Abstract

In dealing with disasters, the government has a regional institution in charge of disaster management which includes prevention, handling, rehabilitation, reconstruction in a fair and equal manner, namely the Regional Disaster Management Agency. With disaster management efforts, there will be irregularities in the logistics management of aid that will be distributed to residents because the distribution of aid is carried out by various parties. Based on the above problems, it is necessary to have a management system for the distribution of aid that can adjust according to priority needs evenly. In this study, the First Fit algorithm method was used to build a website-based natural disaster aid distribution information system.

Abstract

Jaminan kesehatan masyarakat (Jamkesmas) ini program dari pemerintah untuk masyarakat yang kurang mampu agar kebutuhan kesehatan masyarakat terpenuhi. Tetapi dalam pelaksanaanya program Jamkesmas ini masih ada permasalahan yang perlu dibenahi, terutama di Desa Gelang Kulon salah satunya adalah dalam hal penentuan calon penerimaan Jamkesmas. Di Desa Gelang Kulon ini masih kurang tepat pada sasaran. Tujuan dibuat sistem ini untuk membantu pihak desa dalam merekomendasi peserta Jamkesmas. Dengan menggunakan 2 metode AHP dan TOPSIS akan menambah keakuratan dalam proses perhitungan. Hasil penelitian ini berbentuk perangkingan bahwa nilai tertinggi akan mendapatkan program tersebut, dari sampel yang diuji di sistem dan dibandingkan dengan cara manual dari desa yang mendapatkan program sistem ini lebih efisien dan akurat karena menggunakan preferensi secara tegas. Sistem ini diharapkan mampu mengurangi subyektifitas menjadi obyektif dan memberikan rasa keadilan dalam proses penenentuan calon penerima Jamkesmas di Desa Gelang Kulon.

Abstract

Geographical information system is a system that combines elements on a map that is prepared to process data, analyze, and display spatial data to improve design. In the era of technology, information and communication (ICT) for organizations, agencies and public services is very important and needs to be implemented immediately. ATR / BPN in Jonggol village, Jabon, Ponorogo, still uses the manual method in processing certified land registration. The process of seeking, processing, and collecting certificate data requires a lot of time, causing services to be inefficient and effective and community satisfaction also decreasing. Therefore, a technology is needed that can facilitate service officers to search for certified land ownership data by implementing the brute force algorithm in the Geographical Information System for certified land ownership. The application of Algortima Brute Force in this geographic information system can run well, but if the text characters are long inputted, the system search process will take longer (if the text is short, the search can run quickly). On 10 keywords with different keyword or character lengths, the average search time was 0.06335 seconds.

Abstract

The Polindes Desa Gombang is a form of community participation in providing delivery assistance and community health services, including family planning, maternal and child health, and other health services. Currently, the Village Police of Gombang has several problems, such as the process of recording the exit and entry of drugs, data on the disease of patients who have been treated, making referral letters and medical records which only consist of patient data which if one of the patients is lost it will be troublesome. officers in that section in recap all data - data at the end of making the report. Due to the process of recording patient data, recording the entry and exit of drugs, making referral letters is still using the manual method, so this can cause no stored medical records and are vulnerable to loss because the recording process is only written or in a book. Based on this problem, it is proposed to create a system that uses web and android technology using the programming language PHP, Java and MY SQL Database. This system is able to handle recording patient data or the results of medical records that have been carried out, the patient's medical history, the number of drug stocks that are still available for the treatment of these patients and the making of referral letters.

Abstract

Sepakbola adalah olahraga yang sangat disukai di Indonesia. Salah satu cara masyarakat Indonesia menikmati sepakbola adalah dengan menyaksikan Liga sepakbola dalam negeri. Selain mengandung unsur hiburan bagi masyarakat juga memiliki unsur ekonomi yang menjanjikan. Gojek Traveloka Liga 1 adalah nama resmi Liga sepakbola yang berjalan di Indonesia. Dengan fakta tersebut maka dapat menimbulkan berbagai opini dari masyarakat terhadap berlangsungnya Liga. Salah satu media untuk mengungkapkan opini dari masyarakat adalah Twitter. Maka dari itu dilakukanlah proses Sentimen Analis dengan bahasa R dengan bantuan software R Studio untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat. Data diperoleh dari Twitter dengan metode crawling. Data yang diperoleh berjumlah 1000 buah twett berbahasa Indonesia. Kemudian dilakukan proses pembentukan wordcloud untuk mengetahui topik yang dibicarakan yang diwakili oleh kata yang muncul. Kata “liga” dan “indonesia ” terlihat dominan, disusul kata “persib”, “pssi”, “resmi”, “bopi”,”regulasi”, “gojek”, “traveloka”, dan “timnas”. Lalu dilakukan proses sentimen analis maka diketahui sentimen netral sebanyak 545, positif 192, negatif 143.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi sangat berpengaruh dalam kehidupan manusia. salah satu pemanfaatan teknologi ini dirasakan para petani dalam mendapatkan informasi mengenai hama dan penyakit jamur tiram. seiring munculnya berbagai macam hama dan penyakit yang terdapat pada jamur tiram yang dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor utama antara lain: kondisi suhu, air, tanah, SDM (sumber daya manusia), serta bibit jamur. oleh karena itu dibutuhkan aplikasi sistem latih budidaya jamur dengan berbasis android serta mengadopsi metode decision tree serta dirancang menggunakan tool Android Studio.hasil dari perancangan aplikasi ini adalah memudahkan user dalam mendiagnosa hama dan penyakit jamur tiram tanpa harus mendatangi seorang pakar secara langsung dan bisa diakses secara langsung untuk pengguna smartphone karena berbasis android.

Abstract

Ceria Centre is one of the institutions engaged in the consultant psychologist and there are some participants who are experiencing autism. When observing the information, the autistic child requires media for the identification of the surrounding objects that are visual and audio. In this institution in the presentation of the introduction of objects for autistic children still use traditional tools, namely the form of beams. This way is considered less efficient because it often breaks or loss of the introduction beam and does not cover the possibility of human error as well. The author devised an interactive Android-based recognition application as a media helper of the introduction of objects around by loading the needs required by the autistic child, by giving a simple look that contains the introduction of alphabets, numbers, Limbs, animals, fruit and spelling of words and accompanied by audio. This application is designed using construct 2 using the waterfall development method. This research generates an Android-based object recognition application designed according to what the autistic child needs. In general this application can make it easier for children to increase their knowledge with a percentage of 70%.

Abstract

This activity aims to realize the skills and independence in entrepreneurship for the community in Bulu Lor village, Jambon District, Ponorogo district. Utilizing potential opportunity situations, namely housewives and youth who are human resources in the village by providing briefing in the form of souvenirs to online product marketing assistance. The method in IbM activities is in the form of souvenir making training and mentoring for online marketing. The result of this activity is the improvement of entrepreneurial skills for the community, one way to improve the skills of housewives and youth in making souvenirs and introducing online marketing media. The training in making souvenirs from flannel cloth (key chains, brooches and flower bouquets) was attended by 24 participants. Although none of the participants present had ever made crafts from flannel and online marketing, after this training participants could make souvenirs from flannel (key chains, brooches and flower bouquets) and online marketing by utilizing social media (Facebook and Instagram).

Abstract

The need for a place to live or a boarding house is very important, especially for immigrants. Students who want to continue to a higher level as well as workers have the most important needs when deciding to continue their education or looking for work in Ponorogo, namely looking for a place to live or a boarding house. With these conditions where there are many seekers of boarding houses, it makes people who have land to live in thinking about making boarding houses for students or workers. To find information on boarding places, boarding house seekers must quickly get information related to places that rent out boarding rooms. It is very time consuming if you have to go to boarding houses one by one. The purpose of this research is to make a prototype application for finding and ordering boarding houses in Ponorogo to make it easier for boarding house seekers to find information related to boarding houses that match what they want without having to go to one place. As for the boarding house owners help recommend their boarding house. The stages in this research adopt the Waterfall system development method which consists of analysis, design, line program creation, and system testing. The results of this study indicate an accuracy value of 100%, namely the tests carried out on the application prototype show that the application can run well according to its functionality. Keywords: Android, Boarding house, Waterfall, application, prototype

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 yang sampai sekarang tak kunjung menemukan titik henti sehingga mempengaruhi kebutuhan akan stok pangan, mengingat data dari Badan Pusat Statistik menyebutkan bahwa 56,7% jumlah penduduk di Indonesia menempati daerah perkotaan. Pertanian menjadi sektor yang penting untuk menunjang kebutuhan tersebut, akan tetapi pada pertanian hidroponik petani masih menggunakan cara yang konvensional dalam merawat tanaman sehingga jika dilakukan dengan cara satu persatu dalam perawatannya maka akan membutuhkan tenaga yang lebih banyak. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut maka dibuatlah sistem monitoring dan otomasi hidroponik dengan algoritma rule base sebagai penentu kondisi larutan nutrisi pada tanaman hidroponik sehingga pertumbuhan dapat terkendali dengan baik. Kadar larutan nutrisi pada tanaman sawi digunakan sebagai parameter sistem dengan range 1050-1400 ppm. Sistem terdiri dari NodeMCU ESP8266 dan Arduino UNO sebagai sistem kontrol. Pada bagian input terdiri dari sensor TDS, sensor ds18b20 dan sensor DHT11 sedangkan untuk aktuator digunakan dua buah pompa sebagai pengalir air serta nutrisi. Hasil dari pengolahan data akan ditampilkan di website dalam bentuk chart secara realtime. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian algoritma rule base yang diimplementasikan pada sistem mampu mengidentifikasi kondisi kadar nutrisi terlarut sehingga kedua buah pompa bekerja sesuai aturan yang ditetapkan pada sistem dengan tingkat keberhasilan sebesar 100% pada 10 kali pengujian.
