Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian ex post facto bertujuan untuk membandingkan hasil belajar fisika berdasarkan karakter introvert dan ekstrovert peserta didik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas XI MA Guppi tahun ajaran 2019/2020 yang berjumlah 51 peserta didik. Sampel terdiri atas dua kelas dengan jumlah peserta didik kelas A sebanyak 25 orang dan peserta didik kelas B sebanyak 26 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu angket psikologi (Jung’s Type Indicator Test) dan teknik dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Dari hasil analisis deskiptif perbandingan hasil belajar peserta didik yang berkepribadian introvert dan ekstrovert yang paling dominan di MA Guppi Samata memiliki kepribadian ekstrovert sebanyak 26 orang (65%) dibandingkan dengan kepribadian introvert sebanyak 14 orang (35%) dan rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik yang memiliki karakter introvert (82,62) lebih rendah dibandingkan hasil belajar peserta didik yang memiliki kepribadian ekstrovert (83,87). Hasil analisis memperoleh nilai Chi – Square 4,541 dengan taraf signifikan 5% Assymp. Sig 0,338 > 0,05 yang berarti tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara tipe kepribadian ekstrovert dan introvert terhadap hasil belajar fisika kelas XI MA Guppi, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa baik peserta didik dengan tipe kepribadian ekstrovert maupun introvert keduanya mempunyai peluang yang sama dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar. AbstractThis research is an ex post facto research which aims to compare the learning outcomes of physics based on the introvert and extrovert character of students. The population in this study were all students of class XI MA Guppi for the 2019/2020 academic year, totaling 51 students. The sample consisted of two classes with 25 class A students and 26 class B students. The research instruments used were psychological questionnaires (Jung's Type Indicator Test) and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used is descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. From the results of descriptive analysis, the comparison of the learning outcomes of students with introverted and extroverted personalities, the most dominant in MA Guppi Samata, has an extrovert personality of 26 people (65%) compared to the introverted personalities of 14 people (35%) and the average learning outcomes of students. those who have introverted characters (82.62) are lower than the learning outcomes of students who have extrovert personalities (83.87). The results of the analysis obtained the Chi-Square value of 4.541 with a significant level of 5% Assymp. Sig 0.338 > 0.05, which means that there is no significant difference between extrovert and introvert personality types on the learning outcomes of physics class XI MA Guppi, so it is concluded that both students with extrovert and introvert personality types both have the same opportunity to improve learning outcomes.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini mengkaji tentang iklim kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Gowa yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui iklim kerja, kinerja pegawai, dan pengaruh iklim kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Gowa. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode ex post facto. Adapun subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Gowa berjumlah 82 orang dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif. Selanjutnya penyajian data menggunakan teknik persentase jawaban dari keseluruhan responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara iklim kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Gowa. Dapat dilihat bahwa persentase tertinggi dari kedua variabel tersebut adalah variabel iklim kerja di Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Gowa yakni 67% dari 82 responden yang menyatakan bahwa iklim kerja di Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Gowa masih sedang atau masih perlu dibenahi. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa iklim kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Gowa. AbstractThis study examines the work climate on the performance of employees at the Gowa Regency Education Office, which aims to determine the working climate, Employee Performance, and The Effect of Work Climate on Employee Performance in the Education Office of Gowa Regency. This type of research is a quantitative study using the ex post facto method. The subjects of this study were all 82 employees at the Gowa Regency Education Office using saturated sampling. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis techniques. Furthermore, the presentation of the data uses the percentage of answers from all respondents. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between work climate on employee performance in the Gowa Regency Education Office. It can be seen that the highest percentage of these two variables is the work climate variable in the Gowa Regency Education Office, which is 67% of the 82 respondents who stated that the work climate in the Gowa Regency Education Office Office is still in progress or needs to be addressed. This indicates that the work climate affects the performance of employees at the Gowa Regency Education Office.

Abstract

This article deals with the application of school-based management in Madani Islamic Junior High School (called madrasah tsanawiyah) at Pao-Pao. The main objective of this is to find out whether the application of school-based management can improve student learning outcomes in MTS Madani Alauddin Pao-Pao. The qualitative research is employed by the researcher, with a multidisciplinary approach. To obtain data, the authors do it with interview techniques, observation, and documentation to test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results showed MTS Madani Alauddin Pao-pao, Gowa Regency, has implemented, but in practice it has not been maximized. This is because they still need ongoing assistance from competent parties. And still need assistance in the form of physical and non-physical from all relevant stakeholders so as to facilitate the implementation of MBS in Mts Madani Alauddin Pao-Pao (2) MTS Madani Alauddin Pao-pao, Gowa Regency, has an effort to improve student learning outcomes by: a ) provide a final assessment of the learning process that is carried out repeatedly, b) Provide an interesting learning method. In addition the teacher provides opportunities for students to work and participate in competitions or academic and non-academic olympiads, c) Provide motivation to students (3) In achieving the vision and mission of the school the application of school-based management can improve student learning outcomes in MTS Madani Alauddin Pao-Pao, Gowa Regency.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the implementation of system information management and administrative services at SMA Negeri 1 Barru. This research is a field research using qualitative methods and qualitative approaches. Data collection techniques used were interviews and observation. The results showed that the application of management information systems in supporting administrative services at SMA Negeri 1 Barru had been well implemented by utilizing all facilities and infrastructure facilities as a foothold in optimizing the application of system information management.

Abstract

The main problem in this research is how the description of student achievement in the Department of Physics Education in relation to the specialization of choice in the process of admission of new students. From the results of research shows that the picture of Physics Education student achievement that chose the Department of Physics Education as the first choice, is generally categorized as Cum Laude and Very Satisfactory or can be said good. Picture of student achievement of Physics Education Education who did not choose Education Department as first choice, from research data also good or in category Cum Laude and Very Satisfactory.

Abstract

This study aims to Know the leadership of teachers in SMP Negeri 5 Enrekang, to determine the motivation of learners in SMP Negeri 5 Enrekang, to know the leadership of teachers to motivation learners in SMP Negeri 5 Enrekang. The type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were all students in SMP Negeri 5 Enrekang which amounted to 280 people. The sampling technique used is Random Sampling. The instruments used are teacher leadership and scale of learning motivation. Processing techniques and data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics. Based on the technique of descriptive statistical data analysis, teacher leadership in SMP Negeri 5 Enrekang is in the medium category, and the motivation to study in SMP Negeri 5 Enrekang also in the medium category. Based on the technique of analyzing inferential statistic data obtained p value = 0.000 (p <0.005). This means that there is influence of teacher leadership to motivation learners learn in SMP Negeri 5 Enrekang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Untuk mengetahui gambaran kompetensi manajerial, kompetensi profesional dan pengelolaan laboratorium SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Luwu Timur. (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi manajerial dan kompetensi profesional terhadap pengelolaan laboratorium SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah ex-Postfacto. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 10 orang kepala laboratorium fisika SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket. Hasil penelitian deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi manajerial, kompetensi professional dan pengelolaan laboratorium SMA Negeri se- Kabupaten Luwu Timur berada pada kategori rendah. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan hasil analisis uji serentak didapatkan nilai R (korelasi) sebesar 0,39 dimana angka tersebut pada tabel korelasi berada pada kategori lemah sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh antara kompetensi manajerial dan kompetensi profesional terhadap pengelolaan laboratorium SMA Negeri se- Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu dapat disajikan sebagai bahan evaluasi bagi pemerintah untuk menentukan tindak lanjut dalam peningkatan kompetensi kepala laboratorium fisika misalkan melakukan pelatihan kepala laboratorium, menjadi evaluasi bagi pihak sekolah dalam melakukan perekrutan tenaga laboratorium sesuai dengan bidang yang ditekuni. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan rujukan atau perbandingan bagi orang yang akan melakukan penelitian mengenai kompetensi kepala laboratorium.

Abstract

AbstrakThe competition between companies or institutions today requires companies or institutions to be able to survive and compete with other companies. One of the things that can be taken by the company to be able to survive in intense competition is human resources. The role of human resources in the company is very important because the main driver of all activities the company in achieving its goals both to gain profits and to maintain the survival of the company are humans. The success or failure of a company in maintaining the existence of the company starts from the human effort itself in maximizing effectiveness and efficiency. In other words, the performance of an organization or company is highly influenced and even depends on the quality and competitive ability of its human resources. The purpose of the company in standardizing or benchmarking so that human resources or labor obtained can really work in accordance with what is desired by the company.

Abstract

Planning basically determines the activities to be carried out in the future. Tihis activity is itended to regulate various resources so that the results achieved are as expected. Pallning management is an act of determining in advance what will be done, how to do it, what to do and who does it. Palnning is often also a bridge that connect gaps or gaps between the present state and the conditions expected to occur in the future. Although the right state of the future si difficult to predict, because many factors beyond human mastery have an affevt on the paln. But, without planning we will surrender the situation in the future to a coincidence.

Abstract

Penyediaan sarana protokol kesehatan merupakan permasalahan prioritas utama bagi mitra dalam menyambut masa transisi pelaksanaan sistem pembelajaran tatap muka. Sarana dan prasarana Protokol Kesehatan merupakan prioritas penting dalam penyediaan fasilitas Cuci Tangan Pakai Sabun yang memadai dan mudah diakses, hand sanitizer di pintu masuk dan di depan pintu masing masing ruangan, alat pengukur suhu tubuh, dan cairan disinfektan. Tim Pelaksana Pengabdian membuat fasilitas Cuci Tangan Pakai Sabun berupa Wastafel Portabel tanpa sentuh. Masukan dari pihak mitra PKM yaitu kemudahan akses pengguna dan dapat dipindah-pindahkan posisinya. Rancang bangun Wastafel Portabel tanpa sentuh diawali dengan mempersiapkan alat, bahan, dan tenaga kerja. Wastafel Portabel tanpa sentuh dilengkapi dengan keran air dan wadah sabun dengan sistem sensor otomatis tanpa sentuh (touchless), berbahan stenlis yang kuat, tahan lama dan tidak berkarat. Kegiatan pengabdian melakukan pemasangan hand sanitizer dengan bracket pada dinding pintu masuk masing-masing ruangan, serta pengadaan alat ukur suhu tubuh thermogun dan pemberian cairan disinfektan
