Abstract

If a university or course of study to apply for accreditation, graduation rate is one of the influential factors. Educational period targeted in 4 years or 8 semesters of study period. But in reality there are still many students who pass beyond the study period. In this case the university or course of study can utilize students' self data to predict the student's graduation rate. One of them by using the concept of data mining. In this research the authors used an a priori algorithm to find the relationship between departments taken at high school level with the level of graduation students. The student's graduation rate is measured by length of study and GPA. The calculation is  using 2 ways that is by manual calculation and by using Tanagra software. Based on the results of the analysis from regular class A students of 2012/2013 which amounted to 23 data it can be found rule, if the majors taken at high school level is SMK, then the possibility of the student will graduate on time with a period of 4 years or less. The GPA that the student will achieve between 3.1 - 3.5. Keywords - Algoritma Apriori, Data mining, Student Graduation, Tanagra

Abstract

Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) adalah bagian dari Kementerian Agama Indonesia yang melaksanakan tugas serta wewenang di wilayah kecamatan. Dalam melaksanakan tugas dan wewenang dari KUA, diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi yang mempermudah pelayanan masyarakat yang efektif dari segi keakuratan dan ketepatan dalam pencarian arsip pernihakan. KUA Kecamatan Punung adalah salah satu bagian instansi pemerintahan yang masih menggunakan cara manual dalam mencari arsip data pernikahan di kumpulan buku arsip, tentunya hal ini kurang efektif dapat menyebabkan kesulitan jika ingin mencari data arsip begitu banyak peristiwa pernikahan yang terjadi bertahun-tahun. Rata-rata waktu yang dibutuhkan dalam pencarian manual yaitu 5 sampai 10 menit, dari temuan permasalahan tersebut perlu dibuat sebuah sistem pengarsipan pernikahan yang dapat mempermudah pekerjaan pegawai KUA dan dapat menjadi backup data arsip pernikahan secara digital serta menerapkan algoritma Boyer Moore dalam pencaria data. Algoritma Boyer Moore merupakan salah satu algoritma pencarian suatu pattern didalam teks dengan membandingkan karakter dari paling kanan pattern ke arah kiri. Pada 50 kata kunci yang diujicoba menghasilkan waktu pencarian rata-rata 0,0001375008 detik dengan presentase akurasi 100%

Abstract

Waste is one of the problems that often arise in life society. However, many ways are considered wiser in solving problems with garbage. One of them is by using it to produce new products that have economic value. Not only can it reduce the garbage stack, but this method can also bring additional income. This service activity was carried out in the village of Bulu Lor, Jambon Subdistrict, Ponorogo Regency. Aim to provide training in making a bouquet by utilizing used items to homemakers and their youth. Besides, it also teaches how to market handicraft products to be known to more quickly, so the possibility of selling products is getting bigger. The result of this activity is to increase entrepreneurial skills to the community by providing capabilities to homemakers and youth in making flower bouquets and teaching how to market product results online. Keywords: Waste, bucket flower, entrepreneurship, online marketing

Abstract

MAN 1 Ponorogo merupakan salah satu sekolah madrasah aliyah di kabupaten Ponorogo yang memiliki ekstra kegiatan berbasis komputer. Hal ini berdampak bertambahnya jam pelajaran. Untuk mengoptimalkan intensitas jam pelajaran diharapkan guru bisa menggunakan media pembelajaran yang sekarang tersedia secara online, salah satu contohnya adalah media ajar e-learning. E-learning adalah salah satu wujud peran dunia IT dalam bidang pendidikan. Konsep e-learning yaitu pembelajaran yang menggunakan teknologi komunikasi dan informasi (TIK) untuk mentransformasikan proses pembelajaran antara pengajar dan peserta didik dengan bantuan media internet, sehingga dapat diakses dimana saja diluar jam sekolah. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk mensosialisasikan penggunaan media belajar e-learning Quipper School pada guru dan siswa di MAN 1 Ponorogo. Jumlah keseluruhan peserta adalah 41, terdiri dari 17 guru dan 24 siswa. Dari kuesioner yang disebarkan ke peserta, yang menyatakan bahwa media e-learning quipper school menyediakan isi yang sangat sesuai dengan kebutuhan sebanyak 40 orang dari jumlah total 41 peserta. Dengan demikian 0.97% peserta setuju dengan penggunaan quipper school untuk menunjang kegiatan belajar mengajar.

Abstract

The student is one of entities in University or Higher Education. The student has a variety of data, such as self-identity information such as address, type of school, work of parents, type of class, etc. In fact many students whose graduation rate is different, on time and not on time. The number of students who graduate is not on time will be a problem not only for university but also for faculty. The number of students graduating each year is one of points of assessment when faculty or study program submits accreditation. C4.5 Algorithm is one of classification algorithm with decision trees. In this study conducted an analysis of student data Engineering Studies Program University of Muhammadiyah Ponorogo 2012/2013. The decision trees in this case is useful for exploring student data, finding the hidden relationship between a number of candidate input attributes with a target attribute. The input attribute consist of, the type of school, address, work of parent, and type of class. The output attribute to classify is status, which consists of "on time" and "not on time". The results from this analysis shown that in this case the C4.5 algorithm can predict with an accuracy value only 82%.

Abstract

Vocational education institutions will be able to carry out their functions and objectives if they have supporting elements that contribute to the goals of the institution. One of the supporting elements is resources. Various resources in vocational institutions have a role to accelerate the realization of institutional goals. Information technology resources play a role in facilitating the activities of institutions in the IT field. The purpose of this study is to know whether the organizational structure that handles IT in schools SMK Jenangan is an appropriate IT governance COBIT. The methodology used by the descriptive. survey research data. Based on the findings obtained, this institution is still lacking staff in different positions. After conducting research obtained, there are 5 primary IT-related goals of 20 processes COBIT5. The result is an adjustment in the form of recommendation IT governance resources requirements along with the tasks and responsibilities which refers COBIT5 domain. The hope of research is the impact to changes in the organizational structure typewriter appropriate recommendations so software engineering division can optimal tasks.

Abstract

Educational games can be used as an effective learning method, especially for children, because children can gain knowledge in a fun way. Here the game is designed for young children to practice arithmetic and knowledge to separate organic and inorganic wastes. This game is based on Android using Construct 2 software, design using UML and Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC). At the end of the manufacturing process, software tests or tests consist of unit tests, integration tests and system tests. From the test results, the game "Math & Trash" can be run on several versions of Android with a variety of different screen sizes. The educational game "Math & Trash" is expected to have a positive impact on children on the importance of math subjects and the importance of protecting the surrounding environment.

Abstract

Technological developments, especially smart phones, have been widely applied in the education sector. One example is the number of mobile-based learning media. Javanese language, especially Javanese script, has begun to erode because it is very rare nowadays to learn Javanese. The many forms of writing and also terms in Javanese script sometimes make us lazy and reluctant to learn them. In this study, the authors made an application as an Android-based learning media for learning Javanese characters. The application is equipped with a voice reading character so that users can easily understand the material. In addition, the application is equipped with a quiz to review the user's ability to learn Javanese script. Android based was chosen because the smart phone owned in addition to communication media can also be used for learning media. This research uses the waterfall system method. The stages used are analysis, design, coding and testing. The results of the black box testing on this application show that the application is running well according to its function.

Abstract

Indonesia sedang menghadapi pandemi Covid-19. Peningkatan kasus terkonfirmasi selama Covid-19 sangat mempengaruhi berbagai sektor di Indonesia, salah satunya adalah sektor ekonomi. Melihat besarnya jumlah UMKM di Indonesia, pemerintah turut memberikan bantuan presiden (banpres) dengan Penyaluran Bantuan Produktif Usaha Mikro (BPUM). Dalam melaksanakan penyaluran bantuan, dinas perdagangan Kabupaten Ponorogo mengumpulkan data seluruh UMKM yang mendaftar sebagai target. Penelitian ini mengambil studi kasus di Kecamatan Slahung Kabupaten Ponorogo. Tata cara penyaluran BPUM meliputi pengusulan calon penerima, pembersihan data dan validasi data calon penerima, penetapan penerima, pencairan dana BPUM, dan laporan penyaluran. Dinas perdagangan Kabupaten Ponorogo masih kesulitan dalam menentukan UMKM mana saja yang mendapatkan prioritas bantuan dari pemerintah. Teknis penentuan dalam pemberian bantuan dari dinas perdagangan memberikan dampak untuk pelaku UMKM produktif tidak tepat sasaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun sistem pendukung keputusan dengan menerapkan algoritma Electre sebagai pengambilan keputusan yang mampu membantu Dinas Perdagangan Kabupaten Ponorogo dalam menyeleksi pengusul bantuan UMKM sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan suatu sistem yang dapat membantu memberikan rekomendasi pengusul bantuan terbaik yang berhak menerima berdasarkan perhitungan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan.

Abstract

Currently, the world of education must be managed professionally, because of the increasingly fierce competition in education today. Educational institutions will be abandoned by the community if they are managed poorly. MA Muhammadiyah 1 Ponorogo School is one of the private schools owned by the Muhammadiyah business charity in Ponorogo district. MA Muhammadiyah 1 Ponorogo has a small number of students, due to the lack of student interest in entering the school. To find out that students are interested in entering MA Muhammadyah 1 Ponorogo, the school made a new breakthrough that could attract students to register there. To find out, the researchers used data mining techniques with the Apriori Algorithm method, and supported by the Apriori web browser system by examining student extracurricular interest data with 177 respondents with 47 extracurriculars. Data Mining is a combination of data analysis techniques, while Apriori Algorithm is a method which is most often used because it is very simple, easy and the most widely proposed by several researchers, because there are two parameters, namely Support and Confidence. So the results of the” research predictions obtained are that the most popular extracurriculars for junior high school/MTs students are futsal and volleyball with a minimum value of support = 11% and a minimum value of confidence = 52%.
