Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis keterampilan berpikir aljabar siswa. Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah kemampuan generasional, kemampuan transformasional, dan kemampuan level-meta global. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dekskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII MTs Ganrang Batu Kabupaten Jeneponto sebanyak 29 orang, yang selanjutnya dipilih menjadi subjek wawancara adalah 6 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes diagnostik dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) kemampuan generasional siswa subjek kategori tinggi dan sedang cenderung mampu pada indikator menentukan makna variabel dari suatu masalah dan mempresentasikan masalah dalam hubungan antar variabel. Subjek pada kategori rendah belum mampu dalam aktivitas  generasional, 2) kemampuan transformasional siswa kategori tinggi cenderung mampu pada indikator menentukan bentuk aljabar yang ekuivalen dan menyelesaikan operasi bentuk aljabar. Subjek pada kategori sedang dalam aktivitas transformasional mampu menyelesaikan operasi bentuk aljabar, sedangkan subjek pada kategori rendah belum mampu dalam aktivitas generasional baik pada indikator menentukan bentuk aljabar yang ekuivalen maupun menyelesaikan operasi bentuk aljabar 3) kemampuan level-meta global siswa kategori tinggi, kategori sedang, dan kategori rendah cenderung belum mampu dalam indikator menggunakan aljabar untuk menganalisis perubahan, hubungan, dan memprediksi suatu masalah dalam matematika dan menggunakan aljabar untuk memodelkan masalah dan menyelesaikannya. AbstractThis study aims to determine the types of students' algebraic thinking skills. The focus in this research is generational abilities, transformational abilities, and global meta-level capabilities. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. The subjects of this research were 29th grade students of Mts Ganrang Batu, Jeneponto Regency with 29 people, who were subsequently chosen as the subjects of the interviews were 6 people. Data collection techniques using diagnostic tests and in-depth interviews. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the generational abilities of high and medium category subject students tend to be able to determine the meaning of variable indicators of a problem and present problems in the relationships between variables. Subjects in the low category have not been able to be in generational activities, 2) the transformational abilities of high category students tend to be able to on indicators determine the equivalent algebraic form and complete the operation of the algebraic form. Subjects in the medium category in transformational activities are able to complete algebraic form operations, while subjects in the low category have not been able to in generational activities either on indicators determining equivalent algebraic forms or completing algebraic form operations 3) global meta-level ability of high category students, medium categories, and low categories tend not to be able to use indicators of algebra to analyze changes, relationships, and predict problems in mathematics and use algebra to model problems and solve them.

Abstract

This research is qualitative, the type of research is library research and uses a normative juridical approach. The data collection method used was a literature study. The results showed that; 1) The meaning of the rule (Ijtihad Does Not Cancel Other Ijtihad), namely the rule (Ijtihad Does Not Cancel Other Ijtihad) means that ijtihad cannot produce a product that has been implemented at a certain time and place, it cancels the legal product of an ijtihad result. at one time and another. 2) The validity of the principle (Ijtihad does not cancel other Ijtihad), namely the honesty of this principle can be seen from the existence of the arguments that legalize it. Starting from the hadith until then the consent of a friend, as we have stated, this can be noticed from a caliph 'Umar who did not annul or cancel his predecessor's opinion or ijtihad, namely Abu Bakr. 3) Implementation of the rule (Ijtihad does not cancel other Ijtihad), which can be seen from the examples in the literature that discuss al-Qawa'id al-Fiqhiyyah. This rule is valid as long as it does not violate or contradict the nas, consent, qiyas jaliy, the words of the 4 schools, and it is clear that the judge's error is the result of the law, cause, or method. Also, ijtihad must be equally strong, it cannot be just one of them, and finally, that the implementation of ijtihad has been legitimized by Fatwa or Qa ataupunā. So the implementation of this rule can be noticed in existing examples and this rule is not always able to be implemented or implemented, because several things have been mentioned regarding the exceptions regarding this rule.

Abstract

Ibn Qayyim invites and calls on Muslims to ijtihad and leave taklid, Ibn Qayyim al-Jauziyah is a scholar who is very persistent in fighting blind taklid and calling for freedom of thought, but still clinging to the main points of Islamic teachings and the creed of the Salaf. In Ibn Qayyim's view, ijtihad must develop in accordance with the development of situations and conditions in various places and times. Therefore he put forward a rule: Fi taghayyir al-fatawa wa ikhtilafiha bi hasbi taghayyir al-azminah wa al-amkinah wa al-ahwal wa al-niyat wa al-'awa'id. According to him, an important factor in formulating legal provisions or legal stipulations must be related to five things, namely al-azminah (the situation of the times), al-amkinah (the situation of the place), al-ahwal (the circumstances), al-niyat (the cause of desires), and al-awa'id (customs). All of this affects the development of law, so that Islamic law can truly be lived as a law that is rahmatan lil 'alamin, able to answer the challenges of changing social dynamics of society. Thus Islamic law remains suitable for all times and places.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the concept of a decent/prosperous life is in Islamic economics. The research method used is literature research. Data collection techniques come from different literature, then use a normative descriptive approach and are analyzed according to problems related to the topic and title of the research paper. The results of his research are the concept of Islamic economics, as well as the principles of Islamic economics and the concept of a decent life in Islam.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the sociological phenomenon of splinter sects in Islam with the dynamics of the existence of the Qadian Ahmadiyah in Indonesia as the object of study. The growth of Islamic sects is part of social interaction and religious teachings that become a treasure of Islamic theological thought, such as Ahmadiyah. As a religious organization, the existence of Ahmadiyah, especially the Qadian sect, raises interesting sociological phenomena to be studied. Considering that each sect has a different social character at the beginning of its birth, so did the Ahmadiyah. sociologically Ahmadiyya is a portrait of the struggle of Islam in India with the theological character that surrounds it. This study is library research that aims to analyze the history of Islamic theological thought using a social approach. The existence of Ahmadiyah continues to generate pros and cons among Indonesian Muslims. The issuance of MUI Fatwa and SKB of 3 Ministers became the legitimization of Ahmadiyah's policy to be heretical and prohibited in Indonesia. The social impact is that the prohibition and misdirection of Ahmadiyah congregations have created a bad stigma in society. Until now, Ahmadiyah congregations and other Muslim communities still have unfavorable relations, often leading to conflict. However, not all regions in Indonesia are negative. Some areas have a positive environment towards the Ahmadiyah Congregation.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This research introduces a new approach to actualizing Barzanji cultural values in Islamic education, namely integrating the tradition of reading poetry and stories about the Prophet Muhammad SAW with the doctrine of faith in the apostles. This research aims to explore how islamic values are realized in the barzanji tradition. Methodology: This research uses a qualitative approach with a naturalistic research design. Data collection techniques used in-depth interviews and participant observation. Respondents in this study were selected based on variations in roles and involvement in the Ngarot tradition using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis will be carried out using the Miles and Huberman model. Main Findings: This research also proposes suggestions and recommendations to improve and optimize this new approach, by emphasizing the importance and urgency of having a character of discipline and faith in the apostles for the success and happiness of Muslims in this world and the hereafter, based on the findings and implications. from this research. This research contributes to Islamic educational and cultural literature, by providing new perspectives and insights regarding the role and impact of Barzanji poetry and stories in increasing feelings of love, respect and gratitude for the Prophet Muhammad SAW and his predecessors, as well as asking for their intercession and blessings. Novelty/Originality of this study: Students who do not have a disciplined character and do not strengthen the value of faith in the apostles can face short-term and long-term implications for their academic, personal and social lives. Therefore, it is important and urgent for students to have a disciplined character and strengthen the value of faith in the apostles, because this is very important for their success and happiness in this world and the hereafter. Students can achieve this by studying and practicing Islamic teachings and values, as well as by reading and listening to Barzanji poetry and stories that tell the life and virtues of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and his predecessors. In this way, students can increase their feelings of love, respect and gratitude for the Prophet and his apostles, and ask for their intercession and blessings.
