Abstract

This study aims to develop learning media using Instagram and determine its feasibility. This research method used Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model through 5 stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research was conducted at SMA N 1 Ngemplak. The data collection technique used a validation questionnaire conducted by two teachers and one lecturer and students response questionnaire. The data analysis techniques were descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The result of this research was a derivative learning media in the form of videos presented through Instagram. The feasibility test results showed that the learning media had met three eligibility criteria for learning media. The assessment of media and material experts showed that learning-based Instagram media was in the good category. Based on students' assessment, learning media's feasibility based on Instagram social media was good to use. The correlation between the students response questionnaire and the learning outcome test also showed a unidirectional and significant correlation. It indicated that there was a correspondence between the questionnaire scores and the learning outcome test scores. Based on these results, learning media through Instagram social media is suitable for the learning process.

Abstract

 This research is purposed to develop Student’s Activity Sheet based Higher Order Thinking Skills in Skala Material for Elementary School Grade V, to investigate the feasibility product LKPD based on Professional Validator assessment, to investigate Student’s response towards LKPD product, and to investigate  the study result after learning process with developmental product LKPD. This research conducted in SD Negeri Karangmulyo with the subject of research is 18 students. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D). The results show that the LKDP product was successfully developed with a very good result based on validator matter experts, a good assessment based on validator media experts, a good assessment based on validator language experts, and good assessment based on class teacher. The Limited trial indicates a positive response from the students with a percentage of 100%. Then, the first trial in this research indicates a positive response from students with a percentage of  90,74%. The results of the student's score test after used LKDP product obtained an average of  84,94% with the KKM indicate the percentage of 100%. Therefore, developing product LKDP based on Higher Order Thinking Skills has very good quality and helped a student in learning Skala Materials for elementary school grade V.

Abstract

Instagram Reel is one of the social media currently popular, but it has not been widely used to create mathematics learning media. This research aims: (1) to develop a learning Instagram Reel for the subject of linear Equations for Junior High School and (2) to find out from the Instagram Reel developed in this study. The research method used is Research and Development (R & R&D) with the ADDIE model, consisting of 5 stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research subjects were 22 students of SMP Negeri 3 Bantul. The result of this research is Instagram Reels learning for the subject of linear Equations for Junior High School, presented through the Instagram account @mathematics_fun. This Instagram reel was declared suitable for use because the average total validation score for aspects was 4.61 (including the very valid category), and the average student response questionnaire score was 3.91 (including the good category). The implication is that teachers are advised to use Instagram Reels as a learning medium. It is recommended that teachers develop Instagram for other materials.

Abstract

This study aims to develop YouTube in the form of video as independent study material on one variabel linear inequality and determine its feasibility. The method used in this research is a research and development method with the ADDIE development model through 5 stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Pandak with 26 students as the subject of class VII E. Data collection techniques used student response questionnaires and learning outcomes tests. The result of this research is a mathematics learning video product that is presented through YouTube under the account name "Cinta Matematika Kuy". Assessments from media experts and material experts show that the development of YouTube as an independent learning material falls into the very valid category with an average value of 4.57. The results of the correlation between the student response questionnaire and the learning outcome test also showed a very strong relationship. Thus, the YouTube video developed was feasible to use.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to (1) develop instructional media using Instagram in mathematics subjects piecemeal material for high school students. (2) knowing the feasibility of the learning media. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) with a research model from ADDIE consisting of 5 stages, namely: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The subjects of this study were 36 students of class X IPA2 of SMA Negeri 1 Minggir. Data collection techniques using expert validation questionnaires, student response questionnaires, and learning achievement tests. The data analysis technique is descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of the validation, the Instagram learning media created were declared suitable for use and included in the valid category with an average of 4.04. From the results of the students' responses, it was found that the instagram learning media was suitable for use in learning and included in the valid category with an average of 3.43 Assessment of student learning outcomes shows that the number of students who meet the KKM is 16 students or 44.44%. This shows that the learning media developed are effectively used in learning. Instagram media is able to pierce photos and videos that can be accessed by anyone easily, quickly, wherever and whenever, it is expected that Instagram learning media is able to provide an understanding of the material in piecemeal functions and foster student interest in learning.

Abstract

This research aims to produce and determine the feasibility of quiz and educational game using Word Wall that are suitable for online learning of quadratic inequality, rational, and irrational for grade X. This research method is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). This research result is learning media in quiz and educational game using Word Wall for quadratic inequality, rational, and irrational material. The feasibility test of materials and media on quiz and educational game resulted in a percentage of 77% and 79,1% with a decent category. The attractiveness of quiz and educational game resulted in a percentage of 81% in the limited trial and 82,2% in the field trial, both of which were in the very interesting category. The results of the correlation test obtained a positive and significant correlation between student responses and student learning outcomes. The implication is that this development product can be used as a student learning tool, and it is recommended that teachers can develop Quiz and educational game using Word Wall on other materials.

Abstract

Advances in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) have been used in the manufacture of learning media for various subjects. This study aims to develop a mathematics learning video using the YouTube-based VideoScribe application on statistics material for class VIII SMP and test the feasibility of the developed learning video. The research method used is the Research and Development method with the ADDIE model, namely Analysis (analysis), Design (product design), Development (product development), Implementation (implementation), and Evaluation (evaluation). The subjects of this study were 20 students of class VIII SMP Muhammadiyah Koba. The data collection instruments used in this study were media validation questionnaires (YouTube learning), student response questionnaires, and learning outcomes tests (THB). The result of this research is a product in the form of a VideoScribe-based learning video which is then uploaded to YouTube which is valid, practical, and effective. The validity test obtained a score of 3.96 with a valid category, field trials obtained a score of 3.67 with a good category and 70% of students met the KKM.

Abstract

Banyak permasalahan yang terjadi dalam proses pembelajaran, terutama pada media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang digunakan, peneliti bermaksud untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran yaitu pengembangan kuis dan game edukasi menggunakan Wordwall pada pembelajaran pertidaksamaan nilai mutlak bentuk linier. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengembangkan kuis dan game edukasi menggunakan Wordwall,  dan (2) untuk mengetahui kelayakan produk tersebut dari hasil validasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Model ADDIE. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kuis dan game edukasi menggunakan Wordwall telah dikembangkan mengikuti Model ADDIE yang meliputi lima langkah, yaitu: (1) analisis, (2) perancangan, (3) pengembangan, (4) implementasi, dan (5) evaluasi. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa (1) ahli materi menilai pengembangan media ini sangat layak dengan rata-rata persentase 77%, dan (2) ahli media memperoleh rata-rata persentase 77,33%  berkualifikasi layak.  Pada tahap implementasi memperoleh skor rata-rata pada uji coba terbatas sebesar 78,67% (termasuk kategori sangat menarik) dan uji coba lapangan utama sebesar 84,14% (termasuk kategori sangat menarik sekali); dan diperoleh korelasi yang positif dan signifikan antara skor angket respons peserta didik dan  skor hasil belajar melalui kuis (r = 0,641 signifikan pada taraf signifikansi 5%). Implikasinya. kuis dan game yang dihasilkan melalui penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai sarana pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, disarankan kepada guru untuk mengembangkan kuis dan game menggunakan aplikasi Wordwall untuk materi  lainnya.

Abstract

This research aims to produce and determine the feasibility and attractiveness of educational quizzes and games using Wordwall, as well as the correlation between student responses and learning outcomes that are suitable for online learning on Linear Form Absolute Value Equations for grade 10. The research method used is the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model, consisting of 5 stages: (1) Analysis; (2) Design; (3) Development; (4) Implementation; (5) Evaluation. The expert validators consist of 2 mathematics education lecturers and 1 mathematics teacher. The research was conducted at MAN 2 Brebes with 40 grade 10 students. Data collection techniques used were product validation questionnaires, student response questionnaires, and quizzes in test form. The results of the material and media expert validation questionnaires on educational quizzes and games obtained an average feasibility percentage of 77.67% and 74.67%, categorized as "Feasible". The data analysis technique used is the feasibility percentage analysis and correlation analysis. The results showed that the product development of quizzes and educational games using Wordwall in online learning the absolute value equation for the linear form of class X was feasible to use. The implication is that the educational games and quizzes developed can be used as teaching materials; and teachers are advised to make educational games and quizzes for other subjects.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the existence of a positive and significant relationship between mathematical perception, learning independence, and parental attention with mathematics learning achievement among eighth-grade students at SMP N 1 Parittiga. Additionally, the study aims to identify the variables that contribute the most to students' mathematics learning achievement at SMP N 1 Parittiga. The research method used in this study is ex post facto, involving a sample of 25 students. Data were collected through the completion of questionnaires on mathematical perception, learning independence, and parental attention, as well as by collecting documentation of students' midterm mathematics grades in eighth grade at SMP N 1 Parittiga. Data analysis included multiple correlation tests and partial correlation tests. The results of the study indicate that there is no significant relationship between mathematical perception, learning independence, and parental attention with mathematics learning achievement. Furthermore, no independent variable was found to have a dominant contribution to the dependent variable. However, it is important to consider other factors that may influence students' mathematics learning achievement in future research, such as intrinsic motivation and environmental factors in the home learning environment. Additionally, conducting research with a larger sample size and using more valid and reliable measurement tools is recommended to obtain more accurate and generalizable results.
