Nyak Makam and the supporting factors are reducing congestion, preventing PAD leakage, making parking management more orderly, while the inhibiting factors are limited parking space, budget and implementation of the non-cash payment system that has not been 100% implemented. The results of data analysis of the average number of two-wheeled vehicles are 550 vehicles per day and four-wheeled vehicles are 213 vehicles. Revenue per day for two-wheeled vehicles Rp. 550,000 and 4-wheeled vehicles Rp. 426,000. If accumulated for 1 year of Rp. 356,240,000 compared to the manual parking system in 2016 of Rp. 32,770,000, the application of this electronic parking system has increased by 987% per year.

Abstract

In today's modern era, technological developments are needed to increase development in all fields. to provide flexibility and to prevent cracks in the concrete due to loading, because used tire fibers have a fairly high elastic modulus of 0.77 - 1.13 MPa, and a low density ranging from 1.08 - 1.27 tons/m3, and waste tires taken from PT. Kharindo Prakarsa, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java. The methods used are ACI 211.1-91 and ASTM C-33. The test object used is a cylinder with dimensions of 15 cm x 30 cm with a total of 20 specimens and a design FAS of 0.50. The test will be carried out until the concrete is 28 days old in an immersion bath. The results obtained from this study are the compressive strength of the control test object produced is 29.78 Mpa, and the value of the split tensile strength of concrete using the addition of used tire fibers with percentages of 0%, 0.5%, 1.0% and 1.5%. namely 3.88, 3.93, 3.96, and 4.07 MPa. Meanwhile, the determinant value (K) using linear regression analysis is 0.87, 0.81, 0.92, and 0.94, and the planned quality correlation (fct) with the test results obtained using correlation (fctcorrelation) is obtained values of 4.75, 4.44, 5.04 and 5.13, so that the difference between the correlation fct minus the 2013 fctSNI is 1.27, 2.02, and 4.67, then the comparison of fctSNI2013 testing fct correlation fct is obtained, so the correlation value is of all the percentages of fiber addition used tires are categorized as high, namely 0.81-0.99

Abstract

Pocut Baren Street was a commercial area, and there were several educational facilities where the traffic lane was used every day. In addition, it was also due to the unavailability of parking lots, so many vehicles parked on the roadside and caused traffic jams. The aim was to study and analyze the side barriers to the performance of the Pocut Baren road section between SMA Methodist and SDN 20 Banda Aceh consisting of traffic volume (Q), side barriers (SCF), capacity (C), and degree of saturation (DS). This research was conducted for 3 days, Monday, Friday and Sunday at peak hours in the morning, afternoon and evening starting from 07.00 - 8.00, 08.00 - 09.00, 12.00-13.00, 13.00-14.00, 15.00-16.00 and 17.00 - 18.00 WIB. The method used was Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI) 1997. The results showed that the level of service on Monday afternoon with Q = 1866.40 pcu / hour, SCF = 591.9 (H), C = 2349 pcu / hour, and DS = 0.79 was in the D category (near unstable currents). Friday morning, Q = 1789.95 pcu / hour, SCF = 511.6 (H), C = 2349 pcu / hour, and DS = 0.76 included in the D category (near unstable current). On Sunday afternoon, Q = 1719.50 pcu / hour, SCF = 466.4 (M), C = 2349 pcu / hour, and DS = 0.73 including the category C (stable current). Side barriers increased very high due to traffic volume if not controlled by The Government immediately.Keywords— Side barriers, capacity, performance of the Pocut Baren road, degree of saturation

Abstract

Banda Aceh has unavoidable transportation problems, such as congestion on a number of roads. One of the areas with a fairly high level of congestion and becoming the center of attention is the Simpang Surabaya area, so the Aceh Government decided to build a traffic light at the Simpang Surabaya to prevent congestion and travel delays. The purpose of this study was to review the effectiveness after the presence of a traffic light which includes the performance of the road network and to determine the vehicle speed profile at the crossroads under review. The method used is the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual. The results obtained are the highest vehicle volume occurs on Monday at the peak hour of the highest vehicle at 07.00 - 08.00 WIB and 08.00 - 09.00 WIB on T. Hasan Dek road at 14976 Kend/hour . The results of calculations using the 1997 MKJI method obtained a total cycle time of 134 seconds and a yellow time of 3 seconds consisting of the T. Hasan Dek road with a red time of 44 seconds, and a green time of 90 seconds, while on the M. Hasan road for a red time of 83 seconds. , and the green time is 50 seconds. On the T. Imuem Lueng Bata road, the red light setting is 99 seconds and the green light is 35 seconds, and on the T. Chik Ditiro road, the red light is 110 seconds and the green time is 24 seconds.Keywords : Performance of Signalized Intersection, MKJI 1997

Abstract

Konstruksi perkerasan jalan yang sering digunakan adalah lapisan aspal beton salah satunya lapisan Asphalt Concrete Wearing Course (AC-WC) yang komposisi material terdiri dari agregat kasar, agregat halus, bahan pengisi (filler), dan aspal. Namun seiring berjalannya waktu kebutuhan material untuk campuran aspal semakin sulit diperoleh maka dari itu kita mencari alternatif pengganti untuk subtitusi aspal tersebut dengan cara mensubtitusi dengan limbah Styrofoam. Indonesia merupakan penghasil limbah terbesar di dunia salah satunya limbah plastik. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan Styrofoam karena merupakan limbah yang mencapai 30% dari total sampah di dunia sehingga limbah Styrofoam menjadi limbah yang sangat mengganggu dan dapat merusak lingkungan. Styrofoam merupakan salah satu jenis plastik golongan 6 yang terbuat dari bahan plastik dan gas. Subtitusi Styrofoam pada aspal pen 60/70 diharapkan dapat menambah kekuatan perkerasan AC – WC. Dalam penelitian ini persentase subtitusi Styrofoam yang digunakan adalah 0% (Aspal Normal), 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, dan 5%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui  susbtitusi Styrofoam pada aspal dengan metode pencampuran  kering terhadap Laston Asphalt concrete – Wearing Course (AC-WC) yang masih memenuhi persyaratan spesifikasi Bina Marga 2010 Revisi 4 (2018). Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh nilai komposisi terbaik dengan menggunakan styrofoam pada komposisi 5% styrofoam pada kadar aspal 5,00%, dengan nilai stabilitas yaitu 1623,40 kg, nilai VIM yaitu 4,26%, nilai VMA yaitu 16,28%, nilai VFA yaitu 74,00% dan nilai MQ yaitu 799,00 kg/mm telah memenuhi spesifikasi yang disyaratkan Bina Marga 2010 Revisi 4 (2018). Kata Kunci: Limbah Styrofoam, Aspal Modifikasi dan Parameter Marshall.

Abstract

Air adalah salah satu prasarana kota yang amat penting dan dimanfaatkan untuk kebutuhan dasar manusia. Pemanfaatannya tidak hanya terbatas untuk keperluan rumah tangga tetapi juga untuk fasilitas umum, sosial maupun ekonomi. Salah satu cara untuk memperoleh air bersih adalah dengan memanfaatkan pelayanan Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM). PDAM merupakan suatu badan usaha yang mengolah dan melayani kebutuhan air minum masyarakat. Salah satu permasalahan yang telah dan akan timbul dalam pengelolaan air bersih adalah kemampuan PDAM sebagai penyedia air bersih pada umumnya masih terbatas baik jangkauan maupun mutu pelayanannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat efektifitas pendistribusian air bersih PDAM Tirta Daroy Kota Banda Aceh berdasarkan persepsi responden di daerah pelayanan cabang Syiah Kuala dan cabang Teuku Nyak Arief ditinjau dari segi kuantitas air, kontinuitas pengaliran, dan kualitas air serta jumlah kehilangan air. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif yaitu dengan penyebaran kuisioner terhadap responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan persepsi 392 responden, tingkat efektifitas air bersih PDAM Tirta Daroy Kota Banda Aceh sudah efektif dengan nilai rata-rata 3,71 %, ditinjau dari kuantitas air sudah mampu memenuhi seluruh kebutuhan pelanggan dengan nilai rata-rata 3,71 %, kontinuitas pengaliran selama 24 jam sudah baik dengan tingkat nilai rata-rata 3,99 %, dan kualitas air bersih yang dikonsumsi baik dari segi kekeruhan, bau dan rasa juga sudah efektif dengan nilai rata-rata 3,42 % dari responden. Kata kunci—Penelitian, air bersih, kuantitas air, kontinuitas air, kualitas air.

Abstract

The beginning of 2020 is a new challenge for all countries affected by Covid 19, including Indonesia. The number of cases that continues to grow is a public concern. Even so, there are still many people who do not care about the dangers of the virus. Not only physically and psychologically, this global case also affects the economic condition of the community. One of the communities affected by the economy due to the Covid-19 pandemic is the people of Surien Village, Banda Aceh. This service activity aims to disseminate the prevention of Covid-19 transmission and assistance to strengthen the economy of the affected community in Surien Village, Meuraxa District, Banda Aceh City. The method used is to educate the public about health protocols that have been issued by the government to prevent transmission of the corona virus. Socialization was carried out by practicing and distributing brochures containing detailed health protocols such as wearing masks, physical distance from crowds and proper and proper hand washing methods tucked into the basic needs assistance. The results of these activities provide a deeper understanding to the public about the importance of wearing masks and washing hands properly for the early prevention of the spread of Covid-19. Providing basic food assistance is very useful for strengthening the economy of people who tend to be unprivileged during the Covid-19 pandemic issue.

Abstract

In general, aggregates consist of Natural Aggregates (NA) and Artificial Aggregates (AA). Artificial aggregates, such as Crushed Stone (CS), are aggregates produced through the crusher industry which has a rough and angular surface so that it has excellent adhesion to asphalt. Meanwhile, NA is an aggregate produced from a river which has a smooth and large hollow surface texture. The cost for AA is very expensive when compared to NA, so it is necessary to experiment with mixing NA and AA to minimize the use of AA. NA are obtained from Sungai Jalin, Jantho City District, Aceh Besar District. The method used refers to the specification of Bina Marga 2010 Revision four (2018) and the Indonesian National Standard (SNI). The purpose of this study was to see the effect of the combination of NA and AA as a substitute for coarse aggregate on the AC-WC concrete asphalt layer. The specimens used were 66 specimens with substitution of NA and AA into the asphalt layer were 0% NA: 100% AA, 25% NA: 75% AA, 50% NA: 50% AA, 75% NA: 25% AA, 100% NA : 0% AA. Based on the research results, the best value for the optimum marshall parameter is the substitution of 25% AA: 75% BP at asphalt content of 5.00%, the stability value is 1492.37kg with a VIM value of 3.69%, VMA 16.17%, VFA 77.88% and MQ 573.87kg / mm which have met the requirements of the 2010 Revision four (2018) Bina Marga specification.

Abstract

Fly over construction on Tgk. Chik Ditiro Simpang Surabaya street had an impact on increasing loading in some road corridors. The object of this research was to determine the capacity and level of service Tgk. Chik Ditiro street due to the influence of the construction of a fly over and the comparison of traffic flow during and after the construction of the fly over. The method used was MKJI (1997). Retrieval of data for 3 days namely Monday, Wednesday and Friday during and after the construction of fly over, which the West and East side. The highest traffic volume at peak hours in the West Monday morning occurred at 07.00 to 08.00 WIB of 3101.10 (pcu / hour) which decreased of 1357.00 pcu / hour or 69.56%. The highest traffic volume in the East on Monday morning at 07.00 - 08.00 WIB by 3060.00 (pcu / hour) which decreased by 1346.50 pcu / hour or 69.45%. The capacity of the road during and after the construction of the fly over were stable at 2509.83 pcu / hour. The degree of saturation during the fly over construction in the West was 1.24 and the East was 1.22 which means that there were big obstacles. The degree of saturation after the fly over construction was 0.54, which means that the current was stable.
