Abstract

Tunarungu memiliki keterbatasan tidak mampu merespon isyarat suara dengan baik seperti sirine dan klakson saat berkendara di jalan raya, terutama tunarungu berat dan tuli. Beberapa desain sebelumnya telah dibuat untuk pengemudi mobil bagi tuna rungu, namun proses desain tidak didasarkan pada kebutuhan pengguna dan hanya didasarkan pada asumsi desainer. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan dan spesifikasi desain dan target untuk alat bantu berkendara sepeda motor bagi tunarungu. Proses desain penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode Quality Function Deployment untuk mendapatkan kebutuhan aktual pengguna dan menerjemahkannya menjadi spesifikasi dan target teknis produk. Metode Quality Function Deployment menghasilkan 20 spesifikasi produk dengan target teknis yang spesifik yang diterjemahkan dari 15 kebutuhan pengguna. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini bahwa 20 spesifikasi produk dengan target teknis yang spesifik memungkinkan untuk digunakan sebagai input proses desain dan pengembangan alat bantu berkendara sepeda motor tunarungu selanjutnya. ABSTRACT The Deaf person has limitations in not being able to respond to sound signals properly such as sirens and horns when driving on the highway, especially heavy hearing disorders and deaf. Several previous designs have been carried out related to car drivers for the hearing impaired, unfortunately the design process is not based on user needs and only based on designer assumptions. The aims of this paper are to identify needs and target design specifications for motorcycle assistive devices for the deaf. The design process was carried out by use Quality Function Deployment methods to obtain the actual needs of users and to translate it be specific technical specifications and targets. Quality Function Deployment method produces 20 product specifications with specific technical targets that translated from 15 user needs. Conclusion can be drawn that 20 product specification with specific technical targets are possible to use as input for the next design process and development of developed motorcycle assistive device for deaf people.

Abstract

One of the important aspects of a production that is inventory control of raw materials To have more material stock stored than what is needed by a company will not only raise the cost of interest, the cost of treatment and storage but also the possibility of the decrease of the materials´ quality which would affect the benefit of a company Therefore, this research used Lot Sizing MRP technique with Least Unit Cost (LUC) to minimize the total cost of materials stock.This research was done at Home Industry Multicoating on Resin Alkid material only in production of Nitrocelullosa Cleargloss (NC) paint. To order the material in the same amount weekly even though the use of the material is different at each time of production causes big amount of left-over to be stored. In 2015, The inventory cost of the materials by home industry method was IDR 96.741.158 in 48 times period of order and the inventory cost of materials by lot sizing MRP along with LUC was IDR 36.804.000. In 2016, after estimating the use of the materials, the inventory cost of materials by home industry method was IDR 90.248.581 in 48 times period of order whereas the inventory cost of materials by lot sizing MRP along with LUC method was IDR 33,848,581

Abstract

Demand of composite as aeronatics material is incresing. It’s light weight, high specific strength, are become a favour of research. Fiber volume Fraction (FVF) is one of important factor on making of composite. The volume ratio between FVF and the resin is affecting its mechanical properties. In this reaserach there were three ratio varation between fiber and the resin. Bending and shear test were conducted through out this research. Results show that, the ductility increased due to the increased of its ratio, but it’s shear stressare decresed.

Abstract

Equipment maintenance activities are very important in the operation of a system or equipment in the industry. With the maintenance strategy and methods that can affect the occurrence of damage resulting in equipment can operate in the long term. The methods used are Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) data required are working hours data, corrective time data, Supply Delay Time (SDT) and Administrative Delay Time (ADT) data, and prevetive maintenance data. To determine whether the data obtained suadah match, then used the exponential distribution, from the form of the data then it can be found treatment. From the exponential distribution will get the value of cumulative function, machine reliability, Maen Time Batwen Failure (MTBF), Mean Time Battery Maintenance (MTBM), machine readiness time (availability) for each machine. There are two critical components: laker / bearing and felt print. From the data processing obtained reliability of printing machine unit 1 99.9%, machine unit 2 92.52%, unit 3 91.85% machine. for that we need preventive maintenance. In addition to the reliability also obtained MTBM as a schedule of preventive maintenance on mesn print unit 1 66.105, unit 2 93.037 machine, machine unit 3 106,893 hours once.Keywords: Reliability, RCM, Preventive Maintenance

Abstract

Conjoint analysis is a technique that is specifically used to understand what are costumers’ wants and preferences for certain products or services by measuring their level of usage and relative importance value. The objective of this research is to study the conjoint analysis and apply it in the full profile method in order to identify the preferences of the last semester students of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University (UST) in determining their jobs. From the usage level value and relative importance value of an attribute and the gained level, it can be seen what attribute that strongly influences the students in determining their jobs. The full profile method shows that the most influential attribute in determining students’ preferences for their jobs is the first salary. The second attribute is the relevance between students’ educational background and their jobs.Meanwhile, the last choice of the students in determining their jobs is the attribute related to the field of job and the image of the work place.Keywords: preference, conjoint analysis, full profile method, kinds of job

Abstract

Dunia industri saat ini berkembang dengan pesat, sehingga memerlukan suatu kerjasama dengan bebagai pihak untuk tetap menjalan suatu sitem produski di suatu perusahaan. Salah satu contoh kerjasama perusahaan dengan pihak lain adalah dengan pemasok bahan baku. Sebagai contoh pemasok nata de coco lembaran bagi CV. Agrindo Suprafood Yogyakarta merupakan suatu bagian yang penting bagi perusahaan. Saat ini, di perusahaan dalam melakukan pemilihan pemasok tidak kontrak menjadi pemasok kontrak terkadang mengalami kesulitan. Kesulitan terebut terjadi karena belum adanya kriteria yang secara rinci dapat dipergunakan untuk pemilihan pemasok. Sehingga pada penelitian ini akan berusahaan menemukan kriteria-kriteria yang berpengaruh dalam pemilihan pemasok. Pengolahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Weighted Product (WP). Selain itu, model yang telah dibuat akan diimplementasikan menjadi suatu sistem pendukung keputusan. Kriteria yang dapat mempengaruhi pemilihan pemasok adalah jumlah total, jumlah total kualitas satu, jumlah total kualitas dua, jumlah total nata rusak, jumlah pengiriman maksimal, jumlah maksimal kualitas satu, jumlah maksimal kualitas dua,jumlah maksimal rusak, jumlah pengiriman minimal, jumlah minimal kualitas satu, jumlah minimal kualitas dua, jumlah minimal rusak, kerutinan, harga kualitas satu dan harga kualitas dua. Di samping itu, berdasarkan hasil pengujian sistem pendukung keputusan yang telah dibuat diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa sistem yang telah dibuat dapat dipergunakan oleh CV. Agrindo Suprafood Yogyakarta.

Abstract

The activity aims to present Tamansiswa’s Teaching in Cepor Kidul Village Kapanewon Bantul Yogyakarta. The Participants are community and university student of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa. The method using discussion and publication on Youtube online channel. The output such as an understanding about Tamansiswa principle and teaching as the following Asah-Asih-Asuh, Hidup Tertib Salam Dan Bahagia, and Tri-N (Niteni, Niroke, Nambahi) and glorious cultural on implementation and learning in Cepor Kidul Village. The Media of activity using Brosur about Tamansiswa Principle and Tamansiswa's teaching. The outcome is photo and publication on youtube. Abstract

Pelayanan purna jual diharapkan dapat menjaga minat konsumen ataupun calon konsumen dan memperluas sikap positif dari keunggulan produk yang telah dijanjikan pada konsumen. Layanan purna jual merupakan jasa yang ditawarkan oleh produsen kepada konsumennya setelah transaksi penjualan dilakukan sebagai jaminan mutu untuk produk yang ditawarkannya.Servqual merupakan metode dengan pendekatan menggunakan user based-approach, yang mengukur kualitas jasa secara kuantitatif dalam bentuk kuesioner dan mengandung dimensi-dimensi kualitas jasa seperti tangibles, responsiveness, realibility, assurance, dan empathy.Berdasarkan dari hasil analisis Servqual didapatkan hasil gap total sebesar –0,577 dan dari masing-masing dimensi. Pada dimensi tangibles besarnya gap -0,4675, dimensi reliability -0,684, dimensi responsiveness -0,645, dimensi assurance -0,4025 dan pada dimensi empathy besarnya nilai gap adalah -0,686. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah besarnya kesenjangan antara harapan dan persepsi pelanggan terhadap kualitas pelayanan dengan persepsi pelanggan terhadap pelayanan yang diterima perdimensi. Kata kunci: servqual, pelayanan purna jual, kepuasan pelanggan, kualitas

Abstract

Perawatan adalah semua aktivitas yang diperlukan untuk menjaga atau mempertahankan kualitas mesin atau peralatan agar tetap berfungsi dengan baik, untuk itu perawatan sangat penting pada CV. Poetra Mandiri Karton. Kelancaran produksi karton sangat tergantung pada kesiapan mesin lebur, maka itu diperlukan kebijakan perawatan agar kehandalan mesin tetap terjaga. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Data yang diperlukan adalah data jam kerja mesin, data waktu perawatan korektif, data Supply Delay Time (SDT) dan Administrative Delay Time (ADT), serta data perawatan preventif. Untuk menentukan apakah data yang diperoleh sudah cocok, maka digunakan distribusi eksponensial, dari bentuk data tersebut dapat ditemukan perawatan. Dari distribusi eksponensial akan didapat nilai fungsi kumulatif, lamda, kehandalan mesin, Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF), Mean Time Between Maintenance (MTBM), waktu kesiapan mesin (Availability) untuk masing-masing mesin. Dari hasil pengolahan data didapat keandalan mesin lebur adalah 35,7%. Hal ini menunjukan tingkat kehandalan yang masih kecil, untuk itu perlu adanya perawatan preventif. Selain keandalan juga didapat MTBM sebagai jadwal perawatan preventif pada mesin lebur 1 161,742 jam sekali. Kata Kunci :Perawatan Korektif, perawatan preventif, Kehandalan

Abstract

PT mitra rekatama independent is a company that manufactures runs in the metal casting producing the spare parts for agricultural equipment based on orders from the customers.Some of the main problems that were visited associated with supplies of raw materials in the company is the raw material limited when the demand for products that are high and the price of raw materials. fluctuatesAssociated with the problems faced by the company then diperlukanlah a control system metal. supplies of raw materials. Economic order quantity ( EOQ ) is a methods used in control supplies raw materials by means of a request in foreseeing the future would turn up with several a method of divination .To determine a method of divination the best a check the accuracy forecasting use MAD ,MSE and MAPE minitab software with the tools .A method of divination multi decomposition is a method of what is best for the company .EOQ used to determine the quantity of reservations based on the results of forecasting , safety stock and reservations repeated raw materials.
