Abstract

Penggunaan produk berbahan plastik memiliki banyak keunggulan yaitu ringan, kuat dan kedap air. Keunggulan plastik ini menyebabkan semakin meningkatnya penggunaan plastik di masyarakat. Plastik memiliki sifat non biodegradable yang menyebabkan penumpukan limbah plastik. Hal tersebut menyebabkan dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan dan kesehatan bagi makhluk hidup. Beberapa jenis plastik bersifat termoplastik sehingga dapat berubah sifat jika dipengaruhi oleh temperatur. Sifat ini menjadi dasarĀ  bahwa plastik dapat mengalami perubahan sifat baik secara fisika maupun kimia melalui proses pirolisis. Konversi limbah Plastik melalui proses pirolisis dapat merubah wujud plastik menjadi fase liquid, gas dan padat (residu). Pesidu (char) dari hasil proses pirolisis limbah plastik dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan baku sintesis Bahan Bakar Padat. Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini adalah variasi ukuran partikel (50 dan 150 mesh) dan variasi perekat (damar: turpentine, minyak jelantah: oli bekas). Rasio damar: turpentine (30:70, 40:60, 50:50, 60:40, dan 70:30) dan rasio minyak jelantah: oli bekas (100:0, 0:100 dan 50:50). Sampel dikarakterisasi menggunakan analisa proksimat. Hasil analisa sampel yang memenuhi standar Bahan Bakar Padat berdasarkan SNI, nilai kalor optimum 7.843,7 cal/g diperoleh dari sampel dengan ukuran 150 mesh dan perekatĀ  oli bekas.

Abstract

Stemming Javanese affix words using Nazief & Adriani modifications still has problems that cannot be solved such as overstemming, understemming, and unchange. Then there needs to be improvements to improve the performance of Nazief & Adriani modifications. This study aims to improve the performance of Nazief & Adriani modifications using the Enahnced Confix Stripping (ECS) modification method. The results of this study indicate that Enhanced Confix Stripping can improve performance that previously had an accuracy of only 78.2% to 97.9% with an error rate of 2.1%. And fixing errors that originally numbered 98 to 9 errors. But Enhanced Confix Stripping still has problems with the words "ngetan, kumanggah, kumarut, kumasis, kumareg, kumadul, kumaras, katawakake, and pangenan". The next research is expected to be able to solve this problem.

Abstract

Cyperus rotundus one cause of the decline in crop production due to the nature of parasitism in plants cultivation. Cyperus rotundus including important weeds in various types of plants that can cause reduced farming production. The use of chemical herbicides continuous and not wisely, today raises many problems, especially in environmental pollution and health. Alternatives that are used to control weeds in addition to using bioherbisida is with bamboo leaf ekstrrak (Dendrocalamus sasper) containing phenolic compounds, coumarin and flavonoids. Based on the results of previous studies, the use of biohersida quite effective in controlling Cyperus rotundus. In this study will test the effectiveness of bamboo leaf extract (Dendrocalamus sasper) against Cyperus rotundus. The study used a completely randomized design (CRD) 7 treatments with 5 replicates. Research that has been carried out bamboo leaf extract (Dendrocalamus sasper) capable mengperhambat growth of sedges, it is evident from the parameters is done on research that has been carried out. Of the various parameters of observation, bamboo leaf extract treatment with a concentration of 90% real effect on all parameters and is the most effective treatment of all treatments.
